After I had my foundation done, found a lot of leaking underneath. Greenhouse plumbing , up front with cost and detailed on the daily schedule of what was being done. Guys worked really hard in excavation. Communication almost daily with Mike and would return calls and text quickly if I had questions. Followed up with the cleaning yard.
