Andrew was great. He understood the issue and fixed it in an efficient amount of time. He took great care to make sure that I knew what was going to be done how he was going to complete it and asked me any clarifying questions throughout. Would recommend.

I've been using Clarke Kent for years, and they're always on time, professional, and there's never an upsell on services you don't need. This time was no different. My drain line was clogged, and Daniel Machuca was there the very next morning at 9. He was quick, thorough, and explained exactly what the issues were, and gave me tips on how to keep the lines clean for longer in the future. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

I called them the Monday after the sleet storm because my hot water heater was not heating. They came the next morning and although they were unable to fix it until Friday, they were upfront about it and were helpful with the diagnosis including the fact that my upstairs heater was also in need of replacement saving me money in the long run. They arrived on time and did a great job. I will be calling them again when needed!

Clarke Kent is the only plumber that would come service our tiny house and every time they did, they were so helpful and polite! Today we had Daniel, and he was incredible! Fixed our plumbing issue super fast! We’ve been customers for years and will continue to use them!

Called because our “smart” toilet was leaking. Easy to schedule an appointment, the technician arrived promptly on time and expertly diagnosed the problem. We had a leaking seal underneath the toilet. He gave me an estimate of the cost and amount of time needed to install the new one and completed the job right away. I’m very pleased with the whole experience. The technician was Steven McKeown, great guy and very capable.

We had a great experience with Daniel Machuca! We’ve used Clarke Kent for a few years now and have always had good experiences. However Daniel was exceptional! He clearly explained the issue and problem areas to look out for in the future. We appreciated his diligence and honesty and would recommend him and Clarke Kent to any of our neighbors and friends.

We had an issue with our kitchen sink not draining, and Daniel was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, quickly and confidently identified the problem, and took the time to explain how we can care for our sink moving forward. I especially appreciated his holistic, health-conscious approach to prevention, no harsh chemicals and nothing that could compromise our health. Highly recommend!

Had to replace floor bolt on my toilet and had a small leak under my sink. They did a great job. The price was good. Plumber was friendly. Been a while since I needed a plumbing company but the last one was over priced, tried to upsell me, and just seemed greedy. Clark Kent didn't feel like that at all. I was very happy and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them.

Andrew from Clarke Kent was excellent to deal with and did a high quality repair. He had to dig out the line from the meter but did so without hesitation or complaint. The job took about 3.5 hour's and he kept me updated as the work progressed. Worthy of the five star rating.

I have used Clark Kent a few times now and have found them to be reliable, keeping me informed every step of the way. They have provided good service and patience in making sure I understand what is going on. The last service was complex but feel like my 2 problems have been solved.

At first, I would say 5 stars because they honored the discount I saw online for a clogged toilet. They said that it was $89 to go out there and then that amount would be applied to the bill.

It did not get applied (paying full price for the fix) and when I reached out about it, they said the refund would take place 2 - 3 weeks.That was August 1st.

I followed up with an email on September 25th and they have not responded.

It's unfortunate that a reliable company with such high reviews would not honor their word.

John with Reliant Plumbing was honest about the repairs needed. It could have been quite expensive. Instead of an expensive tile removal to remove a stripped out mixing valve for the shower he recommended replacing the insert to see if it was the issue. He replaced the insert and all worked perfectly again. He made that decision based on the type and brand of valve plus it’s age. That type of knowledge mixed with honesty is refreshing to see. Would recommend 100%.

Jacob was great to work with. He was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend Reliant plumbing services!

Jacob was sooooo nice. He figured out that I had a broken line under my toilet and he ran tests to prove it. I am sick but know it has to be repaired since company is coming and it will be much needed.
He is such a nice man and very thorough with his problem solving. So glad he was here today. The solution solvers begin on the morning. Thank you Jacob!

This week Roman and David helped us out with another job on the main sewer line. They pulled out a whole tree root and replaced pipe that was causing a lot of sewage backup. Our church members will be so happy on Sunday! We are always happy with their professional service and expertise! Thank you!

Thomas came to our rescue tonight. From donning his shoe covers to a cheerful personality, he saved us from a water disaster and a sleepless night. He was quick to repair our water problem. The entire staff who we encountered in the phone were professional and polite. Thomas is a great addition to Reliant’s staff. Kudos to Reliant Plumbing.

Outstanding service by Jacob. Competent and got the job finished in record time. Appreciate his “ out of the box” thinking and offering an alternative approach to adding gas shut off handle to my stove connection instead of having to cut into the cabinet and Sheetrock wall. Excellent workmanship. Jacob is the reason I’ll call Reliant again. Thank you!

Roman was amazing for our plumbing problem. He explained everything with details and did repairs as if in his own home! In addition, we got a new Halo system for better water. Thank you.

They did a good job when our water heater broke. However, I realized I was signed up for an annual membership. When they came out, they never talked to me about membership vs non-membership pricing. The only time I got prices was one for a water heater and one for a regulator + water heater. When I signed to pay, I was never shown the price and falsely assumed it was what they stated initially. I texted the company to cancel it, and got a call by a manager. He proceeded to berate me several times for not looking at the invoice. All he did is escalate the situation instead of trying to deescalate and resolve things. I told him he should focus on training his employees to communicate pricing clearly with customers rather than blaming the customer. He failed customer service 101. Unfortunately, even though the work was done well, I can't trust them.

UPDATE:

Thanks to the owner for the update below and the technician that came out reached out to me and apologized for the oversight but what was ignored was the manager's approach towards me. He treated me like it was my fault and even seemed to suggest I was lying. I would like the owner to address that. The manager was rude and unprofessional. UPDATE: it’s been six weeks and we still haven’t received a refund for the membership they never told us about but charged us for . If you check other reviews, they’ve done this to other people as well. BEWARE!

This post has nothing to do with the individuals who came out to my house to assess my issue and give me a quote. My previous post still stands for those two individuals, and I very much appreciate their help.

HOWEVER, THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS COMPANY IS SUSPECT AT BEST. I PAID $2,500 ON OCTOBER 16TH FOR SERVICES THAT WERE TO BE COMPLETED. KEY WORDS "WERE TO BE". THE SERVICES AGREED UPON WERE NEVER COMPLETED. SINCE OCTOBER 16TH, I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING A REFUND. FOR OVER 45 DAYS I HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED, WITH NO RESPONSE AND NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE WRONG THAT HAS OCCURRED. THIS COMPANY HAS STOLEN $2,500 FROM ME AND MY FAMILY. STEALING IS NOT OK, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO PRESS THIS COMPANY TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT AND RETURN THE MONEY TO MY FAMILY.

I HAVE BEEN NICE FOR THE PAST 45 DAYS... NOW I AM NOT GOING TO BE NICE. I SUGGEST TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS COMPANY THAT THEY RETURN WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE.

TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT CALLING THIS COMPANY FOR A JOB, DON'T. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE WHO HAVE BETTER MORALS AND RUN BETTER BUSINESS PRACTICES.
