Really appreciated the consultative diagnostics done by Brody. He was extremely thoughtful with his approach and took the time to be detailed in helping us find out what could be wrong. He’s an extremely knowledgeable plumber as well. Very impressed!

I asked to speak to a manager and was refused. I am out of $15K with Reliant Plumbing and can't speak with management. Dispatch were suppose to call me Monday and Tuesday but never did. Still waiting. I have backhoe that been in my side yard for over two weeks. It's not my fault that the guy with the key is not around. So my water lines are not covered. And a leak was caused in the ceiling of my master bathroom with the installation of the new water lines. Big part of ceiling had to be removed, water damage. So at this time I can't use either bath for showers. So I'm disappointed. I thought I was only going to deal with holes in some in my walls, not a water leak and a trench in my yard that seems harder to cover than to dig.

I'm back with a second review because one of one of the Reliant plumbers cause a water leak in my master bath room and I was told American Water Damage was to make repairs. I waited weeks for the repairs to be make called the company but no one would return my calls. They did do a write up after that crickets. So I out of 15K for water leak and I'm having to repair my master bathroom ceiling for a leak that I didn't cause. And one one from either company will return your call. I'm a veteran and a senior citizen and I don't have money to waste. I don't care for either of these companies. I shouldn't have to repair my ceiling.

We had a bathtub faucet that wouldn’t turn off due to a broken cartridge. Brody was very helpful and explained everything he was doing patiently and thoroughly, highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment to have my toilet repaired and received the on line confirmation when it was made and it read that someone would call me to confirm shortly. After several hours I got back on line and advised that I scheduled an appointment and no one has called to confirm. I received a call yesterday to confirm the appointment and that someone would be at my house between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. today. This morning at 9:30 a.m. I received a call asking the same information the lady who called me yesterday asked and was informed that I did not have an appointment scheduled. I advised that I had taken off of work this morning for this and this lady tells me she can try to fit me in between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. I informed that I had already taken off of work this morning for my scheduled appointment and if someone cannot be here to fix my toilet before 12 p.m. as per my scheduled appointment to not come as I cannot afford to keep taking off of work especially for a “we will try to make it” as opposed to my confirmation between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m.
This company is not reliable or dependable.

Seamless process. Arrived on time. Did very quick and quality work. Was able to answer any questions I had. Couldn’t recommend him enough! Definitely ask for Roman for your next service/repair!

We had a kitchen sink leakage, searched google and immediately reached out to Reliant plumbing. They were extremely easy to schedule and promptly sent the technician the same day. Jacob was fantastic, he came over and resolved the issue in a very short time, he was very thorough and clean in work. Thank you team.

I have nothing but incredible things to say about the work that Luis and Alan have done for me. Both were essential to identifying the cause of the leak at my home and did so in a very efficient manner. I would also note that both Alan and Luis were incredibly professional, ensuring that everything was well documented. Both were able to answer any and all questions that I had. Of note, I would not have been able to identify the source without Luis communicating with my neighbor’s contractor to get a full picture of the plumbing for both levels. This was well beyond my expectations and critical to solving the issue that I was having. I would absolutely hire Luis and Alan again if I had additional plumbing needs.

Zach and reliant were great. No trip charge. Just an honest assessment of the problem. Our problem turned out to be very large, which Zach helped confirm and price out various options. Everything was very detailed and backed up with videos and camera pictures whenever possible. They installed a much-needed cleanout in our upstairs bathroom at a reasonable price. Very satisfied with the overall effort and with what Zach and his colleagues were able to complete while they were here.

I was on vacation and received a notice from WCID17 that I was showing continual water usage for over 24 hours. The water was shutoff in the house when I left. I contacted 3 plumbers to come out to determine if and where there was a leak.

Reliant Plumbing was the first company to come out and troubleshoot. Without any evidence of where the leak could be the Reliant tech said from his experience as a plumber for a builder it was most likely a pipe under my garage floor. He said the pipe was probably bad when the house was built and rather than run a new line the builder repaired it and it’s now leaking. He did not recommend repairing or doing leak detection and said the line should just be replaced. Cost would be $12,400 and while they are doing this he could give a good deal to replace my water heaters and replace with tankless for only $7,000. I would have also had additional costs to repair my yard, sidewalk section and drywall where new line would be run. Reliant charged $300 for their troubleshooting. On top of that the Reliant tech sent me a text the same day around 5pm that they could do the job the next day.

The 2nd plumber came out and his determination after troubleshooting was my shutoff valve didn’t shut the water entirely and our water softener was going through a regeneration and struggled with a limited water flow. He installed a new shutoff lever and recommended I monitor to see if there was still continual water usage. If the problem persisted their next step would be doing leak detection. This plumber charged $287 for installing new cutoff.

The third company after their troubleshooting couldn’t find any clear evidence of a leak and recommended I monitor and next step if needed was leak detection and repair. This plumber didn’t charge anything for their troubleshooting.

I monitored the problem and it didn’t not persist.

With my dissatisfaction of Reliant Plumbing service I had multiple conversations to get a refund for the $300 charge. I was told it would take 5 to 10 days to see the refund on my credit card and it’s now 32 days and still not received. I regularly reach out to Reliant and continue to get excuses about when I will receive the refund. This experience with Reliant has been extremely frustrating.

I’m very glad I had other plumbers come out and DID NOT TAKE the recommendation of Reliant Plumbing for a expensive job that WAS NOT NEEDED! I just want to get my refund!

Expensive compared to other quotes. Staff super friendly but guys who snaked from my master bath left mess. Dirty prints on white walls, floor trashed, marks on toilet. If you’re going to be premium priced expect you to clean up after yourself. Would not use again.

Alexander Matej did a great job! I highly recommend him. He was careful, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. He made sure to follow through with my requests.

At first, he inspected the issue and quoted $650, which was too expensive for me. All I needed was for the toilet to be shut off. He explained clearly that trying to shut it off could cause damage and that he wouldn’t be responsible if that happened. I truly appreciated that he warned me ahead of time and was honest. I’m very grateful for his professionalism. I didn’t pay a single penny! Thank you!

Stay away from them. We asked them to fix a clogged toilet instead they told us after the toilet was fixed that we needed to replace the toilet with a commercial grade toilet.
