I needed a plumber out to replace my sewer line. There was a break in our line and we were not sure where it was. Travis Connor came out and located where the break was immediately. He gave us a good price for repair and they returned the next day to make the repairs. Clarke Kent Plumbing is my go to plumber from now on. Will of course request and recommend Travis again.

I’d highly recommend this company. My issues were diagnosed and corrected in a very timely manner. I had never had to call this kind of company before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. They sent travis out and he immediately figured out my issue and explained everything so I could understand. Travis gets a 5 star review from me!

I’ve consistently had good plumbing help from Clarke Kent Plumbing over many years here in Austin. They’ve handled small jobs (installing, unclogging, fixing leaks) and big jobs (primary line on our side of the meter) promptly, with skilled people, and at reasonable prices.

We used Clarke Kent plumbing twice in the past month. Nate's customer service was exemplary. Both times I called, he sent a plumber out within the hour (and these were not emergency situations). In one case, the plumber was perplexed by a very unique situation, but persevered, and solved the problem within an hour. We highly recommend Clarke Kent plumbing!

I always use Clarke Kent for my plumbing needs. Daniel M came on a Saturday to fix toilet leak and shower backup when I had a house full of company. He had it fixed quickly and left the area totally cleaned up.

We used Clark Kent Plumbing for some work on a toilet issue and they didn’t a great job. Richard was very patient with all of our questions. We had previously had a different plumbing company to fix the issue but they didn’t do a proper job. We were provided with explanation of issue and the fix. We are also shown progress along the way to show us what was being done. They left the bathroom nice and clean.

We had a backed up drain line causing overflow in the middle of the night, sent Clarke Kent a message and they immediately wrote back at 7am the next day. Daniel Machuca was at our house by 9am and was able to resolve all the issues within an hour. He has been the best plumber we have ever worked with.

I have used Clarke Kent Plumbing for over 20 years. Clarke Kent plumbers are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. Yesterday, I had a a complicated shower drainage issue and Daniel Machuca arrived early and patiently problem solved until the issue was diagnosed and repaired. Daniel M. explained each step of the process as he made repairs. He answered every question that I had and made sure I understood his answers. I so appreciated Daniel's dedication to making sure my drainage problem was completely repaired during my service call. I highly recommend Clarke Kent Plumbing and Daniel Machuca.

Called Clarke Kent out for a broken sink drain and issues with my shower. Travis Connor came out and addressed the issues really quick. Clarke Kent plumbing did a phenomenal job on my water heater. And the plumber who came to my house went above and beyond the call of duty to chase down my dachshund who escaped from the house. These guys really know their stuff. Highly recommend them to take care of your plumbing needs !

Couldn’t be happier. I had water pressure problem in the kitchen. The plumber came to the house right on time. He identified a minor problem and fixed it within 15 mins. Rather than charge me the full fee he reduced it by more than half since it was an easy fix. Was really nice about it too. Will be using them for now on for any issues I have. Highly recommend!

I called Clarke Kent late in the morning to get repair due to a very slow leaking drain in my bath sink. With a few hours they sent Paul out. He was very clear about all the possible reasons for the slow drain and how much they would cost. At my request he researched my service history with CK to be sure he knew what had been tried before. He took apart some pieces and did some testing. Within about 20 mins he determined the problem was that the stopper was too tight against the sink hole. He readjusted it so there was more room for water to flow down the drain. Now the sink drains well. I was impressed with Paul because of his attention to detail to notice the problem with the stopper. It was not the first thing you’d think. Paul was also professional, courteous and friendly. If I need other service from Clarke Kent, I will ask for Paul.

Exceptional experience with Daniel Machuca. He was thorough, friendly, and genuinely seemed like he was happy to be helping us solve our problem of a clogged clean out. I always have a good experience with Clarke Kent but Daniel was exceptionally great to work with. Awesome job.

Clark Kent has worked various plumbing projects on my home. They are artisans at their work, who are extremely knowledgeable and skilled.
Serge was the latest plumber who repaired damage to one of my pipes. His craftsmanship was immediately recognizable in how he analyzed what was needed to fix the problem and his execution was finished like an artisan.
I plan to use this company again for plumbing work in my home.

I called Clarke Kent plumbing to help with an installation of a new single tub kitchen sink and faucet which I'd purchased at Home Depot. They had a tech out the same day and he installed the whole thing for a reasonable price. He was efficient and professional and worked out the issues with the counter top to install the tub.
5 stars for his work and the company. It is with sadness that the faucet leaks and I have to replace it but that's not his fault at all. I'd call them back for any plumbing needs!

Jeremy did an excellent job repairing our tankless water heater and also doing recommended yearly maintenance on both our water heaters. Our hot water failed over the weekend and the tank’s error message indicated it was not going to be just a reset. Clarke Kent was able to get Jeremy to our house before noon Monday. Prompt and courteous service.

Great company, and John Wheeler is a great plumber and a great man in general. I’ve never needed to hire a plumber in my life but over the past couple months I have needed them a lot. Knowing John beforehand it was a no-brainer to work with Clarke Kent Plumbing. Grateful to be able to work with people I trust.
