Taylor was awesome and helped fixed my clog pretty quickly. Gave me a rough estimate on my water softener installation as well to give me an idea when we’re ready to install it. Overall did a smooth job and was pleasant to talk with.

Ben did an excellent job checking for a possible water leak. Thankfully there wasn’t one! He was thorough, professional, and gave me great recommendations for preventing issues in the future. Highly recommend his services.

Nash and his co worker are a great team. I was impressed with their honesty on what needed (or didn’t need) to be done. My doodle loves the pink ball, too. Great service.

I had a bit of an emergency as I was changing the water supply line out on my water heater, and Nash was sent out immediately. He not only did an excellent job getting me out of the pickle I had gotten myself into, but he was friendly, courteous, clean, and an absolute professional while working quickly to get my household supplied with hot water again. Really pleased with 1-Tom. We had a couple issues, both were resolved quickly. One turned into a problem later due to issues beyond 1-Tom's control. They came out same day when we called and the same Tech can't out, Nash, who remembered our situation and quickly, thoroughly resolved things. Very happy.

We're super happy with 1-Tom's service--from the help over the phone to the work itself to the ease of payment. We needed quite a bit of plumbing work in a short time span, and they really came through. Special shout-out to Ben who went out of his way to help us with a tankless water heater issue! Brandyn did an excellent job for us. Our sewer pipe clogged at midnight and we booked an emergency service. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and professionally, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. He also explained the cause and future prevention patiently and clearly. From the moment I called the lady who answered my call & heard my problem reassured me they could help & if they couldn’t they would get me in contact with someone who can. GIVEN a cost of $200 to replace a rubber flap in the toilet tank….and an undeclared 3.3% Credit Card Fee ( that’s THEIR cost of doing business, not mine), I don’t recommend them. I could have easily written a check for no fee,
had I been told and they’d have gotten their money less quickly as well. But they charge me a fee and get my money quicker ??Makes no sense for the customer. Buh bye. Buyer Beware.

You get what you pay for. Like a lot of plumbers, they don’t ever meet their appointments and in a short time have provided awful customer experiences / gone completely dark.

Was quoted a price. Ordered the part that was $300+. Called to schedule and the owner backed out. Would not recommend.
