Al Mac was great. Luke was able to come by same day to take care of a gas leak. While Luke was here, he spotted a leak in my water heater and was also able to take care of that.

I really appreciated the time he spent explaining everything, including taking the time to show me where the water cut off for my house is! I would definitely recommend hiring Luke for your plumbing work!

I initially reached out to Al Mac Plumbing because an outdoor water faucet had frozen and burst earlier this year. Alex got to my house within 30 minutes of me calling, and quickly got everything repaired. He was extremely friendly, upfront about pricing and even provided some good recommendations on how to avoid the issue in the future. Recently, the hot water in our house went out at around 9pm. I texted Alex about the situation and he told me that he would send over a couple of his guys the following morning to take a look. Luke and Grant showed up on time and worked quickly and professionally to restore hot water to my home. They also made sure to check every single faucet in my house to make sure they were all working before they left. Alex and his team will continue to be my first call for anything plumbing related.

Luke and Grant showed up within 30 min of my call, gave me a quick and reasonable estimate for garbage disposal install, pipe cleaning and flow restoration of our sinks and showers. They completed all tasks within an hour and even went above and beyond to clear out old filters and pipes where they could. Highly competent and professional plumbers with effective communication and tools. Would recommend them to anyone and will be using them moving forward!

Luke and Beau were great and very professional. I also have to note that they were very conscientious of clean up and respectful of being in your home - which I found very refreshing. Luke communicated throughout, showed up when he said they would, provided a cost estimate and completed the work as agreed. They'll be my go to company for any and all future plumbing needs.

The night before we called Alex, our shower faucet handle broke and began emptying water into and behind our shower. We tried turning off the water but the turn off valve was rusted and the handle snapped.

Alex helped us cap our shower lines and replace the water shutoff valve and PRV. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some plumbing advice on a potential bathroom remodel.

Great team! Spoke with Alex first very accommodating, Definitely knowledgeable, he was able to tell me the problem with the toilet just from my description, it was easy to create an appointment through text. Quoted An estimated cost. Next day, Luke and Beau , Very polite, easy to talk to, fixed The toilet. Showed him a few other things came back in two days and fix them. It wasn’t just a straight up change of tub faucet. The last plumber if we could call him that installed pipe that didn’t even fit into the wall, so Luke performed his magic replace the faucet with the same cost of the initial quote.. Again, great team, they’ve actually put some faith back into having quality work done

This is the place to go for plumbing and gas needs. We had a gas line brought in, as well as some plumbing work in the kitchen and bathroom that needed to be addressed.

Luke was fantastic to work with.

He communicated clearly, explained the appropriate options to help solve our problems, and made sure the work was done right, rather than treating it like a race to the bottom on price or a quick fix.

Incredibly pleased with our experience with Al Mac's and would STRONGLY recommend this company (we passed his contact information to our HOA for future projects and our contractor plans to keep his info handy). Of the five companies, he had the quickest and least disruptive solution, best price by far, and was able to start work within only a few days of our initial meeting. Further, he was super knowledgeable on working with the city to schedule the inspections, etc. Huge fans of this company!

Six days before Christmas, our (very old) water heater started to overflow into our garage. A good friend recommended Al Mac Plumbing, and we called first thing that morning. To our surprise, they were able to fit us into their schedule that morning. They were on time, friendly, professional, and patiently answered our questions. We definitely needed a new water heater and they were able to get a new one installed for us that same day! We were so incredibly grateful to not have to go without hot water during that critical time heading into the holidays! They cleaned everything up and were just the most amazing people to work with. Alex came out to fix a gas leak in my fireplace.He did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend him. I was so impressed I'm going to start using him for my plumbing needs as well. He's professional, courteous and meticulous about his work. He's also on time which is huge in the service industry. I honestly can't say enough. His work ethic is off the charts. I highly recommend him. I won't use anyone else now that I've found him.

***Amazing Service & expertise during an emergency situation***

I woke up this morning to an email that I used 2000 gallons of water last night. No idea why, and freaked out. These guys came right away, immediately got to work, figured out it was some main pipe underground, which will take a couple days to fix, so quickly found a way to bypass the main so I'd have water in hours, not days while waiting for the perm fix. Super friendly, loved to answer all my questions, and worked hard and fast to ensure I was good before bedtime. Best service ever by true experts and at a totally fair price. Highly recommended.
