Jose and Julian came out on a Saturday afternoon and were one time and provided very good service. They made sure to let me know everything that they were doing and got everything up and running. Would recommend these guys.

I had a few things I needed a plumber for. Zach came over easily diagnosed the problem and provided a solution. He provided many options at different price points and was very efficient. Highly recommend him and the company!

Brett Williams is an incredible person to work with! He was prompt, probably spoke to me via phone & text 100+ times within a 3-4 day span (including a holiday), and was always patient & descriptive. His entire crew responded quickly & professionally- he even had his manager step in when he was unavailable one of the days. I cannot recommend Reliant Plumbing enough for folks in the Austin area. If I have one complaint it is that he would not share his venmo so I could "buy him a beer." Thank you again!

I was most impressed with technician Alex. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgable. He immediately assessed our plumbing problem and explained what he needed to do to rectify it and the cost. We had sediment backing up into our dual bathroom sinks from the AC drainage pipe. He not only took care of the problem, he recommended what we needed to do to keep the algae from returning. He was very reassuring and we would call on Reliant again. My overall experience Reliant was very positive, efficient and informative. They answered when I called after hours and kept me informed as to when the repairman would be arriving. The best customer service overall.

We had the need to do a whole house repiping and received multiple quotes. Alex from Reliant was here and walked the house and listened to all our requirements carefully. We wanted to switch from electric tank to gas tankless waterheater and get whole house water filter with hot back wash installed. We decided to go with Reliant due to the very professional advice and appearance. And we were not disappointed! Once the installation crew hit the ground lead by Roman everything unfolded nicely! It turned out our house was very solid built with lots of unforeseeable challenges in the walls but Roman mastered them swiftly and with great care. Also shout out to Patrick, Victor, David, Brant and Julian as supporting crew members keeping the site as clean as possible. VERY glad we decided to go with Reliant as everything turned out very nice! We have now a flight control system in the attic where I can mangage separate sections in the house which comes handy with the freeze coming in from time to time. Thanks Roman for all the brain work you put in!!!!!!

Job well done and most definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber. I called Al on a Wednesday afternoon, he came out first thing Thursday morning and had the job done before noon. Great service, good pricing, and he’s a friendly guy. Can’t beat that. As a realtor, will most definitely be referring him to clients as well as using him for my home plumbing needs. 10/10.

I highly recommend Al Mac Plumbing! I called on a Monday for a non-urgent plumbing issue (needing to get our pressure release valve and owner shutoff replaced, which were original to our house). Alex gave us quote on Wednesday, and he came out Friday to do the work. He showed up exactly when he said he’d arrive and was super friendly throughout the process. His prices were very reasonable (I called around to a few other places), and he also came inside to do a quick fix on a low-pressure shower head and kitchen sink faucet. He also made sure to work around some new landscaping we’d just done! Will definitely be using him for any future plumbing needs!

He assessed plumbing needs for our home and effectively executed on sink/toilet installs, a water heater fix, and set up a whole new sink for us in our laundry room, which was a huge task. Alex plumbed in the new pipe and even installed the drywall. Compared to other plumbers we assessed, he had more comprehensive service (ex. adding the drywall) while also being more cost effective!

Had a pipe burst out front because of high pressure from the city line. I called and the plumber showed up within an hour. He installed a pressure reducing valve and fixed the leak all in the same day, and the price was very reasonable! Super happy with the service and will definitely call again for future plumbing issues

Alex is about the best person you could find to help solve a complicated problem. He understands old houses and the challenges they pose, and thinks creatively to get things fixed. We had a gas fireplace issue and he went above and beyond to get it working safely and efficiently. He is thoughtful and makes sure that he's figured out every step of the plan and done the legwork before getting started. We were lucky to find him and will use him for all our plumbing issues!

Had a leak in our water heater. He returned our call within minutes and set up a time for the next morning to replace. On time, very thorough and top notch work. Appreciate all his help.

We needed to replace our kitchen faucet, and I wanted to replace the corresponding shutoff valves at the same time, so I searched online for a plumber, but I wanted an independent small business, and not one of the big name companies. I found a winner with Al Mac Plumbing. Alex was prompt, provided a fair price after looking over the situation, but before beginning work, and cleaned the work area upon completion. We had Al Mac Plumbing install a new Pressure Reduction Valve and a Gas Valve for our dryer. They were very professional, helpful, got the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. It was a great experience and will be bringing them out for other jobs. You cannot go wrong using them as your plumber. Great service and great experience.

It all started with gas leak under the cabinet of our cooktop stove. I called Alex first thing in the morning. He arrived by 10:30 and methodically went to work, fixing it the way it should have been installed in the first place. He also noticed there was no regulator so he drove to pick one up and installed that. After fixing the gas leak, he went up into the attic to check the pilot light on the water heater. He noticed there was a crack in the venting, which probably happened when the roof was replaced. Since the water heater was 18 years old, it made sense to just get a new one instead of repairing the old one. After doing a little research on water heater installation, I asked Alex to install the new one. His pricing is fair, he is easy to talk to and I feel very confident in his workmanship. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs and I definitely will call him the next time I need a plumber!

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the 5-star work of Al Mac Plumbing. Last month we had a plumbing leak in the wall that required the water to be cut off to the house. Facing the possibility of no water for several days while we found a plumber, Alex was available within 2 hours and had the repair finished in no time.

I needed to reroute the gas line behind my stove so my new one would fit flush against the wall. Alex was at my house within an hour of calling and did a great job. He went above and beyond and even helped connect my new stove and put it in place to make sure the rerouting fit with my new stove.
