Billy and another tech came out today to resolve an HVAC condensation issue that drains into one of the bathroom sinks. They got to the root of the problem and resolved the issue in less than a half hour. Quick response time from the front desk staff and Billy is very knowledgeable and super nice too!

Hard-working, punctual, and ethical provider of high-quality plumbing, irrigation, and HVAC services. I have had them out to my house for a variety of things over the years, and they have always done good work. On a rare occasion there was a problem that was partially my fault, and they still took full responsibility for making everything right. A good company with great people.

First, this is the fourth time we have used Cold is on the Right plumbing. Each time has been an extremely positive experience. Our hot water tanks were 14 yrs old so I called for a quote to replace. Jack and Shawn came out and looked over the job and gave us a quote to replace the 2-40 gallon tanks, as well as, a quote for tankless. We accepted the tankless option. I can’t say enough good things about these two men. Jack explained the process for removal of the tanks and installation of the tankless, along with the expected timeframe!
One additional comment, the office staff is personable and helpful. They were responsive and courteous, as usual.

Recently we purchased a 20 year old house. From the beginning there were plumbing issues. First, the pressure release valve malfunctioned. As precautions a new water shut off valve to the house was installed along with an emergency alert on the water heater. Leaking hose bibs and a new garbage disposal unit were installed. A clogged kitchen drain was cleaned out. In all these repairs, the technician was professional, competent, efficient, and informative. He answered my questions courteously in terms that we understood. The office staff was professional, courteous, and informative. Once in a plumbing crisis, their response was speedy. I could not ask for better service from any company. With a new house, Cold is On the Right is at the top of our service list.

Needed a new water heater in a small space, and had a couple company’s come out for quotes. These guys were by far the best! They were at my residence for an hour and half on the initial cost going over every possible option and scenario. They were very thorough and helpful during the entire process! Can’t recommend these guys enough. Will definitely be my new go to plumbing company.

We had an under slab sewer pipe break with family arriving for the holidays. Repairs were a process spanning several days, and the team at Cold Is On The Right went above and beyond to schedule repairs, remained in constant contact throughout the process, and even worked on Christmas Eve so our family would have access to full plumbing over the holidays. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Jack, Joey, and all the other exceptional team of technicians who were involved in the repairs and Sydney and all the office staff who scheduled and communicated what to expect every step of the way. I recently had my garbage disposal stop working, so I called Cold Is On The Right and they were able to get me on the schedule right away. The receptionist was polite, understanding, and made sure to note all of my concerns.

The technician called ahead before arriving and showed up right on time. Jason was personable, knowledgeable, and basically identified the problem instantly. He had everything fixed and working again quickly. On top of that, he also performed a water pressure check, checked the main shut-off location, and looked over the water heater to make sure everything was working properly and up to standard.

Overall, it was a great experience and truly exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be using Cold Is On The Right for all my plumbing and HVAC needs moving forward. I highly recommend calling them first if you want it done right the first time.

Excellent response time and service. We had a leak in a hot water feed valve and a blocked sink in the master bedroom. They provided excellent service with friendly and efficient response on the phone. They arrived at the time promised within a few hours on the same day, with plenty of warning from their HQ.

Service provided was top quality with the technician clearly stating what they found, the cost and asking for our approval before going ahead. The work was completed very quickly and efficiently. Justin came out and did a great job replacing my faucets and putting in pucks around my home to alert me if any water ever is present under sinks and by toilets. I trust Justin anytime to get the job done no matter how long it takes. He is an extremely hard worker. You just don’t get that type of person around anymore with such great work ethics. He was knowledgeable, polite, informative, and professional. Lantz’s plumbing is very lucky to have such a fine individual working for them. It makes me want to call Lantz’s whenever I have any plumbing or A/C issues. Had the house inspection for our annual AC inspection with Lantz Plumbing as we do every year. Our technician Mr. Bustamante found an installation defect that has caused some issues that we didn’t know about. The house is 8 years old and he found the deficiency immediately and explained the ramifications of staying the course. Mr. Bustamante is our go to technician from now on. Great job!!!!!
