From scheduling the appointment to finishing the projects, everything went smoothly. Ethan and Angel did a great job fixing the toilets, shower faucets, and replacing the outside water shutoff to the house. They were punctual, professional, and polite. They didn't waste any time and cleaned up afterwards. They did a great job.

The good - service, Drew who installed did a great job and the overall experience was outstanding we even had someone come out a few hours after because the emergency cut off was on so we had no water and we didn't know what was the issue and they took care of it right away. Not so good - sales we needed better information on the financing and how our hot water was distributed throughout our house because we were deciding between just a regular water tank or tankless for a particular part of the house as we have 2 tanks that needed to be replaced. There was no sales help on this and Drew the installer tried to speculate then didn't test so we decided to do just 2 regular tanks instead of one regular and one tankless. We made the wrong decision with no good help. We would have gone with the tankless for one side of the house. The other draw back in the price you guys are just way to expensive. I would say $1k more on your tanks than others.

Very helpful, patient and good communication. Came and diagnosed the problem for free. I'm especially glad they didn't make up some fake problem.

I am so thankful that I chose Abacus, out of five contenders I met with, to install my new HVAC system 18 months ago. The sales rep. was great, the installers were fantastic, and the VIP maintenance program is awesome and a reassurance. And it came with a15 year warranty! I never get extended warranties or options like that but I did sign up for their VIP program for $25 per month. With it you get 2 free comprehensive HVAC system checkups each year plus a whole home plumbing check-up with free drain unclogging and water heater flushing. And you get a free whol home electrical system check up once a year to make sure that's all working right too. All the technicians are very knowledgeable and professional also. I hope Abacus is around for a long time.

Needed a plumber to fix our children’s bathroom sink, they came on the same day we called and fixed the issue in 30 minutes. Very happy with the service, we also used them for electrical before and we could not be happier.

Professionalism at its best! From the initial phone call to the next day appointment on a Friday, our technician; (Andres Barriosnuevo), gave his attention with full transparency from start to finish. Several concerns needed to be discovered for solutions to be recommended. Every question that was asked was answered, and follow-up questions were encouraged. Both my husband and I appreciated this type of Customer Service. This was our "first time experience" with ABACUS in (Austin, Texas), and we plan to continue reaching out for any future concerns. Needed to have the hot & cold valves for my washing machine replaced. Called Abacus Plumbing and they were able to come out that same day. Andrew was very professional and was able to change out the valves in a very timely manner. Included in the invoice was before & after pictures of the work performed.
I will definitely call Abacus Plumbing the next time I have a repair.

Overall, not a bad experience. When I called the scheduler, I expressed that I had a bit of an unusual case to look into. The scheduler didn't seem very interested in what I had to say, but promptly set up a time for a consultation with Donny, one of Abacus's electrical technicians.

When I met with Donny, he explained that my request could not be taken on by the company, and that I should look into a more specialized contractor for the job. While Donny was there, he spoke with my husband and I about some other projects. He was patient with the many extra things my husband could think of, and gave us estimates based on our conversation. I appreciated his time and effort, and would be happy to work with him at a later date.

It was a very professional and easy experience. Great communication and timely help. I would use this company again.

Rory from Abacus came to fix one of the mini splits in my home (or should I say, help me with it, it actually wasn’t broken). I’ve had Abacus service people at my house for various things the last 2 years. Always on time, professional and reliable. I got quotes from 4 a/c companies (even Goettl which my family used to own and operate) and went with Abacus. Very happy with my decision.

A colleague told me about Abacus, I was completely sold after they said, I’ll have a lifetime warranty on my A/C unit. I also signed up for regular maintenance on electric and plumbing. So far, their service has been excellent.

Not an easy review for me. On a scheduled service time of 11-2 the Electrician finally contacted me and let me know that it would be 3pm before he arrived. I’ve been waiting since 10:30. He was pleasant and professional. There were significant differences in what I was told by the office and the Electrician. He quoted an outrageous price ($568) to change a circuit breaker and I asked him to leave. I have history as a home builder. In conversation he told me what he paid for the circuit breaker ($70) and I told him I thought that was price gouging. We ended up at $386 rather than $550+ and it was still very high. I do not trust this company to act fairly.
