We had ABACUS come to our home again and install a new faucet, garbage disposal and all the connecting pipes under the new sink. The experience couldn’t have been better. From start to finish, it was smooth, professional, and super pleasant.

Tim Waltman was our technician, and he was fantastic. Super kind and polite, and clearly knows his craft. He took his time, did a really clean job, and everything works perfectly. He was respectful of our home, easy to talk to, and just had a calm, pleasant way about him that made the whole thing easy. It’s so nice when someone comes in, does excellent work, and you don’t have to worry about anything. Thanks Tim!

I got a call from my tenants saying that there was a leak in the home and that water was coming down from the ceiling. It was late Friday evening, so I frantically called multiple plumbers as I know how much damage can occur with a water leak. It was after 6PM, so most places were closed, but Jonathan answered my call immediately. His plumber arrived at the home within an hour, and assessed the leak. The situation needed further investigation, and the plumber said he would come back the next day. Before he left, the plumber advised my tenants on what to do/what not to do to make sure the leak doesn't get worse. Jonathan and his team came back first thing the next morning, and after running more tests and evaluating the pipes in the home, Jonathan found the source of the leak. The source of the leak was unexpected, and I was so relieved Jonathan found the issue. Jonathan was prompt in is response time, knowledgeable, professional, and I appreciated his thoroughness and hard work throughout the process. Magic mechanical & plumbing is such a lifesaver! I would've been utterly lost this morning with their prompt response & problem resolution. Also, there is something to be said for the team there as they are truly a wonderful crew to interact with.

Joe came out today, found an issue that would cause the problem I've been experiencing. Joe was very cool, respectful, smart and showed me what he was looking for and the problem that he found. To express my gratitude here is just the beginning, I am so thankful I found Magic Mechanical. Down to earth and beaming with this old Austin vibe I miss.

Omg, 35,000 stars! so yesterday my handyman was replacing the garbage disposal and after installing it, something wasn’t right. He recommended I call a plumber. The water was shut off and couldn’t be turned back on until it was fixed.

I called Magic Mechanical and Jonathan showed up within 30 minutes (on a Sunday!!!) and saved the day. He was super friendly, didn’t try to upsell anything, and the price was super fair. Plus, he was so sweet to our golden retriever, Max. Total lifesaver!

My service to repair my toilet was excellent. The technician was on time and very knowledgeable as well as polite.

Tim was responsive and was able to come out and fix a clogged drain and service my hot water heater. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and had our plumbing up and running in no time. Highly recommend.

My toilet was leaking and I knew Magic Plumbing was local and could fix the issue within the day. One of their techs came out and explained the issue clearly to me, they were were honest and applied a fix. Will call again for more jobs in the future
