I didn’t get service by these people; but I will say they do hire honest individuals. I left a dollar in the self checkout at the gas station on accident and one of their employees brought it to me and let me know I forgot it. So even though I didn’t get actual service, I would recommend them due to the honest actions of this individual. I didn’t get his name unfortunately but thank you so much!

They have the best tech people. Everyone who has come to my home has been courteous and conscientious. They even send the person’s bio and photo ahead of the appointment so you know you are opening up your house to the right person. Weston has come out for maintenance a few times now and I always enjoy speaking with him and he also works diligently and explains what he’s doing so there are no surprises. I definitely recommend this company.

This company is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Charged our business $1200 to replace a filter and messed up our drain pipe. Problems persisted after they “fixed it”, asked to them to send someone out again, they scheduled it and never showed up. Our A/C then dumped 100 gallons of water from the ceiling unit. I haven’t heard back from them since then. Absolute robbery!

Another great experience with 1st Home. I called the office to schedule an HVAC repair issue. They scheduled me the next day! Alex the tech called ahead, showed up on time, fixed th problem quickly and thoroughly, even went the extra mile to enure I knew what to look for moving forward. I have used these guys before on other projects and have always been impressed!

Had Ruben come to my house twice now. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have always had great experience with this company for AC issues from installing new unit and condensation pump to help cleaning out clogged drain. I would highly recommend!

This is a professional team. The plumbers did a an excellent job with installing my RO & Springwell water softener. During my phone calls the people with Customer service were friendly and extremely responsive.
