During the Jan 26 2026 Freeze, there was a pipe burst on my property. After calling 7 different plumbing locations, Magic Plumbing was the only company able to send a technician out for an urgent service request. Esequiel showed up timely, diagnosed the issue, and solved it before temps dropped down again for the night. He also helped me insulate other at risk pipes. I'm thankful for his service, no doubt he stopped a bad problem from becoming worse.

Evan and team were great! I had a water leak from an unknown location, they ran tests to pinpoint the origin of the leak in order to minimize damage. They were able to locate the problem and fix the leak in a tight timeframe. Good communication and arrived on schedule. Much appreciated!

I had a lot of water discharge from my water heater exterior drain pipe the night before the big freezes hit Austin toward the end of January. Turns out the T&P discharge line had been cut leaving a 4 inch gap. I rent so I wasn't aware it was a problem until the water discharge began. Having pipes burst in 2021, I was concerned it could happen again, but Tim assured me I'd be ok. Evan came and fixed the issue within minutes. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Great guys, great service and a very reasonable bill. I highly recommend them if you value honesty and fair rates. Thank you, Magic Plumbing!

Great dudes they installed the VAVs and a chiller at our new location . They finished on time and the guys are easy to work around other contractors too. Would recommend working with them on future projects.

We had amazing service with Frederic! We had what shouldn't have been a difficult faucet repair but due to previous plumbing it made the job harder. Frederic handled it with expertise and poise. He had an amazing attitude the entire time and even took a look at another issue we had. Would highly recommend his services and Magic Plumbing ATX!

They came out same day and installed a new toilet for me, im in the trades and respect great work. They even gave us home made candles lol. Will definitely call them again.

During this ice storm one of our backyard pipes burst. We’re able to get Magic Plumbing out within hours and when Ezekiel arrived he evaluated the issue, got the supplies and solved the problem within an hour. Very impressed with his performance. Thank you Magic Plumbing for coming to the rescue.

From the get go these folks went out of their way to service us. We called three plumbing firms and 1st Home came out on top in everyway. The courteousness, professionalism, and pricing were the best. Everyone was great, but Dominick was constantly on top of things. He actually offered a few different ways to remedy our sewar line with different prices. No other company even addressed any alternatives. If you want the best go with 1st Home & Commercial Services.

Roy was excellent and quick to finish the job, he was knowledgeable and did everything he could to help us get financing. I highly recommend this company because they have great employees who care and know what they are doing, my bathroom repair was amazing.

I found 1st Home and Commercial after being dissatisfied with another company. 1st Home was called in for a second opinion.

They sent two plumbers, Tyron and Ford, who did a great job fixing a large clog in the mainline pipe of my house. I really like how they provided "good, better, and best fix quotes" so that I could choose a solution that worked for my current budget. Next time, I plan on calling 1st Home first.

A few months later, I wanted electrical work done and they were great again. Bobby Stephens is a true professional.

Ken also did a great job fixing an emergency stop valve.

Had Andrés out to replace my leaking hot water heater and install a whole home filtration system today. They did a great job and kept me in the loop along the way. While you never want to have to do major home repairs, it's great to have a company like 1st Home & Commercial to call when you do.

Absolutely terrible experience. I requested service two weeks ago to have the issue of my downstairs being too cold in my upstairs being too hot when it’s set to 71.

They came out and did not fix the issue and informed me they would be charging me again to come back out.

Tim Moyer stated to me, they did not charge me a diagnostic fee the first time around when they did and it’s even on the receipt.

Tim Moyer stated to me that they gave me free air filters and even installed them for me. Not true, I ordered my filters and installed them myself.

Tim interrupted me on the phone multiple times.

Very dishonest business practice, and rip off.

I paid over $220 and my issue is not fixed and they still don’t know what’s going on.

Westin and 1st Home & Commercial Services did an amazing job in terms of informing me with what the problems would be and the service. Everything about it was top tier and they gave me thorough updates and even good deals with the problems I’ve had. Would love to go back to them in the future if further problems do come up!

1st home and commercial services did an amazing job with getting my AC back up running. The guys showed up and talked me through it so I can understand it and then they knocked out. Ac is back up and running now just waiting for the temperatures to drop in my house.

Ruben, our technician, was incredibly friendly, professional and prompt. He fixed our AC unit quickly and recommended best practices for future maintenance.

Had a wonderful experience with this company. I called with a complex plumbing issue (non emergency) and they were able to arrive within 24 hours. I also asked that they look at an additional problem I was having while they were on site and the plumbers, Mike & Daniel, diagnosed the issue quickly. I was provided with a reasonable quote to fix the issue on the same day and they were able to come the following day. Mike and Daniel were great, the company’s follow-up was great and the office personnel was thorough. Will be using them again for any additional plumbing needs.

This company is very professional and I would highly recommend them. I was kept informed about the arrival of the technician and who would be replacing my hot water heater. Lee Owens, the technician was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and was very professional. Should I have a need for a plumber in the future I would ask for Lee to do the job. Overall experience was highly satisfactory!

I'm adding to this review as I just had a plumbing problem resolved. My technician Daniel Martin was very professional and efficient. He solved my problem in a timely manner and at a fair price. Mr. Martin came earlier than expected which is a plus!

Adding another review for plumbing problems. My technician Reid diagnosed the problem, explained everything regarding repairs, gave a fair estimate for the work to be done. Arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and experienced. I have only experienced excellent service with this company and would highly recommend them.

Had to have my toilet pulled to replace flooring. Reid Lineberger solved another plumbing problem. He found that the value to turn off the water was leaking which I would have never known. He replaced it and now I don't have the worry of a leak. I would highly recommend Reid for all plumbing needs.
