Removal of a washer clean out valve at the laundry room in order to install backsplash on the back wall. The laundry room was converted to a large pantry (washer and dryer stacked in garage). Michael Tovar was super fast in presenting best option and price and had the work completed in an hour. He was careful with newly installed cabinets and it was hard to tell he was even here! We’ve had 1st Home & Commercial do almost all of our uogrades/updates and highly recommend them if you want great quality work, communicative experts and a very reasonable price. Check out the photo-no clean out sticking out of the wall in the new pantry.

The last time Ruben Montoya came to my house he had an apprentice with him. I love to see mentoring and a trade that people enjoy. Yesterday Ruben really came through for me and again to his credit and expertise, he was able to clear my line after several hours of work. My AC unit is older and has been getting gunk in it. I can’t thank Ruben enough for his persistence in getting the line clear and getting my AC unit working again! Bravo!

The team was very responsive to schedule me in the next morning. Anthony did an excellent job helping to diagnose and fix a drain pipe leak. Everyone was super professional and friendly to work with!

Lee Owens is awesome. My water heater exploded today and I’m a stay at home mom with a baby. I’m also pregnant right now. I had no idea what to do and I was so overwhelmed, until I met Lee. He came over within a couple of hours, and with ease handled it. Called the right companies to come over and fix the drywall too. The other company came out within 30 mins and he also found our water heater, which is an older model or a hard model to find. He’s coming back out tomorrow with the water heater and another colleague to have it installed. So from starting the day off in complete panic and disarray….I am completely at ease that this problem will get fixed, in a timely manner and it will be fixed correct and safely, for my family. Thank you for making this whole process painless and run smoothly.

Really great firm. Was dealing with a disconnected exterior drain that was impacting other units in our building. Andreas came over and was an absolute wizard. Olen and Roy did an excellent job fixing my sink. We have had 2 other plumbing companies out to look at it in the past and neither of them compared to the 5 star service and repair I received today! They were both very professional and efficient. They talked us through the repair at every step of the way and were very transparent. I highly recommend them. I will use them for all my future plumbing repairs and you should too!!

Domenic came to do a backwater test for the City of San Marcos. Not only was he efficient; but polite and friendly. He took time to give me a little tutorial about my indoor plumbing as well. Great experience

Recently purchased a home and knew I needed plumbing repairs. Called an inferior service which clearly wanted to do the minimal amount of work for maximum cost.
Then I called 1st Home the same day and Andres was the following day (right on time). We walked the property and reviewed each of the issues and discussed options for solving them. Andres provided detailed quotes on each item without pressuring me into anything that wasn’t needed. I’m no expert but pricing seemed very reasonable.
And when it came to service, Andres and Olen arrived the following morning and got everything done quickly and thoroughly. Sink faucet and toilets look (and work) great. The new water heater is a work of art. When they finished the work, they were sure to walk me through the property and show me all the things they did, test functionality and talk about things to keep an eye on in the future. Really great experience with 1st Home. All my problems fixed in less than 48 hours!

Olen and Anthony did an amazing job this morning fixing a break in our main water line to our house. Both were very professional and did their jobs quickly but well to get our house back to where we had water. I cannot recommend them enough.

Ryan was an absolute lifesaver when our AC unit conked out! He arrived right on time, which we really appreciated, and his friendly demeanor made the whole process stress-free. Not only did he diagnose and fix the issue quickly and efficiently, but the price was fair and exactly as quoted—no surprises. Ollin was great. Very respectful and honest and got that job done immediately and did a great job. I had 10 other companies come and nobody was able to do it but ollin. 130% recommend for any future work!

Dominic went above and beyond today. He came over to check out our tankless water heater and also took a look at one of bathroom sink filters. He changed the screen out for me because he happened to have one in his truck. Great family owned business. We plan to use them to install our new tankless water heater.

I received service from Jacob Johnson. He was very helpful and experienced on how to solve issues with the AC unit. I know if I have any AC issues in the future, Jacob will be able to address it and have it solved in a timely manner.

I received service from Tom and Jonathan. They were so helpful and friendly throughout the time they were at my home. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future I am 100% going through Honest Plumbing. Thanks for the help!
