Terrible experience from start to finish. They installed a brand‑new AC that constantly fails, and every time it breaks they push upsells instead of fixing the problem. The zone board has been replaced twice, yet they still claim it’s “not under warranty.” We’ve had endless service calls with no real solution. Monica in the office is no help, she keeps repeating that the GM can only offer 15% off, while the company continues charging customers for their own mistakes. Our AC went out in the middle of the Texas summer, leaving our dogs overheated. This company calls itself “Honest,” but there’s nothing honest about them. No integrity, no accountability, just sales over service

Honest AC installed our system nine years ago. I left them a five-star review after that. We use them extensively over the years for service calls and the occasional repair and always like dealing with them. That has dramatically changed and I will no longer refer anyone to them. In fact, I would strongly encourage anyone reading this not to use these guys.

My system stopped blowing air Saturday morning. I found a different company who could get someone out within the hour to check it out. They diagnosed it as a failed indoor blower motor.

They said their cost on that replacement part is $1,800, but before I had them do the work, I should check with the company that installed the system because if they did their job after the install, and registered my system with Trane, the manufacturer, then that part would be covered by a 10-year warranty.

We installed the system nine years and six months ago. I called Honest AC Monday morning and guess what? They never bothered to register the system!

So my warranty expired four and a half years ago. So now I'm on the hook for the part. Their warranty manager apologized up and down and said she talked to a manager and they would offer a 40% discount on the repair since they screwed up the warranty. I asked what my cost would then be and when they could do this repair. She said she'd find out.

That call was Monday morning. I didn't hear anything back until Tuesday around 10. They left me hanging for over 24 hours with a house with no heat during the winter.

The tech finally received the estimate from their headquarters and it's ridiculous. They're claiming that the cost of the part is not $1,800. It's $3,000. and after their discount, they would charge me roughly the same amount that the company from Saturday was going to charge. There is no way I'm going to use Honest AC for this or anything else ever again.

They don't communicate. They don't stand behind their work. They did nothing to make this right. They lied about the cost of the part, and when I tried to call, I discovered that they have an AI bot that answers calls, and it was literally impossible to speak to anyone in their office.

These guys used to be good. Now, they absolutely suck. Stay awake.

My daughter has a maintenance contract with Daniel's. Marc and Glass were just here to do a checkup and they were very thorough and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

Gave these guys a call and within 4 hours they drove all the way up to Killeen to help out with my water heater. Very professional and friendly I would definitely recommend these guys

However we had an installation thereafter which took 12 hours and then failed again after two days of working. We need to get another repair man to come out and check the AC

We are navigating some serious sewer infrastructure problems at one of the properties I manage. Ron and his team have been wonderful to work with and Ron is a very proactive communicator. I'm never left wondering where things are at, which is important as I'm not able to be on-site to check on the work being done. I greatly appreciate everything they have done for us so far and they will always be our first call when something comes up.

Appreciate Shannon coming out and helping with our annual HVAC check up. Found some things that the original installer didn't clue us into so we’re thankful we can address them before they become problematic. Highly recommend.

Very expensive, did not fix the issue, still charged me $350 for the visit. Insisted that the whole toilet needed to be ripped out to clear the clog. I got another plumbing team to come, he removed the clog and only charged me $95. Hate these bad vendors who take advantage of customers when we are in distress. Highly disappointed and would not want them to do this to anyone else

I had wonderful service today. Aldo replaced my auto refill for my pool, made it easier for me to winterize, and showed me how it can even be repaired in the future if necessary. I love their plumbing service, and they always accommodate my availability for service calls.

Glass came in today and was very diligent in his analysis to fix the issue as well as make recommendations for ease and better operations of existing equipment.

Greg Lancaster has gone above and beyond to help us get a big repair done at one of our homes. This is the second time we have used this company and they are just the best. Greg did a thorough job, kept us informed every step of the way and was available anytime we had questions. We are Daniel's Plumbing customers for life because we know when we have a plumbing issue we are going to be able to work with people like Greg Lancaster.

HVAC Specialist Ryan Phipps was fantastic in completing the installation of our new unit. Being extremely professional as well throughout the AC assessment.

Super pleased! We, of course, had trouble on thanksgiving day that left us fully without water to our house. They had someone out to our house by 9:30am and had us good to go by noon. Seriously, we’re so thankful

You can’t run a small urban farm with leaky spigots! And as much as I wish I had a dishwasher, a functional sink that doesn’t leak works fine!

Brice & Adam removed & replaced the downstairs AC unit in 6 hours. This included the duct work plenum boxes This is the 2nd time we’ve had to replace this unit and it is the best installation yet. I would strongly recommend using Daniel’s AC and Brice & Adam if you should require replacement of your AC unit

I scheduled service with Daniel's to diagnose and repair a problem with a water softener system. Within a couple of hours, a plumber was at my home working on the problem. This is the third time in 8 years we have had significant problems with a water softener system. The maintenance, repairs, and replacement costs have been extensive. The Daniel's plumber explained the issue to me and gave me an option to repair the current system or replace it with a new one. He answered all of my questions, explaining the pros and cons of each option, and I never felt pressured. I chose to have them install a new system and he had it done within a couple of hours. We can tell a big difference in the water quality since the new system has been installed and this system has a 25-year warranty, guaranteeing that this is likely the last time we will have to worry about costly repair or replacement issues. The quality of work was top notch. They did things other plumbers had not done including weatherizing the water lines for the system and adding shut off and bypass valves. I'm very satisfied with my experience with them and won't hesitate to call them again.

Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and kind and what stood out most was that they worked together as a team. They were all on the same page for solving my issue. First contact Adrian’s explanations made sense and he worked with me on price and listened to my stories. Installers Bryce and Adam were the best. They made a hot hard lengthy job almost sound like fun. Cudos to all of you from Pearl the dog and I. And, woohoo, 70 degrees! Good times are back!

Paul and Torrey were very nice, knowledgeable, and thorough. I've used Daniel's as my AC technicians for a few years and have been very happy with their inspections and service with both plumbing and AC. However, I do think their prices have gone up. Even with discounts, my tankless water heater flush was over $500.
