Bryce and Adam installed my new HVAC system today, and they were awesome! Really personable, helpful, explained everything I needed to know, and were super sweet to my curious dogs. The cost of the new system is expensive but reasonable for an entire new system, and the level of service I’ve gotten from everyone at Daniels during the whole process has been top notch and low stress.

Heads-up folks.. this my current on-going issue with Daniels.

2/09 Mon. Mark and Tony arrived. Tony replaced the shut-off valve behind toilet. I have a toilet not flushing well and Tony said it looks like it needs to be replaced. Mark said they can take a camera look at the drain line to see if there is an issue other than the toilet failing. I agreed and was charged a total of 721.00 for the camera work and valve replacement. Mark said he would email me the reciept, I did not recieve a receipt only an estimate for future work needed. Mark then left the property. After Tony replaced the valve I told him to NOT do the camera work as it was to expensive. Mark said the valve cost 268.00 dollars so they owe me the remainder 453.00 refund. Tony said he will let Mark know. Did not hear back on Monday at all.

Tuesday 2/10. Spoke and talked to Josh, Customer Service Rep. Told him about the refund owed and I need a receipt for my valve and camera payment as I did not receive a receipt. Josh stated he would send the receipt that only Robert, the Manager, can approve refunds and that he would have him contact me. Heard nothing for the rest of the day.

02/11 Wednesday, called Daniel's office spoke to Ariel, she said refunds can only be issued by the Corporate office and can take up to 10 days. I told her that was unacceptable and to please have the Manager call me. Once again crickets.. I did not receive an email, text or call back. Saga continues!!!

My HVAC went down and I called Daniels at 4pm. They were out to inspect the unit that night and quoted a replacement the next day. Their price was 30% cheaper than a second opinion I got. The unit was installed the next day and I couldn’t be happier with the process. Extremely friendly service and a trustworthy team from start to finish. I can’t recommend them enough.

After 2 days of freezing weather and a none working heating system, Glass from DPAC showed up on time for his appointment and got us up and running. We are not “repaired” because the part is on order. But to get our house up from 61 degrees and livable again, Glass worked the problem to a temporary solution. Polite, professional, dedicated and a good listener, Glass is all you would want in a service tech. A good guy, he makes this company look good to anyone he services. thanks.

Aldo was our service provider today and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable and great at explaining the problems we were having. The service was a bit higher than we were expecting but Aldo was able to work with us a little bit which helped us feel better. Highly recommend Daniel’s plumbing!

Thank you and kudos to Glass for replacing the breaker and troubleshooting. I’m excited to use the new system this below freezing weekend!

It was nice to have both Marvin and Randy show up at our house for the diagnostics estimate when our air conditioning was not working. It turned out to be a piece of wire which was broken which made the fan not work and caused mold to build up. Marvin installed an ultraviolet light to kill the mold and bacteria in the vents. We have cooler air now in the house. They helped us get a membership to help discount the fees. We are grateful for the diagnostic day. They remained a company of integrity.
We are satisfied with cooler temperature in the house and that the problem got fixed right away.

Adam and Bryce were just delightful. The whole experience from service call for diagnosis of problem (shoutout to Paul), to discussing next steps with Adrian and scheduling on the next available weekday was definitely a blessing! I’m truly grateful for the level of service and customer service we received. The team ran into some temperamental connectivity issues but were determined to resolve it and they did not leave until the job was complete and satisfactory. To the families of the gentlemen who assisted us today, thank you for sharing them with us and give them grace if they show up after usual scheduled time. I am confident in the work that was done and also confident that in the off-chance something goes awry that Daniel’s Plumbing will take care of it and us. Thank you to the entire Daniel’s team!

very impressed with the entire process of having my new hvac system installed. When i first inquired, the company quickly set me up with a consult, they came out explained everything and provided me with a quote. Not pushy at all. After shopping around, I chose them. Today Ryan and Elvin came out on time. Did the install answered all my questions, cleaned up, helped me understand the system and couldnt be any happier. They were very professional. The entire team was a joy to work with from the appt setter to salesguy to installers. Will use them for other services.

ABACUS Plumbing truly came to our rescue during a last minute issue in the middle of our kitchen remodel. They were responsive, professional, and quick to get someone out when timing really mattered, which immediately took a lot of stress off our plates.

Technician Jared Melton was outstanding. He clearly knew his stuff and worked efficiently and was clearly focused on doing the job right, not just getting it done fast. He was calm, respectful of our home, and incredibly professional, just exactly the kind of person you hope shows up when things are already stressful.

Overall, we were extremely happy with the experience from start to finish. ABACUS delivered when it counted, and Jared is a huge asset to their team. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for the next phase of our kitchen remodel. Highly recommend.

Ethan did a great job of same day
service for a gas leak at the furnace in our attic. He is very professional. I highly recommend Ethan for his excellent service at our house.

Excellent experience. Same day service, Technician was on time, did not leave a mess and best of all fixed my toilet drain. The company has a tracking app to update when the tech will appear; a good thing cause no need to make follow-up calls while waiting..

Wow, same day service! Loved the flat rate! who does this?...no one we found this in these guys. He deduced the problem and why, noted the state of our fuse box. Wow, in no time flat our lights were back on. He was friendly, respectful at all times, high quality service, and incredibly efficient. Issued their flat rate and all to $206 and out the door. This is our discovered goto!

Tim an Garrett were fabulous, Tim was at my house yesterday and I needed a new water heater and then Garrett was with him today to install the new one, both were very professional and answered all of my questions, I highly recommend Abacus and will be signing up for VIP with them!

We had a storm come through Austin and I lost hot water. After ignoring the problem for a day I googled plumbers and found that Abacus could come out that same evening.

Jonathan arrived on time, ran a diagnostic, walked me through my options, and had the hot water back on in no time at all with clear advice on how to make sure it doesn't happen again.

It's only January, and they were the best call of the year.

I just joined the VIP program they offer, so I have had the electrical inspection and the HVAC inspections so far. And we had to have a doorbell chime replaced and they came to do that. Great communication, nice people, professional service, and it is lovely to have one company that we can call for plumbing, electrical and HVAC stuff.
To add to this post, Tim just came to do it plumbing inspection as part of the VIP program. He was professional and knowledgeable as everyone at Abacus has been.

Omid did a great job in our home fixing a kitchen and bathroom plumbing issue. He was patient to explain the process and the job he was going to perform. He also took the time to inspect the completed job and provided pricing upfront. I am very pleased with his work and professional demeanor. I would definitely have him welcomed again thru Abacus Plumbing.

I’m disappointed with my most recent experience and cannot recommend this company for electrical services.

I used Abacus in the past for a straightforward electrical issue and had a great experience, which is why I hired them again. Unfortunately, this time was different.

I scheduled an appointment to diagnose an issue with my wired video doorbell. The video feed was permanently offline, and the indoor chime was not ringing, even though the doorbell was receiving power. I also purchased a new wired video doorbell in case replacement was needed. I explained that the chime issue existed prior to the visit.

Despite this, the underlying power and transformer issue was not properly diagnosed. The existing transformer was reused, the doorbell worked only briefly, and then went permanently offline again. The chime remains nonfunctional.

I reached out to customer service to resolve this and did not receive a response.

Given that the issue was not fixed and my request for resolution was not addressed, I’m very disappointed and cannot recommend them based on this experience.

Called ABACUS to come check out the lost of water pressure and possible leak underneath the slab. Dustin was the first technician to come check out for my water pressure issue, he was very helpful and informative. Dustin and tech checked prices for other work and we saw ABACUS had discount for sewer cleaning. Told him I would like the service. Andres Barriosnueva came out and provided the service, he suggested we did a scope to see if we had a sewer issue. Andre was very informative. Scheduled that service and Donald came out to provide the borescope service. Donald was very informative and provided a quote for a service. ABACUS team was very informative and helpful. Will be using them in the future for the quoted work.

Teddy was great! He came in an did an inspection of our shower. Identified and explained possible problems and solutions. Adjusted our shower handle, which seemed to have possibly fixed our heating issue. All in all Teddy was very professional and thorough!
