I scheduled Daniel AC & Plumbing for an emergency tankless water heater repair, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. They wasted 4–5 hours of my time and never sent a plumber, despite me calling 4–5 times for updates. Each time they assured me I’d get a 30-minute heads-up when someone was on the way — but I never received a single text or call.

Then at 10:30 PM, they suddenly claimed a technician had come by but “no one answered the door,” which made no sense since I clearly told them it’s an Airbnb, they can go anytime, and the water heater is outside the home. Still, no call, no text, nothing.

To make things worse, the last person I spoke with was blatantly rude and completely unapologetic, even though the company had clearly messed everything up.

Completely unreliable and not credible at all. I would not trust them for any emergency or time-sensitive service.

I had a great experience with Joseph, who came out to do the winter tuneup and to check on the health of the home furnace. He took notes and photos that will be shared with me via email , and explained what he found , during his inspection. He was clear and patient , educating me on my heater, and the possible longevity of my 15 year old furnace. I had been told by a previous HVAC professional that I was due for a replacement soon , but Joseph explained that he didn't see any imminent signs that it was failing. Joseph was a great HVAC pro who I would definitely recommend !

Franklin did an excellent job on a difficult situation! He was very courteous, but mostly importantly, he was very knowledgeable and got the tough job done. I would highly recommend Franklin and Daniel’s.

Torrey was very professional and knowledgeable and treated me and my home with respect and kindness. He fixed my problem quickly and arrived just a few hours after I called for service. Always a great experience with Daniel’s!

Aldo and Julio were great! They located the issue in the plumbing and then explained it very clearly. We actually understood the problem. They also saw a few things that could become problems in the future and let us know. Thanks, y'all!

Daniels sent a technician to my home to check on my heating unit for the upcoming winter. After their assessment, I was told that I had over $3000 of repairs that needed IMMEDIATE attention. The technician also said there is a pan that was somehow left in my unit that had no purpose, so he removed it. I called another HVAC company out to get a 2nd opinion. After their assessment they told me that there is ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with my HVAC unit. And wanted to know why a pan was standing by the unit. I told them the story and he said, that pan has VERY IMPORTANCE and can only be removed by UNSCREWING the 2 SCREWS HOLDING IT IN PLACE. And it MUST be placed back as it is a splash pan for the AC. It’s $1000 to replace the pan back in its place. I’ve been going round and round with Daniels to place it back but with no luck. I will no longer trust or use this company. Definitely BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

This was a year ago and I didn't post. This company charged us $871.70... for changing a gas flex pipe. He came in because we started smelling gas and got worried. It took him less than 1 hour to find that the problem was the flex pipe. When he told us how much it was, we were surprised and we told him it was too expensive. He alluded to coming quickly. But 800+?? He robbed us.

Paul the tech was awesome! Explained everything, showed me a ton of before & after pics, and gave me honest quotes about next steps, with detailed explanations about what/when/why. Ultimately Daniel's is going to save me $2k compared to the other guys.

Very knowledgeable, cordial, timely and proficient. Got us up and running during a very warm Christmas in Central Texas. Thanks. Edit: Had to come out to revisit a heating issue. Called in issue and he came out an hour later today. They are about an hour away (Austin, Tx) so this was awesome. He’s a great teaching technician and I learned things as he went through the processes.

Glass helped with furnace questions and did a great job explaining the issues and provided great customer service.

Aldo helped with our plumbing issues and resolved them in an efficient and friendly manner. Also explained the issues well so we could make an informed decision.

They are able and willing to work on downtown condo buildings and always seem knowledgeable. I have also always been able to get service quickly. For my most recent issue Ronnie did a great job. He was able to identify the issue and explain the tradeoffs, and did a good job of helping knock down some of the costs due to the size of the job. I would continue to use this company.

I have had 2 experiences with Daniel's now and both were exceptional! The first time Philip came out very quickly, was here when he said he would be and got my almost 20 year old air conditioner running. My 2nd experience Ryan and Adam came out and installed a new unit. They also showed up when they said they would. All 3 were extremely professional And skilled! I highly recommend Daniel's! I will be using them for Duct and dryer vent cleaning soon! Also my plumbing needs!!

We had Daniels Plumbing come out to replace our sump pump and repair a cracked in-ground PVC pipe. The team, led by Ronnie was friendly, quick and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained the work as they went and made sure I was aware of costs. The cost felt a bit on the high side, but that seems to be the case with most home repairs these days.

Overall, we’re very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely call them again if we need plumbing help in the future.

We had Daniels Plumbing and Air Conditioning out for routine maintenance on our HVAC systems and had a great experience. Our technician, Albert, was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, taking the time to make sure everything was working properly and answering our questions along the way. We truly appreciated the care and attention he provided and would highly recommend Daniels to others.

Aldo did a great job, though it wasn’t a big job he looked at everything needing work, gave me a reasonable estimate for the job. Total was surprisingly less than estimate. He was very thorough. I am very satisfied with his professionalism and quality of work. I would highly recommend Daniel’s Plumbing and Aldo in particular.

Great service. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Their service is prompt and efficient, both times I called they had someone out the same day. The technicians Phillip and Paul were very friendly and thorough. Paul performed a service and repair took extra time to get to the bottom of the issue. Phillip came out to install a drain IV so the issue will not reoccur. Phillip was very patient and took extra time to answer all my questions regarding our system, explain the installation process, and check everything thoroughly for proper functioning. They were very quick to reply and provided a comprehensive analysis of our cracked pipe. We received a few more quotes to compare and they were the most cost effective, and Eli did a great job of communicating throughout. Very professional and will definitely work with them again.

Marvin was great. He resealed what Royal Air of Houston did... consequently it was the same problem that we had previously. Had it been done right the first time we could have avoided the headache and calling another company to get a second opinion. He also took the time to educated us on the hvac system and what to look out for for future reference... and if something should arise we should give them a call.

Aldo was a wonderful technician! He diagnosed and fixed the problem within a few minutes, then took extra time to make sure all was in order. I will definitely request him by name for my next visit. Since I am on the yearly maintenance plan, and since my hot water heater is also still under warranty, Aldo waived the $49 service fee.
