My water heater was installed by Fast Plumbing and still under warranty, but it stopped working. They came and adjusted the thermostat. And they charged me $275 which was not mentioned until it's fixed, I thought it was covered by the warranty. If you are looking for a responsible plumber for your new water heater, please avoid them.

I had a main line water leak that was flooding the water meter box and would have started flooding the front yard if I didn't shut down the main switch. They were able to send the plumbers in an hour. Dylan and Cody were very friendly and knowledgeable and navigated the unexpected challenges during the repairs well. They found a second leak in the same general area and my quote had to be revised up during which I had a testy call with the owner but noticing how significantly more complex and time-consuming the second repair was, I realized they were right. Melissa, if you're reading this, I apologize. Good business and will definitely ask for the same guys next time there's a non-emergency repair.

Fast Plumbing is amazing and Melissa is the absolute gem of the operation. She is excellent at everything. Maintains perfect communication and solves problems that can come from permitting that you didn’t even know you would have. She recently fixed a problem I had with the city without costing me a cent. For that alone, all my plumbing needs will go to Fast first.

This is an amazing plumbing company. They are a small family business and you can feel it because everyone cares. But unlike some small family businesses, they give high-end service for reasonable pricing.

We’ve lived in our home for 15 years and we had trouble finding anybody we could trust, this company solved that.

Dylan and Cody were at my house tonight and were extraordinarily professional. They are impressive, younger guys, but they are better than some journeyman plumbers I’ve had out here.

They are the only plumbing company I call now. I wish they did more I would use them for everything.

We have used Fast Plumbing for years at our home. They have helped us with some pretty big jobs and always done a fantastic job. They have helped replace a new water main valve, replaced a water heater in our attic, shower plumbing, sink plumbing, replaced a water main line destroyed when a tree fell over and broke the line to the house. They are great and their office staff support is A+ amazing!

Charged me $400 for 30 minutes of work, and he didn't even do the job right. He said there were no cracks in the pipe then the city showed me in their video where the cracks were. But at least he was nice.

I've used Abel for several projects and recommend him to clients, he is super responsive and knowledgeable which is hard to find in the industry. Prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!!

With the recent hard freeze the old water lines under our house cracked and we were left without water. Within an hour of calling them they were on location and set up a temporary solution so we could have running water that night! Abel stayed until 10 that night to take care of us and cannot explain how much we appreciate his help. Quality materials and fair prices highly recommended!

Abel worked me into his schedule and was prompt (no delay!). He’s without a doubt a competent, hardworking man who has chose to go independent and will go far. Was professional, friendly and happily answered all my random plumbing questions. Provided an estimate on pricing BEFORE he even came out (the old established companies in town charge you just to get an estimate from them and don’t provide any pricing estimates until they arrive). Also gave me a hefty discount for installing 2 toilets instead of just 1. And did some other minor work that he chose not to charge me for. Above and beyond and was nothing like the plumbing experience I’m used to. Stop reading, and call this dude.

P.s. I’m one of those annoying ppl that typically only leave reviews when I’m unhappy. I was just that impressed with my experience

Abel came out the first time and did a great job however, I needed him to come back and re-set 2 toilet. I was on a strict schedule because I don't live in the town the work was to be performed. I had an appointment with him on a Monday afternoon. Called him 3 times that day. He never showed up & I still haven't heard from him. That was 4 days ago. I had to leave town and the toilets are still in the back yard.

Abel is awesome and trustworthy, highly recommend. The solution to our problem could have involved a $1,000+ replacement part, but before he jumped right into replacing it, he tried making adjustments to see if he could save us the money, which worked! He went out of his way to explain the problem, presented my options, and did his best to save us money.

Abel is a great plumbing professional. He showed up when he said he would, and he got the job done. He even suggested way to fix my existing water tank that was way less expensive than replacing the entire unit! He was here a couple of hours, and for what he did and how long he was here, I thought his rate was extremely reasonable.

I’ve used the services of Abel to Plumb about 3 or 4 times already. And each and every time my experience with Abel of Abel to Plumb has been great. He’s very professional and quick to respond. He assesses the problem, explains what’s involved and does an excellent job fixing my plumbing issue. Just today he came to repair my non working shower in my garage apt. Turns out the shower was clogged and thru careful work was able get it working again without having to get into the wall. Saving me lots of money. He’s very reasonable on pricing and is there to help the customer. He’s the best!!!
