Eric of Fast Plumbing is the man to call. I had some issues with my washing machine hose bibs and drain piping. I had called a different company first. They told me what a huge problem I had. Their bid was way out of line. I didn't accept their bid.
Then, Eric of Fast Plumbing responded, and fixed everything. He was quick, extremely competent, and charged what the job was worth. (By his standards, the job was simple).
I'm happy to have this job done, but am happier that i now have a go-to guy for my 40+ year old house. Thanks, Eric

I called fast plumbing for two different jobs and they were terrific. Melissa is responsive, thorough, and super helpful. I needed advice on the best way to plumb a guest bath addition and the guys came out, analyzed the current plumbing layout and really helped find the best way to plumb the new bathroom- and it was not an easy task!! This company was recommended by Nick from UnionJack Plumbing who I had used in the past but no longer does the work I needed (hot water heater replacement). My experience with Fast Plumbing was incredible, I have found a plumbing company that is straightforward, reasonably priced, do not change price quoted and do outstanding work. Jose and Steven were impressive, followed pandemic protocols, I only wish I could have tipped better. I will use this company moving forward. Highly Recommend.

I have used Fast Plumbing so many times this year. Snovid led to a cascade of events that included remodeling two bathrooms. They have been amazing to work with every single time. The plumbers are always on time. They are professional. The quality of work is excellent. I served as my own project manager for both bathrooms and they were always willing to give me advice on next steps. I loved that they would request photos of the project and then correspond on next steps and projected price. They made things easy. My slab leak, new walk in shower, new water heater, faucets, and new pipes are a huge improvement. Highly recommend this small, local company.

Use caution, ensure the price quoted over the phone includes diagnostic! Don't make the $500 mistake that I did.

I called Fast Plumbing after my water company detected a steady 10 gal/hr leak, most likely from a toilet not sealing. Melissa was very helpful and they were able to get the toilet fixed the next day. No issues with the quality or timeliness of the work.

The problem is that over the phone we communicated that the repair would be $238. Melissa called me and I approved the charge once the plumber had diagnosed the problem- I even added a $20 tip because of how grateful I was with the quick response and repair. However, $798 was charged to my card. I called and Melissa explained that the additional charge was for the diagnostic and discovering where the leak was from. This price was not quoted over the phone.

Home Depot and Lowes had both quoted me approximately $400 total to completely replace the old toilet, but i wanted to support a local company, plus I was under the (incorrect) impression that the end price to repair (not replace) the toilet would be under $300.

Edit: we were not quoted for $125 service fee and $375 for the first hour of leak detection, per the owner response below. I already had a quote to completely replace the toilet for $400, why would I pay $500 to have a diagnostic? This makes no sense and looks to me like the company is trying to save face.

Furthermore I also did not say anything about an $800 water bill, this is simply not true. No idea where that came from - maybe the company is getting us confused with another customer?

Regrettably, my usual plumber wasn't available, prompting me to contact Fast Plumbing based on a referral. They quoted $675 for a job estimated to take one hour, aimed at replacing two cartridges in a malfunctioning bathtub (Water wouldn't turn off). Upon expressing our intention to seek another plumber, we inquired about their diagnostic fee, which surprisingly exceeded $275. I strongly discourage utilizing their services. I ended up getting another plumber and they repaired it half the cost. It's worth noting that they operate on a bid system rather than the typical hourly-based process unless for other issues. Initial diagnostic fee was $275 which they never disclosed. Ended up paying $125 diagnostic fee which they did reduce after I pleaded with them.

Will never use them! Lesson learned, always ask if its hourly and what the diagnostic fee is.

As someone involved in the Real Estate sector, witnessing a company behave in such a manner is not ethical business practice. I've collaborated extensively with various Plumbers, and this particular experience stands out as the most unsatisfactory.

Slab leak during the snow apocalypse. They were able to schedule me quickly. The phone customer service was amazing. They were able to give me a detailed explanation of the process of finding and repairing a slab leak, an accurate estimate of the cost, and a time table for repair. The technician (Eli I think) was professional and did a great job of repairing the leak while minimizing the damage to the house. Jose and Joseph came out a month later to remove my water heater during the reconstruction process. They were friendly, professional and gave excellent advice on the pros and cons of keeping my current water heater vs replacing it. I highly recommend this company. Fast, professional, and reasonably priced.

Every time I've had Fast Plumbing out to my house they've been fast, professional, responsive and what they have fixed has stayed fixed. I tried one other plumber *once* and the difference in quality was staggering. I'm only trusting this company from now on. They've fixed the wax seal on a toilet, a broken faucet pipe, and rebuilt the pipes to an outside hose bib. Big thumbs up

We contacted Fast Plumbing for a second quote after we discovered a break in our plumbing line. They were able to come out at the end of the week and in the process discovered another break. They fixed both that same day and were very professional and courteous. We are very pleased and highly recommend them!

After going through the freeze of 2021, I decided to replace the shut-off valve at the street so I could easily turn off the water if/when needed. Steven was great. He clearly communicated what needed to be done, confirmed the cost, and got to work. He installed a ball valve which will make the process of turning off the water so much easier. I highly recommend Steven and Fast Plumbing. I submitted a request on line and he was out early afternoon the next day. Very good service!

Steven and Dylan at Fast Plumbing just made my day! First, they were able to make time for me within several hours of my contacting the office. They arrived on time and took care of several jobs, two of which I hadn't even mentioned when I called. This is the best plumbing company we have ever worked with. Melissa kept us informed and updated during a particularly complicated plumbing project. She handled everything from the city permit process to keeping an eye on the weather to time the digging of the yard optimally. We have worked with many plumbers over the years and have found our new permanent plumbing company with Fast Plumbing.

I can't thank Melissa enough. We are so blessed that our neighbor told us about Fast Plumbing, who did work on their house, because we just felt like were were in such good hands. The communication was stellar and we felt we could trust Melissa and the company through the entire process. And what a process it was, these kind of major repairs are never easy or financially fun, but Melissa and co made the best of an otherwise awful situation we found ourselves in with our plumbing. Thank you so much, Melissa and team. I hope we never have a major plumbing repair to deal with again, but if we do, you're our plumber from now on.

I wish I could give Fast Plumbing a 10 star review. We had a leak that we couldn't find and were quoted really high prices to just find the leak from other local plumbers. Stephen was calm, not alarmist and found the leak very quickly and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Customers for life, it is really hard to trust repair people and Fast is very trustworthy and hardworking. Thank you.
