Tim Peterson did a great job for us, we had an emergency and needed someone fast. Tim was there quickley and did a fantastic job. Tjanks to Tim we let for our vacation on time.

Tim arrived within minutes of my call with dispatch and thoroughly diagnosed the problem of our clogged drain and proceeded to clear the line. He cleaned the line 3 times and checked the drain line from kitchen sink and laundry room. He did not leave until he was certain that the drain line was all clear. I am very happy with Tim and Ben Franklin Plumbing.

Tim Peterson rebuilt tub-shower valves on 1968 installation. There were some issues in getting the new parts to seal properly but he patiently worked everything out and the tub-shower diverter now works properly.

They seem expensive, but dependability and promptness are worth it. Twice I called them: 1. water softener, 2. kitchen sink leak. Both times they came the next day. Tim was great to work with.

A water heater flex pipe began leaking today. Within 4 hours the offending piece had been replaced and the worksite left clean. Jared Melton, the technician, did a great job. He takes pride in his work and leaves no mess behind.

Michael Matheny was fantastic! We had to have a main line replaced due to root growth. Michael came the same day to clear out the roots so that we could function again until they could get a crew out for the big job. Then on the day of the big job, they were on time, professional, and did the job perfectly. I was very impressed with Ben Franklin Plumbing overall and will definitely be a repeat customer when the need arises!

Donovan is a well-mannered young man who take pride in doing a good job. He was faced with a very difficult drain blockage which he had to tackle in the attic at very hot temperatures. He gave full effort until he solved the problem. It showed that he cared about his work and satisfying his Customer. Great Job!

I spoke with Christine to schedule the appointment and again with her to follow up. She was polite and professional. Donovan, the technician, got here earlier than expected. He was friendly and professional. He checked and flushed our water heater. Afterwards, he showed me a video of what he found and explained what it meant. I would recommend this company.

Donovan did a great job and very professional with the work completed. I would say there should be an evaluation on charges as that can be a deterrent from longer term customers. Overall the job completed was great with a high degree of working knowledge.

I had an issue with the kitchen faucet. Jared came out and got the faucet to work better. He came back the next day and installed a water heater for me. He also took another look at the kitchen faucet. Overall, I pleased with the service. This is the second time I've used Ben Franklin Plumbing.

Jeff showed up on time. Kept me (property owner) informed. Did inspection. Gave an estimate. Did the work (replacing one toilet and repairing another) and billed me the amount of the estimate. My tenants are very happy.

Donovan....great guy! You always expect service techs to try to sell you something that you don't need. However, he was straightforward. He asked if I wanted to sign up for the annual, which would give 20% off any service (if any needed). What he did not do is attempt to sell me unnecessary upgrades like the last 2 companies I had over to do an inspection. Integrity is hard to come by these days.

Tim was excellent. He took time, explained everything to me, saved me money and answered my off-topic questions about another matter. Will use again!

I'm always happy with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing service. This last visit Tim was assigned to help me fix a few issues. He explained the issues, made appropriate recommendations, and did a great job.

Booked appointment on Sunday afternoon for a technician as early as possible on Monday. Jeff, was super thoughtful and professional. Promptly arrived and handled all my issues.

After having set an appointment two weeks in advance for a custom job, and after having taken the time off of work to wait for the appointment, I was called the morning of and informed that there were "scheduling problems".

However, talk of scheduling problems quickly changed to a discussion of why the job I wanted to have done, converting a portable dishwasher into a stand-alone permanent dishwasher, was actually not even possible and that I had been fooled by the dishwasher salesman. I had already done the research so it was obvious to me that they were trying to cover for their scheduling problems.

I used the time taken off of work to call another plumber who was able to complete the job on their first visit in under two hours without having to order any special parts. I definitely think honesty should come first in business and I would have forgiven scheduling issues but do not appreciate being told the job was impossible. I'm currently enjoying my new dishwasher courtesy of a more Reliable plumbing company.

Tim was very professional and exceedingly thorough. I have no doubt that the plumbing in my house is in the best condition. Ben Franklin Plumbing is responsive and explains repairs where I understand clearly. The maintenance program they offer is one of the best.
