$1087 for a small repair. The tech himself said it would take 30 or 40 minutes to fix. Got a notification at 12:57pm the driver was heading my way. Didn’t show up until 2:30pm. Poor communication, worse pricing. What an absolute rip off. Don’t waste your time.

Found a smaller company who is doing the same job for $275.

Plumbing issues are never fun, but it sure does make a difference when you have someone looking out for you..

It started out as a request to replace a couple of shower fixtures, seems that we had one issue after another, it started out with me getting the wrong parts, then a hard to replace cartridge... Josh helped me get the right parts, replaced the stuck older cartridge setup, got the new fixtures is & also flushed my water heater & showed me on how best to maintain the heater for future use, also maybe look at a faster solution to hot water at the sink w/o waiting too long.

I liked Josh's can do attitude, he didn't seem to get flustered & got any issues resolved, everything is looking good.

I'm very pleased!

Used them for years despite shoddy work. They used to be local and now they are NOT. Experienced a random cancellation for work today and started getting weird questionable calls from the company the day BEFORE the scheduled day. The call was for previous work their "master plumber" refused to perform. I try to give folks the chance and try not to leave negative reviews but these folks suck so much it was difficult not to. The work we had done a year ago started leaking immediately! The previous plumber that worked for AAA about the company complained all through the job. This place is an amazing example of unprofessionally run company. DO NOT USE!!!!~response to response: no, you didn't call. Your local location is closed, you yourself said so and so what does all this mean?

Not happy with their service. At first they said they wouldn’t charge me to cut the dry wall but then they said it would be $217.50. Their diagnosis was also not correct. So, after they left, I had another round of flooding in my kitchen. Wouldn’t recommend them.

After hearing from David Cross at this company I am hoping my disappointing experience detailed below is a "one-off." I have adjusted my rating in hopes they will do better in the future.

Had the misfortune of meeting Dwayne (sp?) Davis of this company today. First he parked head on against our mailman blocking his clients driveway parked the wrong way on the street he inched up closer onto my property after the mailman left. At that point he was parked diagonally with the back of his van over 18 inches from the curb but he still traipsed across my lawn several times to get to the driver's side door. After he had been there over an hour I'd asked if he'd be "much longer?" He replied "no" - I said "good." Went to pick up my daughters...35 minutes later he's pulled directly in front of my house still parked facing the wrong way. My dogs were going nuts. If he had just parked the direction of traffic he wouldn't have been a nuisance but courtesy or professionalism is not this man's forte. He told me to call his office so I did - they have my name and number. Hope AAA Auger starts encouraging their employees to park in the correct direction and not against traffic as well as teaching customer service to their employees who need a refresher.

My wife and I have now used AAA Auger three times in the last 4 or 5 years, and all three times have been pleasant experiences. First off, I like that they don't charge you just for an estimate. Their prices are reasonable anyway, and we've never had any surprise charges at the end. Most importantly, the fixes that they do stay fixed. We have recommended AAA Auger to friends and will continue to do so.

Called for service on 1/19/26 at about 3pm for broken water heater and was told that they would call us back which rep claimed that they did but didn't have correct phone number even though we gave him the phone number several times finally sent a rep out on 1 /20/26 at about 5pm never called us that they were coming after all. We told told rep Anton over phone that we were very disappointed in there handling of our call for service and we wanted to speak with the boss and that we were going to leave a bad review ,the rep Anton was very dismissive and sarcasticly said to have a good day and to have fun with that. Will never use AAA auger again!! Very disappointing

Ramiro and Jason came out to fix two issues that were stressing me out. ive been using aaa auger for years now and ramiro / jason will be my go to plumbers (since big fred has left AAA auger). both dudes were excellent and both dudes knew what they were doing - expensive but very fair pricing. they found a copper pipe leak in my ceiling and fixed it and fixed a hose bib outside. 5*. aaa auger please give my guys a bonus. they came to my home in north dallas.

My experience is 2 stars only because I never felt comfortable enough (and was too frustrated) to allow them to service my home.

My hot water heater stopped working two days ago. Pilot light kept going out and I couldn't even get the burner to turn on.

I called the same day as the issue and scheduled service for the morning of the next day. My spouse adjusted work plans to be home. It got late into the afternoon and we didn't receive a call. Finally, I called them and their dispatcher said they needed to push service to the next day.

The next day, I took the day off of work, the plumber shows up, I tell him the symptoms and he starts saying I probably need a whole new unit. He didn't even troubleshoot at this point! Didn't put hands or eyes on the unit. I had to coax him into looking at the water heater and coming up with a diagnosis.

After looking at the unit for all of 20 seconds, he starts telling me how it's from home depot and he can't even really give me an estimate for the control valve change. I needed to, once again, coax him into a solution because he just wasn't giving me anything! He really seemed like he just didn't want to do the work, wasting my time and my spouse's time. I finally got him to at least quote me on a new water heater. It was like pulling teeth to get him to take my money.

When people call a plumbing service, they have lost a utility that is severely impacting their everyday life. The plumber acted like I was wasting his time by asking him to help fix my issue. Between the scheduling and the response from the plumber, I did not feel comfortable using their plumbing services.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt, the first day I got rescheduled was crazy busy for them and the plumber that showed up was having a bad day or was just a bad apple. Not sure. But this was not a pleasant experience. Maybe they do amazing work! But I never even got to that point...

Tim did a great job analyzing our leak under the slab of our covered patio. He traced the pipes and found the best spots to cut off the pipes and stop the leaks.

Austin is super efficient and goes above and beyond. Benjamin Franklin's team is always super responsive and fast. Austin diagnosed the issue right away and was able to fix the toilet within 1 hour. Plus killing some roaches at the same time! Highly recommend BF.

Donovan is very helpful & showed me my old water key does work with the new smart meter! Was able to fix & trouble shoot the water leak issue.

Exceptional service, Tim goes over & beyond his call of duty!! His 3rd visit to my home & relieves my major anxiety over these maintenance & service issues!

Mickey was efficient and very pleasant to talk to. He explained the job that had to be done very well.

Michael did a great job. He explained in detail everything he was doing and spent sometime explaining a new softener system for me. He is professional and excellent at his job.

We had a broken outdoor spigot/line and Michael quickly figured out the issue, picked the most economical option to fix it, and walked me through everything he did. I had a nightmare experience with another plumbing company in the Lakeway/Bee Caves area, so it's refreshing to find a business that does such a good job.

I had prompt response to schedule an estimate for installing a stand alone bathtub. Unfortunately Benjamin were not interested in the job due to old plumbing having Kitec pipes that were banned due to malfunction in the past. (Lucky me :( to discover what was hiding under the floor and in my walls.)
