Paul Schultz came out to install our new dishwasher, since we ordered direct. He new how to install and set up he was very professional. We use AAA Auger for all our plumbing needs, they are prompt and ready to work! Thanks Paul for the excellent service!!

AAA Auger has been our go-to for years whenever we've had an issue. We love their responsiveness, quality of work and professionalism. In specific, Paul has been out to our home twice. Once for a water heater estimate the other for a leaky toilet. He is exceptional. Explains the issue, positive attitude and great to chat with. Highly recommended.

The entire AAA Auger team was great in doing a complete re-pipe of my house following the winter storm. Jose was superb in explaining what needed to be done and his craftsmanship is stellar. Quick to respond and the tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Paid more than another company quoted, but AAA arrived in 4 hours, the other company was a 3 days wait. Worth the extra cost to have our water line repaired and water back on in just a few hours.

We had a serious break in the sanitary sewer system below our slab. Jason with AAA Auger accurately diagnosed the problem and carried out a difficult repair with a high degree of professionalism. We were kept well informed of job status throughout the process and, in the end, very satisfied with the final result.

I needed to get my tankless water heater replaced under warranty so I reached out to 4 different plumbing companies to get a quote on labor. The first 3 companies gave me absurd quotes of 2k-4k in just labor charges for a 2-3 hour job. I called AAA AUGER and they emailed me a quote. The only company to do that and offer a free consult without adding a trip charge like 95% of these companies do. Their quote came in lower than all of the other 3 companies and Trent came out and did an excellent job installing the new water heater. He also ended up charging me less than he had initially quoted since some of the quote items did not end up applying to my install. Not only that I wanted to replace my large expansion tank to a smaller one and all the other companies quoted me at least 200 to do it. Trent said dont worry about it those little tanks are inexpensive and I'll replace it for free of charge included in your install!! Now that is how you get lifetime customers. If you think honest companies and people do not exist think twice and give these guys a call. Super knowledgeable and very reasonable with pricing. Trents the man and I will definitely be recommending these guys to my friends and family. Thank you for being honest and providing an excellent experience all around!

Jason was great to work with. Highly recommend. Got a call prior to arrival and am satisfied with the quality of work performed. The icebox valve (in the wall behind the refrigerator for the water line) needed to be replaced due to age before a new fridge could be connected.

Trent and the whole staff were great! They were passionate about getting on the schedule that worked for me to be there for them, as well as had very good communication about times, updates and what to expect. They were earlier than had said they’d be and finished faster than expected as well. Great job, very happy with the service of fixing my leak in the wall!

We had a flooding issue with our laundry room. Stephen and Alex with AAA Auger came out and fixed the issue quick and painless. Thanks for your help guys! ** UPDATE: The fix created another issue. After flushing out the water drain for the washer, they accidentally clogged the shower drains. I didn't notice. the dirt that came up during their initial pipe flush but saw it this AM and now the water won't drain in the tube. **UPDATE: I appreciate the response, and will standby for the fix. I didn't like adjusting the review because aside from the collateral issue, the guys were great! **UPDATE: On October 25th, 2023, Stephen came out and fixed the issue with the bathtub drain. He was efficient and polite, making the experience very pleasant. Thanks again AAA AUGER for following up on your promise. Updating the rating!

My hot water heater was leaking water... I called about 7 different places and AAA was the only one that could get someone out the next day. Paul Schultz and Juan were awesome! They came in and immediately identified the problem, they were quick and clean and I really appreciated them! In addition, I thought the price to be very fair. I highly recommend using these guys and will keep them in my services rolodex going forward!

Jason was super helpful and told us what he was doing the entire time. He remembered our names and was very professional and quick! Our tub handle was broken and the water just kept pouring out, he was able to fix it, turn the water back on and get us back to our lives quickly. The customer service I spoke with last night was super helpful and dispatched someone ASAP, super kind and helpful! Great service!!

Jason did a great job of replacing my water heater. Because of the way the house was built, I was glad to have an experienced plumber, who was careful about what he was doing. He explained to me as to the reasons why he did certain things, while he was installing it. I appreciate him

Great experience. My appointment was a last minute add-on for the day. Jason was friendly, courteous, and considerate. He applied shoe covers each time before entering my home, fixed my issue quickly, cleaned up, and was done in no more than 30 minutes.

I will never call anyone other than AAA Auger again! Yesterday, we had a very stressful experience at my household with an unknown leak from the water heater. Water was spraying everywhere including the ceiling and walls and leaking all over the garage. It was a Sunday and it was difficult to get a hold of anyone who would come out on the same day. Many places said they would call us right back and never did. Many clearly did not care or treated the call as an inconvenience or gave us a run around. NOT AAA Auger. From the minute they received my call, they were professional, kind, inquisitive and truly interested in being helpful. I am not handy at all so they were very patient with my obvious lack of knowledge in this area and all my questions. The gentleman let me know that they were book for the day but that they would try to squeeze us in. He said he would let us know either way. Honestly, I had little hope that we would hear back from him, but sure enough - he called me an hour later and had a technician on the way. Aaron, the technician, showed up and he was wonderful from beginning to end. He was very thorough and conscientious. It was clear that he had great expertise and experience. He took the time to explain the issue and what would be needed for the repair. He did not charge us for the diagnostic assessment. We felt very safe and comfortable with him. He was friendly and very respectful. He was able to make the repair timely - and at a very fair price. After this experience, I plan to make AAA Auger our plumber every time! They made a very stressful situation - easy breezy! Thank you, Aaron and AAA!

AAA AUGER came out the same day I called, gave me a quote, and completed the work. All in one day! Stephen was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Fairly priced for the work, too. I had a gas run installed for my portable generator.

Had to have my water heater replaced. From over the phone support from Trent walking me thru how to kill the water supply to Jason being a total pro for the install, in and out in less than 2 hours; they did great. Would/will recommend them to any friends needing plumbing help. Jason walked me through all I need to know to properly maintain the heater, since I run it alongside a softener.

Replaced my tankless water heater and did a great job. They were here on time and were courteous and efficient.

I have used AAA Auger many times in the past and had exceptional, on time, and professional service at a fair price and today was no different. I had a leaking AC condensate line and the dispatcher gave me a 45 minute arrival window. Service was completed quickly and the techs, particularly Jason, were communicative and clear on what was repaired and verified it was complete. Very satisfied

Long Overdue Review for AAA Auger Plumbing Services ---
On December 12, 2024, my Rinnai tankless water heater started producing hot water with a two-minute delay and displayed error code 63. I hired an authorized Rinnai Pro shop to inspect it. The technician informed me that the heat exchanger might need to be replaced, which might not worth the cost. Instead, he recommended installing a different brand of tankless water heater.
Frustrated with the ongoing issues, I agreed to proceed with the installation two days later. However, that evening, I began to feel uneasy about the situation. I decided to cancel the job and seek a second opinion. The next morning, AAA Auger Plumbing Services arrived within an hour of my call. I met with Master plumber Trent and explained that I had already cleaned the inline filter and descaled the system, but error code 63 persisted. Trent proceeded to check the bypass filter and pump, discovering that the filter was extremely dirty and broken. I had not been aware of the bypass filter since the system was installed. Since I was heading out of town and wouldn't receive the replacement part for 10 days, Trent and I agreed that I could install the bypass filter myself when I returned. When I offered to pay for the service, Trent kindly refused to charge me. On Christmas Day, I installed the $3 filter, and the hot water returned instantly - error code 63 was gone. Out of curiosity, I asked Trent for a quote on the new system the other company had tried to sell me. His quote was professionally prepared and approximately 30% cheaper. From now on, AAA Auger Plumbing Services will be the plumber for both me and my daughter. Thank you for running such an honest and professional business.
