Benjamin Franklin Plumbers just installed my new tankless water heater. I’m always impressed how professional they always are. Jared and Dave went above and beyond . I’m thankful we have such a competent business in our local area.

I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for several years now and they are always prompt and thorough with the service they provide. I needed some work done on a shower handle and they were done in an hour. I am especially happy I get the same service professional, Donovan. I can trust him to do a great job.

Tim was excellent. He was on time and was very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose a problem in our drain line using a camera. It will necessitate a repair before it gets worse.

As usual: timely, professional, informative and thorough. And this was just for a free hot water annual maintenance check and house walk through. They installed a new hot water heater into my attic a couple of years ago and endured the summer heat and very tight access. All good.

Donovan was great. No issues with him at all. My problem is with the incredibly over charging that is done. I have used your services for years. My issue is this. To change a shower cartridge I was told 1 year ago would be about $300, but the person did not have the part on hand. Fast forward 1 year. That SAME repair WITH my 25% labor discount will be $700.?Mind you I watched a video of the repair. Takes 1 hour AT MOST. Turn off water unscrew, pull out, screw back in….done. I googled national average cost is $200-400 parts labor. Part cost $80 to $100, so you charge what $600/hr labor!! I call BS. Don’t give me no bs run around about well um cough cough you could have this issue or that cough cough so we have to cough cough charge this or that….bs. Shameful and not just you it’s shameful what living in Austin gets you…..screwed!

Mike was very professional and personable. He was on time and quickly accessed the problem and fixed it. We ended up buying a softener system from him that he came back to install the same day. Our first time using BFP but will definitely call again if we ever need plumbing work done. Highly recommend asking for Mike if you call to make an appointment. Great company to work with.

Been using this company since 2003. Both at our former 10 acre property in Leander and our current house in Cedar Park. Knowledgable, Prompt and no mess left behind. Pricing is good.

Benjamin Franklin plumbing is awesome. Prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. I had BF install a new cartridge in my master shower. It wasn't the easiest assignment. They figured it out real quick. The price was great too. I highly recommend using these guys.

Donovan was my service tech today, and in the past several visits. Before he began working, he explained the services charges, and what to expect to pay when done. He noticed my annual maintenance program had expired asked if I wanted to sign up again with no pressure, or up sales. Which I did renew. Donovan was thorough with the plumbing inspections and even took the time to answer a few questions about a possible work order in the near future and other plumbing related issues. All with a smile, very kind and respectful. Donovan shared with me after the inspection was completed, he will be moving to Scottsdale AZ. Donovan, I wish you well on your next journey!

Tim did an excellent job checking all our plumbing fixtures and valves. He then went over everything with me and I felt that he covered everything that needed attention. Very satisfied with the work that he did.

Noah did an excellent job! and he was able to show up sooner that anticipated so I did not have to spend much time waiting for him.. Noah was able to diagnose the plumbing issue very quickly, explained to me what was going on and then resolved the issue. Very happy with the service!

Needed to replace a clamp on pecs plastic pipe attached to pressure reduction valve this should have been a 45 min to 1 hour job since the work area was exposed and ready for the clamp to be replaced . I have a clamping tool but it was at my other home 75 miles from Austin . The technician had to call the call center instead of evaluating it should be about a $ 250 charge the delusional call center told him to $1100 ??? for a 45 min job
this shows the plumbing business has been infested by private equity which is buying out plumbing business and Gouging the uninformed victims AVOID and find a reputable plumber who has not sold out to private equity.

Absolutely thrilled with the job Noah did! He was able to find the issue quickly and resolve it. He was so clean and tidied up after himself, really respectful of the house.

He was also super honest and transparent about all the pricing and kept us updated as he diagnosed things so we knew how much it was all going to cost as he went along.

We had a water leak in the front yard, and Fast Plumbing came out a few hours after I called. It was raining and very cold outside, but Mycol and his assistant fixed the problem quickly and everything was working even better than before. Very excellent service.

They are always Professional, do a good job in a relatively short time and at a more reasonable price than quoted by others.

We have used fast plumbing a few times, most recently to replace our broken disposal. Our technician was nice, on time, and worked quickly and professionally. Their prices are fair and they respond quickly (we called at night and they came the next day)
