Collen is a true professional. Once he knew my garage had standing water, he came out to my house on a Sunday to diagnose my water heater issue. He had great communication from the get-go, and made the process extremely easy. Not only did he do a great job on the install of the new unit, he also expertly fixed the water damage that were caused by the leakage. I am so appreciative of the attention to detail and the phenomenal work! I highly recommend Rooter-Man and Collen.

Great experience with Rooter-Man, as always! Our kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, and after waiting for the part to be delivered, Eddie came on his day off over Memorial weekend to get it installed. He completed the job quickly and made sure we were happy with the work!

Very good experience with Eddie from Rooter-Man. There were several issues with a leak on the water heater inlet, the replacement of the Owner's cutoff valve and more. Eddie is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and experienced, and could tell me the advantages and disadvantages of each option, and we agreed on what to implement, and then he did so in a timely and very professional manner. Great job, I will be calling Eddie anytime I need a plumber in the future - HIGHLY recommend.

Stellar service all around. Alan quickly diagnosed the issue and stopped a fast leak after hours. He worked closely with us to determine the best course of action, explaining everything in detail, and had our hot water heater replaced the next day. He was exceptionally thoughtful and thorough throughout the whole installation. I couldn’t be happier about the entire process and outcome!

Rooter-man will be a repeat contractor for us and my wife Who is a real estate broker will add them to her supplier list! They did an outstanding job installing new hot and cold water lines throughout the house due to leaking copper plumbing lines in the slab.
Collen , Was the lead plumber on this project and the quality of his work was second to none. His plumbing knowledge.is also deep and most importantly, he is honest and trustworthy. Joshua came out and was professional, versed me on the problem. Fired up my water heater and gave me the said that he would let me know on the quotes for what was needed if I wanted him to do the work . Really friendly. Will definitely call him back with any other issues.

I was very pleased with the service we received from Garrett. He didn't try to upsell us on anything and was generous with his advice on other plumbing related questions. I am seriously thinking of switching to Rooter Man for all of our plumbing issues we we continue to get the same quality of service as we did from Garrett.

Eddie was prompt and nice. He replaced my garbage disposal and adjusted my dishwasher hose. Everything is working properly and I can get back to doing my dishes!

I am very happy with my first experience with Rooterman plumbing and Eddie specifically. First he figured out that dispatcher had given him the wrong address quickly and then he retrieved my mother-in-law’s glasses from the depths of the toilet with an auger and the glasses are in pretty good shape! I was able to get a same day (morning even) appointment. The plumber, Josh, arrived when they estimated he would. He did a great job assessing and fixing my plumbing issue. Their pricing isn’t as competitive as our prior plumber, but the service was better.

Rooterman plumbing was great, I was aware of a leak due to standing water at the edge of my house. After talking to multiple plumbers, Eddie at Rooterman presented a very clear plan on how to try and detect the leak and the best way to go about it step by step. Eddie and Matthew traced down the supply line having to dig to unearth it and repaired it quickly. They were honest, fair, and communicated clearly the whole time. Would recommend for any problem or project.

I never believe plumber reviews online but this was a great experience albeit a bit pricier than I had anticipated. Really easy to book and Josh was super knowledgeable. He was here for 2+ hours fixing my sink and gas line that I had installed during a remodel by a cheaper plumber. I’m learning that for plumbing just pay up or else going to pay for it later.

We had a major slab plumbing issue that required over 50 feet of tunneling under our home, and RooterMan handled it from start to finish with professionalism, skill, and a surprising amount of patience. Brett was our main point of contact—clear, honest, and responsive throughout the process. When unexpected complications came up (and there were a few), he helped us navigate them without panic or pressure.

Chris did a lot, if not most, of the plumbing work and was fantastic—steady, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. His apprentice, Matthew, worked hard every day and kept a great attitude the entire time. Collen, who oversees the work, made sure everything was done to standard and showed up to check in and make sure we were taken care of. These guys really care about doing things right, and it shows.

It was a huge job, but they made it manageable. I highly recommend RooterMan if you want a team that knows their stuff and takes care of their customers.

I had a fantastic experience with Jason from Rooter-Man Plumbing company. They were prompt, even showing up earlier than expected. Jason was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly before starting the job. He expertly fixed my tub shower handle and spout without any unnecessary fuss. He was professional, courteous, and left the area clean. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the level of customer service! I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Yelp does it again. I was looking for a company to do a couple of plumbing repairs. Rooterman had terrific reviews and responded first to my inquiry. I spoke with the office person and set a time for that afternoon. Eddie texted me as promised. He assessed the issues abandoned gave me a quote. Got the job done and I no longer have drips or leaks.

It may be a small thing to many but I appreciated the shoe covers. Also the general inspection of the hot water heater and water pressure appreciated.

The entire team at Rooter-Man is first class. Jason's initial work to assess the issue, give me best case and worst case options and be there every step of way was appreciated. Collen and Alan did a terrific job with the repairs. They worked a long day to get the job done in a day and it wasnt easy. They went above and beyond, replaced our shower drain to make sure sewer pipes connected correctly....they tested the entire system to make sure their job was complete and then spent time with me afterwards to explain what they did and give me some guidance going forward.
