Was having my floors replaced and discovered the toilet flanges had come lose from the pipe. Called Rooter Man late one evening and they were out the next morning. Joshua fixed both toilets and pounted out some other things I should look at in the future. He also pointed out a mistake by the flooring guys that I was able to get fixed quickly. RooterMan has always provided quick, reliable, and trusted service for me.

We needed an outdoor catch basin/french drain system cleaned out and had Chris with Rooter-Man out to do that recently. We had placed many calls to other companies, but they were unwilling to clean outdoor drains of that type. We had excellent service and water is moving quicker through our drains now. Chris was also thorough in mapping out our system, figuring out the potential problem spots and sharing his knowledge and expertise so that we can make more informed decisions in the future. We highly recommend them!

Eddie was great. He is friendly and professional. He is very trustworthy. These are rare qualities but he possesses them. He was timely and did not try to nickel and dime me with overages. I highly recommend him and this company.

Highly recommend Collen McBride and Rooterman Plumbing! For expert service and cost efficient solutions, I haven’t seen any better in my 12 years in Austin, and now Kyle.

I had a major root infiltration in the main drain under my foundation. After a drain tech from a competitor (big national chain) removed the roots, their “sales guy” told me I had a “catastrophic failure” and needed to dig a 65’ tunnel and replace the whole thing. $30,000 and he had a Docusign (w/nothing itemized) ready to sign on the spot.

Collen was the complete opposite. He ran the camera from the front clean out to the very back toilet (and then in the opposite direction), going very slow, showing me everything on the screen, and explaining what he saw in non-plumber, easy to understand terms. There was no break in the main PVC, and Collen quickly diagnosed that it was the mounting hardware directly below one of the toilets had been installed incorrectly by the original builder. No tunnel needed, just minor jackhammering. Total cost to fix was only $1,500 and he did amazing work on a fast timeline. He even told me upfront that I’d save several hundred dollars by removing/reinstalling the toilets myself, something most plumbers wouldn’t do.

They are expanding to Kyle, so would recommend to everyone here.

Jason was above all Professional and repaired the problem. We purchased a home which was flipped and the flippers did two things wrong. They replaced the bathtub which has a 1 ½" hole with a shower which should have had a 2" hole (they did this to save money). Then the tile man they hired put grout down the shower and ran a small amount of water which in turn hardened and the shower would not drain correctly. I had Abacus come out and they tried one tool and he said he hit something hard & he feared his equipment would break. He then called a camera guy from Abacus and they gave us 3 different prices $2000 to $6000. We were in shock. We then called our Choice Warranty our Home Insurance (they are awful) and they called in their person Blue Mountain. The guy was so unprofessional (looked like he rolled out of bed, dirty shoes, etc). We told him what Abacus said and he got within 4 feet of the shower and didn't even examine the drain and said if that's the case it will be $10,000.00. I contacted our Choice Warranty and they could find noone so they told us to find our own and they would reimburse us. Rooter-Man Plumbing charged me $247.00. He tried two different ways and it started draining. Jason is FANTASTIC and experienced and Rooter-Man Plumbing will be on our go to list for plumbing, Thank you Jason! Also BEWARE OF PEOPLE FLIPPING HOMES....they go the cheapest route!

Eddie from Rooterman Plumbing was great to work with. He showed up on time and kept me updated the whole way through. We found that a nail had penetrated the pipe, and even though it was really close to the slab, he worked hard to carefully cut out that section and replace it with a new piece — instead of having to re-run the whole pipe. That saved us a lot of time and money. Really appreciate his effort and professionalism. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time to use RooterMan on different projects. Eddie & Matthew were punctual, professional, and personable. All 4 work areas were carefully cleaned before they led my wife and I on a walk-through of each repair, explaning and demonstrating exactly what was improved or replaced. The final cost matched the estimate to the penny. I will call them again with any plumbing needs.

I have had issues with the drains our restaurant for years. It has been an ongoing battle to keep them clear. I have used so many companies in the past, but I finally got a fantastic plumber come through calling Rooterman, and them sending Collen out. I have never seen someone put forth so much effort to do the job correctly. He's incredible and I am so thankful that he has been helping us with the issues. THANK YOU!!!

Top notch service and knowledge with this company. We’ve had a fair amount of work done with Rooterman and they’ve always been a pleasure to work with even if the circumstances (such as replacing supply lines) hasn’t. Just had Eddie out to look at something and he showed up within the hour and helped us out. If you’re on the fence between Rooterman and another company know that Rooterman has got your back as they have ours.

Jason has great customer service was very patient. He made sure the gas line repair job was done right and completed for it to pass inspection. I recommend Jason for the job you will not be disappointed. Thank you Jason

Eddie is a pro! We sprung a leak in our water line in our front yard and within a couple hours he located the leak, repaired it, and cleaned up with minimal digging. Would definitely recommend his work to anyone!

Alan did a great job! I had several issues with clogged pipes, tree roots and location of the septic tank. He kept me informed throughout the process, very knowledgeable. Alan identified the problems and he and his helper wasted no time resolving them.
