I had the recent need to replace an old water heater as it cracked and started leaking water right before the Arctic Blast a few weeks ago. Out of the few local Plumbing companies I contacted, L&P Plumbing and Fabian were quick to respond. Fabian and I discussed the issue and the details over the phone and he provided me a reasonable quote via email almost immediately, then proceeded to schedule the service later that day. The two technicians that came to do the job a few days later were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My new 50 gal electric water heater was up and running in no time, it was a very clean job. They did excellent work, and I am very pleased with the service and overall experience, they were quick to respond and to schedule and complete the job efficiently. I have had PLUMBING problems for years, afraid of making that agonizing call to get an estimate to fix the leaking pipes underneath the house . I've heard all the nightmares from people in my neighborhood how much they had to pay for the problems they have with their house plumbing . L&P. They surprised me and I was thankful I called them, they gave me a good price, and got the job done. Don't be fooled by the big company advertisements because if you pick them you're paying for their commercials.

The faucet on our bathroom vanity came loose, actually not loose so much as completely unattached. Victor had it fixed quickly and also let me know what he was doing along the way. He also checked out another future repair that I’ll need in the kitchen. I’m definitely planning to use L&P again. It was easy to get someone scheduled for the repair (and no rescheduling on their part), and the price was very fair.

L&P Plumbing did a great job rerouting the water lines for a shower and installing the shower basin. Both services were quick and each time the work site was left more clean than when they arrived. Highly recommend

I talked to Zack yesterday and arranged for them to send out a plumber today to take a look at my problem, and give me an estimate

My problem was a water main line leak near the house caused by tree roots, which had caused a pvc joint to break.. It was so bad, I was getting messages from Austin water about a possible leak based on my
water consumption. I was having to turn off the water to the house at the curb valve, then turn it back on occasionally when needed.
I had another plumbing company take a look yesterday and give me an estimate. They were pretty high and couldn't start until a day later.

Victor from L & P plumbing came out this morning took a look at it, gave me an awesome estimate, and got started immediately digging down to find the problem.

Victor had it repaired in about an hour, even with having to run to pick up a part he needed for the fix at Ferguson Plumbing supply.

Now it works perfectly, and my wife is happy, so we are all happy!

Our water heater had stopped working. Zach came out the day we called L&P, and was able to diagnose and correct the problem quickly. He even taught me how to do the diagnostics myself in the future. We felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended!
