The plumber was very good. Very knowledgeable and technically sound.
But the guy who manages the operation and takes the calls was very unprofessional. The charges are certainly too high for the quality of service and the amount of time wasted to get this scheduled and done. He also did not disclose the charges upfront.

I had to call him several times since he stopped picking up calls once the work had started and we had no other choice to complete the project with him. After not having my calls picked up several times, I used my wife’s phone to call and surely he picked up the first time and started the usual sweet talk. Would not be using them again.

L&P Plumbing is excellent. Prompt. Skilled. Attentive. I have used them on multiple plumbing issues - slab leak, fixture replacement, water heater replacement, new construction. Pricing has always been very reasonable. I recommend them if you need help with any plumbing problem. Five Star quality service.

We recently had Victor and Eddie come over to help replace our electric hot water tank heater. We have recently had a lot of service technicians come over, but Victor by far has been one of the most professional, and also answered all of my questions thoroughly yet to the point which I really appreciate. Both Victor and Eddie stayed until 7:30pm making sure our hot water tank was up and running and we could go back to having warm showers! Thank you team!

This is an awesome plumbing company. They are caring and do their very best to fit you in wherever and whenever they can, and give you a fair price. They are knowledgeable pros at what they do. Victor and Raul came to the rescue when we couldn't get our spigot to budge when getting a new washer installed. They fixed it, installed the new washer and hauled away the old one for recycle. These men work so hard, and are also very personable. We call them whenever we have a plumbing issue, so we have called them several times over the years. We had a leak causing us to lose 21 gallons a minute. Zach of L&P arrived early on an emergency issue and handled the problem with ease. Any other company could have gouged us…but I have utter confidence in L&P and appreciate Zach’s professionalism and technical ability!

From the initial phone call I made L&P was outstanding with their customer service and communication. Their coordinator was very friendly and professional. Victor and his apprentice Raul arrived on time and could not have been more helpful and cordial. They fixed my issue and were polite and professional the whole time. Highly recommend their services.

Victor & Raul kindly resolved my issue, but more importantly, took the time to teach me a few things while they were here (which was greatly appreciated as a first-time homeowner). I would give a 10 star review if I could! My daughter had a backed up sink drain. We had tried everything possible to clear the drain, but nothing worked. We called Abacus Plumbing, and they came out and worked trying to clear drain with no success. They said they were going to send someone out with a camera to see what was clogging the drain. They sent out David Jones with Abacus, who ran a camera down drain and said the ONLY fix would be to go underneath the house and replace cast iron pipes with PVC and reroute the pipe that was going to a disconnected septic tank. We explained that we had that work done several years ago, to which he replied that the work had NOT been done. He said he could do the work for a total of $51,699! I decided to get another estimate with Accurate Leak and Line. They sent out Clayton, who brought a camera out to check the pipes, and he told us the pipes were already PVC and he suggested we call a plumber to auger the drain. I asked Clayton if he could possibly suggest a plumber since I feel that Abacus was being VERY dishonest with us. He suggested L&P plumbing and said he knew they were a good and honest company. I called L&P and spoke to Fabian and explained. He said he would send Victor out to see if he was able to unclog the drain. Victor came out, and he and his crew unclogged the drain in about 5 minutes! Victor couldn't have been any nicer! He went into great lengths to fully explain every single detail. My daughter and I added this plumbing company to our contacts and WILL NEVER EVEN THINK ABOUT USING ANYONE ELSE FOR OUR PLUMBING NEEDS! I have NEVER experienced such a great experience with a plumber in my life! I could go on and on and on about what a great company with the best guys ever. From Fabian to my experience with Victor! I promise you, you will Never find a better plumbing company with such a caring staff! They are the BEST! Thanks again, guys, for all you do!

Had a great experience with Victor and Eddie who came out to replace my shutoff valve under my kitchen sink. They were prompt, and efficient and answered all of my questions. Fabian, who I spoke with on the phone to schedule the appointment was also great to work with. He answered all my questions, I got a lower quote and a quick appointment time. I would highly recommend them!

Victor and Zach installed two new faucets and replaced a valve. They were professional and courteous. They also replaced the pipe going to my bathroom sink and showed me the decades of crud and sediment and calcium that had built up in there. I honestly don't know how water was even coming out of the faucet. I highly recommend L and P Plumbing and can't say enough good things about Victor and Zach!

I called L&P from a referral. Victor called me back and was able to come and check a complicated clog issue. He stayed late (8:30pm) and got it fixed. His communication was excellent and the final bill was less than he quoted me. I am really happy and hope I’ve found that rare honest plumber.

L & P trenched out and replaced my old galvanized sewer lines from under house out to street connection. I got 5 bids for the job. But L & P gave me the impression they were more interested in solving my problems rather than just booking the job. They were quick, thorough and talked me through their process, so no surprises or inconveniences. Absolutely a 5 star 🌟 company!! I highly recommend Victor, Zach and their entire crew. Honest & affordable! L&P provides quality service that is honest and affordable. Victor has made multiple house calls for service at my 1950s era home. I am so grateful for this company. There are so many companies out there ready to price gouge and/or send inexperienced technicians. L&P is to one of those. If you want honest, fair, quality service, call L&P!

Vic came to our home to access and repair slow draining from our toilet in the master bathroom. He advised us on our next steps to alleviate clogging in the future. He was quick to get here and get us taken care of. We will ONLY use L & P Plumbing!!!!!

They were great, highly professional and fixed my under concrete pipe leak faster than I thought it could be done. They also gave me advice on a future remodel and where and how to run my lines in the future to avoid the same problem.

My next door neighbor had a similar requirement as I did - to install some new plumbing fixtures. He recommended L & P Plumbing, the contractor he used. I contacted L & P and scheduled an appointment. On the appointment day, Zach, the assigned plumber, contacted me 30 minutes before arrival at the scheduled time and let me know he was on his way. He used shoe coverings as he entered the house and quickly got the two fixtures installed perfectly. Along the way, he checked with me a couple of times to let me know I had a some options about how to configure these. Zach was very professional and his work was outstanding. I would highly recommend L & P Plumbing and Zach.
