Great costumer service. They got a tech out to my house quickly to help with a tankless water heater issue. Luis was professional and friendly and quickly resolved the problem. I will definitely call them again for any issues I have in the future.

Zach was on time, efficient and explained everything very clearly. He did a fantastic job and got my problem resolved quickly.

Oh my! Zachary Romero is a top-notch plumber. He is personable, polite, respectful and very cognizant of keeping your home and his work space clean. He did a great job and I did not have to clean up after him. I have to say he is the best plumber that I have ever had the occasion to meet. I highly recommend him. If you can ask for him personally, do so!

Water was coming from under the toilet and up into the tub. Luis Torres did an excellent job diagnosing and clearing the problem. It was complex problem and he explained all the steps he was doing to correct the issue including photos and plumbing video.

Excellent service! Franklyn Carbajal and Chris Finn were able to install new Tankless water heater the same day when they were only scheduled to diagnose the problem. They were able to explain everything and were patient to return for installation of the new heater same day. Very happy with their prompt response and how professional they were. Their prices were very reasonable as well.

Not only was he knowledgeable, tidy, efficient, and professional, Franklyn was also very informative in recommending how to maintain our system in good operating condition. The stars are for Jeremiah and Mateo and the job they did. They were great, identified the issue and fixed it promptly and with a smile. Pricing seemed high to me but the service was great.

I use to think that this was a reputable company but after they left a mess in our complex's parking area, my views (along with many others) have changed.

I called twice to address the dirt and debris still in front of the building for a month. Then followed by an email with pictures. No response.

Every day residents have walk across this dirt and end up tracking it into their homes and cars.

It is also my understanding that the management office at the affected complex has been unable to get them to address this either. I appears that Mr. Rooter "just doesn't care!"

Zac and Seth did a great job getting our drain flowing quickly. They let me look at the camera to see the clean lines. Highly recommend!

Mr Rooter has done a great job both times coming out to fix things. Today specifically, Luis Torres came out and did a great job fixing leak under both my kitchen and Bathroom sinks. Also, after leaving it looked like nothing even happened, cleaned up everything very nicely. Thanks!

Our water heated stoppd working and we had a great experience with services. They came out same day, explained the issues, explained our options for a solution and were able to get everything working quickly.

** Steven ** did an excellent, smooth check-up on our water heater for any calcium buildup, and flushed it. But we were also as dazzled as he was when he swapped out the kitchen sink's aerator. What a beautiful flow and sound!

I needed repairs with my walk-in tub and scheduled an appointment with Mr. Rooter. He arrived on time and worked up an estimate to the work needed...I agree to some but all...the work was done and with excellent results...Mr. Zachary took care of the problems I had....
