PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. INSTALLED WATER HEATER IN ATTIC AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS. HE SMOOTHED OUT THE INSULATION THAT WAS DISTURBED DUE TO THE INSTALLATION. I had these guys install a new fancy touchless kitchen faucet in my home and they did a professional job and wore a mask the entire time they were in my home. I had an issue a few days later with my water heater and they were kind enough to help troubleshoot it over the phone. Based off my experience working with them, they have excellent customer service and are true professionals. I will be using them again in the future for other projects.

Great service - Cody arrived on-time and called ahead to confirm his scheduled arrival. Was very efficient and helpful - I had a leak to fix, which he diagnosed and repaired promptly; then I had several valves to replace, which he did efficiently and quickly. He understood and explained problems I was having and advised me on how to take care of them.

Company works by the hour and openly provided hourly rates on the phone. Final bill was as expected. Great group to do business with - will definitely call them again if I need plumbing help.

A word of warning to my neighbors.

My experience with Austin Plumbing has been terrible. First......they put in a natural gas heater in a house fitted for propane. I found out after that it was downright dangerous and a code violation. That was in August last year. Second.....this February I called them because hot water stopped again. No response. So I called Cold Is On The Right Plumbing who came over immediately and diagnosed the problem. But they kindly referred me back to the original company since the heater was still under warranty. But.....Austin Plumbing just asked me to contact the manufacturer myself. So I was forced to hire Cold Is On The Right to remedy the situation.....which they did.
I am disappointed with Austin Plumbing, not so much for the initial mistake made but for not being upright and forthcoming about it. Without honesty and accountability nothing else matters.

The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. The plumber was courteous and polite. My washer connections were turned off unbeknownst to me so that’s why my washer was not working and my shower pressure was low due to a clogged shower head.

Great company. Grant showed up in under an hour from the time i called in my request. Had my riser room drain unclogged in under a half hour and was pleasant to chat with. Highly recommended

We had a few problematic bidet installations from previous work, and Jesus came to the rescue. He didn’t install them originally, but he quickly diagnosed the issues, safely removed the units, and explained the entire process — including potential risks and how to prevent future problems.

He also pointed out additional plumbing issues, like the need to replace valves and rebuild a tank, and handled everything professionally. What really stood out was how transparent he was: he explained every step, showed us the different list prices, and made sure we understood what he was doing.

As homeowners, we’re always worried about leaks, and Jesus took the time to address all of our concerns. He was personable, knowledgeable, and stayed until the job was completely done. A true professional and a great asset to the company — we’d definitely work with him again. Thanks, Jesus!

Barry came out on a Saturday morning within two hours of calling. He diagnosed the problem right away and had the sewer line cleaned out in less than an hour. He was so personable and a real pleasure to work with and very professional. His Scottish accent and enthusiasm for the upcoming World Cup Soccer games was an added bonus. This company is very fortunate to have such a dedicated team member. Would definitely use them again.

Colton arrived on time told me what he was going to do and git to work. I'm curious guy and stayed with him. The camera showed the problems and Colton got them cleared with the "rooter" and then the pressure washer. The equipment and Colton were both impressive and effective.
