Justin came to our rescue to fix a clogged toilet in our primary bathroom. We had worked on it, but needed the help of a pro. Justin quickly assessed the situation, provided an estimate and went to work. Within 10-15 mins he had solved the problem. He was awesome!

Barry was fantastic! He came out today to help with a stubborn pipe clog, took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, and quickly identified the root of the problem. He explained everything clearly and helped me fix it efficiently. Professional, knowledgeable, and honest—highly recommend Barry if you need a reliable plumber!

Grant was excellent, and super fast with our plumbing needs. We have had to use several other plumbing services before that we were not satisfied with. We will be using Roto Rooter for all plumbing needs going forward!

For the last couple of days, I had been experiencing slow draining in my secondary bathroom. Since I had tried everything myself, I needed the pros to come in before the holidays since I had family coming in to visit. Well, I look up Rotor Rooter and see they had a same day appointment (score!) and I booked it. My tech came ready to handle my issue, walked me through what he found and did so all without interrupting my work day. 10/10 will recommend and call them again!

Larry did a phenomenal job. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The repair was completed quickly. I had two other companies come out and both left saying that they couldn’t make the repair. I think Larry’s years of experience made the difference. I’m very pleased with the results. 🙂👍

Justin was fantastic! He came out at 5 pm on December 23, right before the holidays, and quickly diagnosed and cleared our clogged sewer pipe. I’d started noticing my toilets were draining slower than they should have a couple of days before, so rather taking a chance on having a plumbing disaster on Christmas Day, I decided to bite the bullet and call a plumber. After calling a number plumbers, only Roto-Rooter was able to come out same day. I can’t tell you how glad and relieved I was with the speed and ease of the fix right before the holidays. Justin was professional, friendly, and efficient – exactly what we needed during a busy, stressful time. I really appreciated his prompt service and attention to detail. I definitely recommend asking for him if you need any plumbing help.

I just used Roto-Rooter at my house when I had an urgent matter. It was an underground leak in the water line to my house. I made a call to Roto and there were two technicians (Jose and Jesus) at my house in 30 minutes (yes 30 minutes) and they found the leak very fast and diagnosed it correctly (hard to know since it was underground). I have to say that Jose andJesus were in an out of here in 3 hours with the problem fixed. I have to say I was very surprised it was so effortless for them and they were smart, pleasant and respected my property and house with care and concern. If it happens again I hope to get these two guys.

Unclogged an old cast iron tub drain in record time- it’s never worked better! Evan was great, he did one heck of a job! I highly recommend them!

Chad was fantastic to work with! He clearly explained all our options and made sure we understood every step of the restoration process. He went out of his way to check on us multiple times and made sure the moisture issues were fully resolved. We truly appreciated his professionalism, care, and dedication — highly recommend!

Roto-Rooter in Austin was great! Made an emergency last minute request, they showed up within 3 hours. Barry was friendly, professional, thorough, and talked through next steps and recommendations after getting us back up and running in time to make it to a Christmas party. Hate to unexpectedly have a plumbing issue but very thankful for the great service. Will use them in the future!

I never write reviews, even with bad experiences but this time was the worse experience ever. A technician named Johnny (Johnathan) came on Jan 16th he unclogged our sink but when he tried to run water again he mentioned he should’ve run again the snake. At the end he didn’t do it because “technically” the water was running fine. He said that if before 3 days it gets clogged again he will personally come and unclogged at NO cost. They sent another guy the Spv Fred Ramirez to run the camera, he said it was greasy , he told us they have a service that cost 2,200 to remove it. I told him that we were going to do it but we need some time. We told him that Johnny said he was going to come and unclogged it for free if it was before 3 days of the service. They kept saying that he was going to come, they stopped answering calls. They schedule appointments that were never met. And on January 22nd the manager called Gonzalo Diaz and he was very rude saying that he didn’t care what his technician promised they were not going to do the service for free and that we have to pay another $500.
I told him that if his technician made a mistake by promising something he shouldn’t and by not running the snake twice the day he provided the service as he said he should’ve done the minimum we as client expect is that they provide the free service as promised . The manager keep saying that we had to pay the service that it was $2.200 and I told him we will but we need some time and they shouldn’t been forcing or pushing us to get the other service.
We were asking for the first job to be done right which I think it was just fair. If that would’ve happen we could think of getting the other service with them . Johnny said to us that they were an honest company but they are not . They just want to sell the expensive products. If the second job was done for free as they promised and the sink get clogged again then we new that the job was donde correctly and we would’ve try to get the expensive service. We were clear to tell them that it was very difficult for us to afford it and they have a pay plan. But the problem is not that the problem was that they lied to us. And they promised something they didn’t do plus the manager was extremely rude. Zero customer service .
Awful experience.

Of course on a Sunday afternoon our toilet clogs. I called several places and no one could come out. Barry from Roto-Rooter to the rescue! Amazing service and showed me step by step what he was doing. I'm grateful for his amazing customer service. Roto-Rooter is my new go to for all our plumbing needs. Another plus is they don't charge an arm and a leg!

Gave these guys a call today cuz of backed up pipe issues. Barry and his co-worker were very helpful and friendly, we discussed the problems and they got right to it to help us get things going. They fixed the problem and got things going for us, my mom was satisfied with their work. This the second time we have used this company and no complaints at all. Remember when pipes are backed up and stuff be kind to these gentlemen...they're cleaning up your crap and believe me I've helped out before in situations. It's a dirty job, but somebody's got to do it. Thanks guys!

We had an emergency with a leak on a Sunday afternoon. James, the technician, responded within the hour. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to not only fix our issue, but install a leak detection system to give us more peace of mind going forward. Thank you.

Found a leak in the wall after removing some built in shelving and they came out within 30 minutes of calling and fixed it right away. The tech was super friendly and gave some great advice for future situations like this. Great service for a fair price, would recommend!

Easy scheduling and Larry did a great job replacing the cartridges in all my tub and shower faucets. These can be tricky to remove and a couple of mine were extremely difficult but he was tenacious yet careful and got it done. Respectful of property and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend Roto Rooter and Larry.

I’ve received outstanding service from Roto Rooter on 2 recent occasions. First a pipe broke eliminating our ability to use the shower and toilet. Big Pat (Patrick) & his team came out within an hour of my call assessed the problem & in a few days solved a complicated problem. Second incident involved a clogged guest bath sink. Bradley came out & quickly snaked the train in a professional & efficient manner. I’m grateful for their promptness & expertise!

It was the middle of the night when my Rheem electric water heater started alarming. I got online and scheduled for an appointment the next morning. Roto-Rooter actually offered to send someone earlier in the morning but I missed the text. Larry came out promptly during the scheduled time, and was friendly and professional. The whole repair took longer than probably necessary, but it was because the manufacturer's helpline had 45 callers ahead of us! Larry wanted to be thorough and make sure he wasn't missing any bigger issues (which I appreciate), hence us waiting on the line for 90 minutes to run through additional diagnostics. He made good use of the time at least by calling to the warehouse to inquire about potential parts he might need for repairs, and he even taught me a little about my unit.

Barry was awesome when he came to consult with us about our kitchen double sink clog. He is very informative, and super friendly. It was actually fun when he stopped by. The issue was resolved very quickly. The service is top notch. If we need service again we will be calling him. Thank you!!
