My kitchen sink wasn’t draining and the clog was behind the wall. I called Roto-Rooter and Grant showed up well with in one hour. Grant took extra care to explain what he was doing and why. He also worked very hard to restore the piping under the sink after cleaning and unclogging the pipe, but unfortunately was not able to get the leaks under the sinks stopped to to the age of the system. Grant set up an appointment for another plumber to come out the next day and address tile piping system. I am very impressed by the attention to detail and commitment to the job that Grant displayed.

Grant, is an incredible agent for the plumbing world. He had my best interest at heart and never once tried to upsell me. He came, he addressed and my plumbing was back in action. I think the entire event from indecent to work completed was an hour and a half. Much better than the other agencies. I’m still waiting for them to call me back.

I had an easeful experience and Barry was super helpful and kind. I really appreciated being walked through the process and the transparency in pricing. I definitely will use their service again.

Bradley Grayson, our plumbing technician that came out to our community, was wonderful! Roto-Rooter is easily the best plumbing company I’ve worked with over the years. It’s clear they invest in training—the professionalism really shows. Every person I interacted with, from the plumbers to the mitigation team, communicated clearly, was polite, and took the time to answer my questions. The entire experience felt organized and customer-focused.

So if you're looking for a really good plumbing company, this is it. Also, the plumber Justin that came out did an amazing job. The man drove all the way from Leander to Dale which is a good hour and a half drive at 11:00 at night and he didn't leave till about 12:30. Even though it's still really late, he still showed functionality, professionalism and also explained everything in detail The way Justin did everything made the experience very effortless and also put everything at ease. It's hard to find extremely good people out there who are willing to keep that motivation even though it's super late at night. Anyways, this man deserves a promotion this company's amazing. I appreciate everything. Would definitely be calling them back if I ever had an issue or if I even just want simple guidance on certain plumbing maintenance hands down the best. Roto Rooter was fantastic! The person I contacted was friendly and efficient. They were able to send someone right away and Grant was thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He fully explained all options. I felt confident that he had my best interests in mind and he did a great job. Highly recommend!

Justin was fantastic. Very upfront with work needed and cost associated with the work. He had us back up and running in less than an hour. His manager showed up to inspect, you can see why Justin is a great employee. He and his manager work so well together and were a delight to work with. They know their stuff and are honest about it all. Would request him again if needed.

I contacted Roto-Rooter due to an issue with one of my hot water tanks. Jesus arrived exactly during the period I was told. He quickly diagnosed the issue and told me I could replace the water tank or replace both water tanks with a tankless water heater. He assured me that I had a proper set up and that installation would be very straightforward. For context, I had another company evaluate for a tankless water heater and was told it would take a lot of work including some minor construction changes. Jesus was AMAZING. He came on a Sunday and removed both of my water heater tanks and installed the tankless water heater by himself. As promised, there was no additional pipes or ventilation installation needed. He is extremely polite, professional and thorough and is excellent with communication. I am very pleased with my tankless water heater and my experience with Jesus.

I recently experienced a serious leak in my shower that left the water running continuously for six days because the faucet could not be turned off. Unfortunately, the maintenance team responsible for my complex did not respond to my repeated requests for assistance until I expressed strong frustration.

Once they finally called Roto-Rooter for after-hours service, the technician arrived promptly and handled the situation with exceptional professionalism. He efficiently repaired the faucet that had been running for days, resolving the issue quickly and courteously.

Although I misplaced the card with his name and number, I want to express my sincere appreciation for his excellent service. I would wholeheartedly recommend both him and Roto-Rooter to anyone in need of reliable plumbing solutions.

On-site, the technicians are great. It's fast and quality work and they know how to communicate with customers.

The low star rating is for scheduling communication and not following through on promised time-frames.

After first assessment of the issue, which occurred in the afternoon, they promised to be back first thing in the morning to begin work. Well, morning came and went without a call or update. I began calling, and was promised three different times that someone would call me back right away. Those calls also never happend.

Finally, at 4:30pm, someone called and said a tech had an unexpected injury and nobody couldn't make it out that day. They did promise to start at 9:30am the next morning. I was promised this time by both a supervisor and a dispatcher.

That time again came and went without a call or update. At 11:30am, the tech called and said they'd be there about 2:30pm. This time, they actually did show, though it wasn't until later.

In addition, they needed to come back and check moisture levels every day. I would receive a call about 30 minutes beforehand and if I wasn't available, they wouldn't do the reading for that day.

I don't know how a business runs this way. How disrespectful to your customer's time and plans. I understand things happen. And that's when you update the customer so they aren't left in the dark. A few timely phone calls and I wouldn't be writing this negative review.

I can't recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who expects a service provider to show up when they say they will.

Update: It’s been eight weeks since they started and the work is still not finished. Not once have they showed up when they said they would. They ordered the wrong carpet, so as of today, there’s still exposed subfloor.

Very pleased with the process overall and they made it out the same day! New water heater and installation was smooth and efficient. Jonny our tech was incredibly skilled, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Could not ask for more, thank you!

Luis and Chris were wonderful and responsive! They educated us on our new machine in order to trouble shoot for the future.
