Mr Rooter Plumbing was a quick response (called night before arrived next day). Luis and his partner were very friendly and asked the questions they need to know. Toilet flush was repaired quickly this time. I don't know how reasonable the price was because I'm just a temporary tenant. The landlord seems to keep this company on hand as one of their plumbing service options.

Juan and Jeremiah were incredible. We discovered a water leak on the side of our house after 6:00 pm. We contacted Mr Rooter at a time we considered “after hours.” They came out promptly, diagnosed the issue, and make the repair. They were both extremely courteous and friendly despite the late hour. It was 9:45 pm by the time the repair was completed. My wife and I are happy to have found Mr. Rooter in an emergency situation and super grateful for their awesome techs Juan and Jeremiah. I got bids & ball park figures from three different plumbers before choosing L & P Plumbing for my water heater issue.
The other guys were sure I needed a new water heater (thousands !!), because mine is old . It just needed a new hose but it was difficult to reach. L & P offered up various scenarios & agreed to payments if I chose to replace my water heater. I loved their honesty , ( old water heaters were made better), & the ,” if it ain’t broke, don't fix it “ mentality:). Turns out they were able to fix the hose for a nominal price, & I’m thrilled! ! L & P will be my only plumber from now on ! ❤️

These guys came highly recommended from Accurate Leak & Line who is a great local company that I trust and had a wonderful experience with. They came in the morning the same day I called and the job ended up being much bigger than expected and they were able to get a remediation company over the same day as well as come back and fix the problem the same day. They couldn’t be any nicer and professional and I am so glad I discovered them and will definitely have them back for any plumbing need. I highly highly recommend them!

Adding another five star review to the pile. Last year I made a mistake trying to install a new bathtub faucet to my guest bathroom and I called a few different plumbers to come and do things correctly. L&P quoted me a very reasonable price so I went with them.

Fabian showed up on time, took one look at my problem and then gave me some options on what he could do. Because it wasn't terribly urgent and we weren't sure if we were going to be remodeling he recommended that we just cap the pipe for the time being. After doing so (and re-installing a shower head so it worked better) he refused payment because it was such a simple job. I promised that when I did decide on what direction I'd take he'd be the person I would hire.

Skip forward a year and I called Fabian to come back out to fix the plumbing completely. Again, the guy was on point every possible way. The faucet is now working flawlessly and the work was reasonably priced.

I can not recommend L&P Plumbing enough. As long as I live in the Austin area, they will be my go to for anything plumbing related.

I hired L&P to come back and install a vanity or me. Alex showed up and custom fitted the plumbing to work with a somewhat difficult shelving configuration. He was excellent as was his work.

L&P Plumbing was fantastic to work with. We had a nasty leak under the slab last year and they were quick, professional & got us taken care of. Very happy with their work & will not hesitate to call them if we run into plumbing issues again.

Have used them on numerous occasions, and no problems with the work.

Otoh, this time their technician failed to submit the paperwork in a timely fashion, which led to me missing their invoice for two days.

They called, were rude about collecting payment (again, invoice received 48 hours ago), and wanted to argue about how they had every right to be rude about the time between the work happening, and receiving payment, despite the fact that most of that time was their failure to submit a timely invoice.

I remitted payment faster than their technician managed to submit the invoice, and was remitting payment while the CS was lecturing me about not paying previously.

Completely uncalled for hostility, and I won't be using them again. I can understand why a tech might be busy, and not submit their invoice, but I would expect the same understanding for a repeat customer who was repeatedly telling them they would pay the 2-day old bill immediately.

And as you can see, they are tripling down on their right to act this way below in their response. I'm fine with the delayed invoicing, and I don't feel the need to belligerently lecture them over a slight delay. Wish they could do likewise, but clearly incapable. 48 hours delay is not a long time, and this argument is stupid.

L&P Plumbing is the best. Fabian and Victor are so trustworthy, responsive and prompt. You know will know within minutes of meeting them that they are in good hands. They’ve handled small and big projects for us and have always done a fantastic job. They are not pushy but will give you their honest opinion. Cannot recommend them enough! Call them. You won’t be disappointed.

Highly recommend L&P Plumbing! We recently hired them to replace all of our old cast iron pipes and sewer line. It was a huge and daunting job that was much less stressful than it could have been thanks to L&P. From the moment I reached out, Fabian was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. Victor knows his trade well and led an excellent team that is friendly, professional, qualified, and efficient. The excavation team worked quickly and afterward you could barely tell that our yard had been completely opened up to access the pipes. Victor and Brandon even went the extra mile to help us locate the source of an awful smell in one of our bathrooms that ended up being unrelated to plumbing. L&P does the job right and with integrity. We will definitely be reaching out to them in future with our plumbing needs.

L&P Plumbing did an absolutely superb job of replacing the cast iron waste pipe under our house with PVC. They tunneled about 100 feet altogether. Work was done on-time and the inconveniences were just about as they had predicted. Price was very competitive. Also the cleanup work was thorough.

Fabian and his crew at L&P Plumbing did me a major solid a few months back. I was having some work done on a bathroom that required the toilet to be removed. The company doing the work sent their guy over without telling me, which meant I had to scramble to find a plumber to remove the toilet with 0 notice.

After striking out with a couple of other companies (one of which was pretty rude about it), I tried L&P because they were close by and have good reviews on here. Well, they've earned another good review from me! Fabian was able to get someone to the house in under an hour and, like the Nicolas Cage classic, that toilet was gone in 60 seconds. Best of all, he didn't even collect payment until I had scheduled the reinstallation. The service and the price were both excellent, and it gives me some real peace of mind knowing there's a good plumber I can call for future jobs. I highly recommend these guys!
