Had a water leak during the 2026 winter storm in Austin. They came out same day even though the roads were questionable. Jerimiah was professional and found the leak very fast and fixed it promptly. Great service and saved me probably from much more damage in remediation.

We recently had Franklyn out to bring an outdoor grill up to code with the gas shut off valves. There is also an issue with a tankless water heater that is randomly turning off that he was able to troubleshoot with other staff and give us a good idea of what is going on. The whole company has gone above and beyond in dealing with a difficult to diagnose problem and we are beyond grateful the time and care they put into the issue while also fixing the grill. I highly recommend calling Mr. Rooter for plumbing issues with your house and then requesting Franklyn!

Mr. Rooter got to us quickly after we made a call to them. Office staff was helpful, efficient and congenial. Plumber came to our house when expected. Had all the tools & equipment he needed to fix our toilet. Definitely will call them again.

Brett and the team at Mr. Rooter are pros! I live in an older home with cast iron drainpipes. I knew it was a matter of time before they were going to need to be replaced. Brett explained trenchless options that are significantly less expensive than the other quotes I received from plumbers who wanted to dig the entire line up. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

New upstairs furnace not heating. After gas company determined no gas reaching furnace, my HVAC installer contacted Mr. Rooter who was able to send Jeremiah and his trainee within the hour. I cannot say enough good things about the excellent service received in installing a new gas line--by courteous and easy to work with men--that came in under the original estimate, even after hours of work. Mr. Rooter (and Tony specifically) did a great and quick job on a plumbing problem that we were facing. Tony accurately identified the problem and resolved the issue within a few hours for a reasonable price. We had a previous estimate come in from another highly rated plumber, and they wanted to do much more substantial work, without even seeking to identify the root cause of the problem (making their quote thousands more than what we paid). In addition the original plumber we got a quote from was much more dramatic and pushy, which was not appreciated. Tony's ability to find the root cause of the problem and fix it (all while being patient and respectful!) saved us a bunch of money and will make us repeat customers in the future!

Roberto and his assistant were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and consistent. I appreciate the fact that they explained every quote and did a pristine job. Luis and Juan were professional and did an excellent job of repairing my sewer line even when it meant dealing with boulders and getting shocked. All the staff at Mr. Rooter that I talked with were helpful and quick with responses and follow ups. The price was also less than what other competitors were attempting to charge for the work. 10/10 would use their service again.

They had a range of options/services which are on the high/ pricey end. I went with the base service (which included camera service) and with the coupon I found online (which definitely helped and I recommend), it came comparable to other companies.
