2/10/2026: Bobby and Hector did a terrific job installing a new gas line under my house and stub out for a new meter. They finished the job and pressure tested the work earlier than I expected. I just wish the city inspection and TX Gas portion could have been as quick and efficient as they were.

Kaden even came out on day three to address any issues TX Gas had before restarting my service.

12/31/2025: Zen completed my sink/faucet/garbage disposal installation with care and special attention to detail. While finishing up the sink drain connections, he determined it would be best to replace the 80 year old cast iron piping. That was definitely the right call as those pipes had decades of build up in them and, like hardened arteries, had closed to just a tiny opening. He was able to clear the remaining gunk and my sink drains better than it has in the 28 years I've lived here.

12/5/2025: Zen was very efficient and thorough with cleaning out the kitchen drain and diagnosing my sink replacement need before installing a new garbage disposal. He and Desiree were prompt with letting me know when he'd arrive.

Andrew and Branden were excellent from start to finish. They were very communicative, arrived on time as scheduled, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained clearly, and the job was done super fast. I really appreciated their professionalism and respect for my time. Highly recommend.

Jacob, their leak detection specialist, returned after he found a leak during the week of the ice storms. I've worked with him twice in less than a year and have found he and beyond wow to be very helpful. He arrived on time, prepared and repaired the pipe to ready my room for reconstruction immediately. Jacob is extremely knowledgeable, very detail oriented and pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!!!

Jason R came out to check our sewer issues out. He was great about informing us of the plan for diagnostic, showing us the findings of the sewer scope in real time and providing us recommendations. During his service he also inspected other plumbing items and pointed out things that needed updating. He was excellent about educating me along the way. This was super helpful and insightful, especially as a first time home owner. Highly recommend this company and team member. Thanks Jason!

Jason, Micah, Andrew, and Tyler were fantastic to work with. They were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made the whole process completely stress-free. The quality of their work was excellent, and you can tell they truly care about doing things right. I couldn’t recommend this team more—five stars all around.

I cannot thank Andrew, Tyler and Beyond Wow Plumbing enough for the job they did today. We are new homeowners and new to this process. Spending money on fixes you were not expecting are never fun. Much less if those are water leaking related, and even worse when after a few days and after calling different professionals, you still don't know where the leak is at. Not knowing if the leak is inside or outside also brings some concerns.
I called Beyond Wow Plumbing and the dispatched Talmage to my house. He worked relentlessly to find the leak, and after hours of hard work including digging through some tough rocks, he told me that he needed help, so the next day he brought Jacob with him and within the first hour they were able to identify the transition into the house and the leak. They gave me different quotes with an idea of what was immediate, mid term and long term, and started working immediately on the solution. I am glad the fix is done and I don't have any more leaks. I could not afford the long term solution, but that is my problem not theirs. I am very grateful both Talmage and Jacob from Beyond Wow Plumbing were able to help! Thank you guys and dont take it personally but I hope not to see you for a long time!!! he he,

I had a leak noted on an exterior pipe at the water shut off valve. Was able to get me an appointment the next day and able to reschedule around my work. Zach was great to work with and explained it step by step. It was a pricey repair though.

Jacob and Brock were wonderful. They did a fantastic job fixing my leak. Very nice and friendly. Totally knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I will definitely be calling for them, for my next plumbing needs.

I’ll admit, things didn’t start off great. My initial appointment was scheduled for a Friday between 10–2pm but had to be canceled because the technicians’ earlier jobs ran long. I wasn’t thrilled since I had taken the day off work to be home.

That said, I decided to reschedule instead of switching to a competitor because my neighbor spoke so highly of them and I’m glad I did. Jacob and Talmage were outstanding. Combined they had old-school expertise and modern technology and quickly located the source of the leak. To my surprise, they were able to make the repairs right then and there (I was expecting a multi-day ordeal!).

Later that evening, we realized our water heater had turned off during the repair process. They returned promptly the next morning and got it back up and running. Throughout the entire job, they were professional, communicative, and thorough in explaining everything they were doing.

They’re not the cheapest, but the peace of mind and quality of service were absolutely worth it. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

This is the second time I’ve used Beyond Wow for plumbing services. Andrew Coyle came out to the house to unclog a drain. He was punctual, friendly and very professional. He explained my options clearly, and gave me honest opinions which path to take. He was very conscientious about keeping our house clean and cleaned up after himself. Really excellent experience with this company and will be using them exclusively going forward.

Andrew did a great job with the annual comet care inspection of the whole house. He was very thorough and cooperative navigating around a physical therapist working on postoperative husband and other workers in the house. We loved getting a passing inspection and needing nothing fixed. Thanks, Andrew!!!

Jason and Brendan came out and showed out. These guys are a good tag team. They did an awesome job in diagnosing the problem and offered multiple ways to resolve the issue. They even offer financing. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 Good job and recommending them for future plumbing issues. Very knowledgeable and professional. Jason present as he diagnosis and keep you informed on what he's doing every step of the way.

*Edit- I have to amend my earlier review. Two days later another plumber came out to give me an estimate on replacing 25’ of cast iron pipe. $21,000 to dig through a flower bed. They said it was 3 feet deep. I asked how much for the permit, he said $495. How much for the PVC, $200? So $19,000 to dig that 25’ trench at the most 3’ deep??? Yeah, sorry, we’re not the cheapest.” Also get ready for the hard press to buy a service plan. These guys seem to work on commission. And they were insisting on coming inside to take pictures of my hot water heater even though I told them it was 4 month old and had zero issues.

Jason was at the house today to run camera to determine where my plumping problems were located. He was very detailed in explaining the issues I have. It’s never info a home owner wants to hear but the way he explained everything step by step and opinions we have. Professional.and outstanding customer service!!

The quote he sent over was detailed, transparent, and easy to understand, which made the whole process feel stress-free. We’re really glad we found Beyond Wow and will absolutely be calling them again in the future.

The technician arrived promptly and quickly replaced the bathtub faucets in my 2 bathrooms. He was knowledgeable and courteous and did a very good job. The price seemed a little steep, ($914) but that may be the rate charged nowadays.

While we were away on vacation, we received a notification from the city that we might have a water leak of about 10 GPH. We had a friend turn off the main, and when we got home it was clear the issue wasn’t anything inside the house. We first called Roto-Rooter and paid them to try to find the leak, but they were unable to locate it. They then wanted to charge us $2,200 just to add a shutoff valve as a way to try to find the leak, which didn’t sit right with us.

I decided to look for another option. I’m usually skeptical of sponsored ads, but Beyond Wow Plumbing stood out because they specialize in leak detection. I called, and they were able to send a technician out the very next day.

Jacob came out and explained that leak detection was his specialty. He said to give him some time and he’d let me know what he found. I kid you not—within five minutes he knocked on my door and had already found the leak. It was in our main line out in the lawn. He provided a clear quote for the repair and let us know that David and Tyler would be coming out to complete the work.

David and Tyler were fantastic—clean, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They worked in the hot sun, dug up the lawn very carefully, bagged excess soil, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. In addition to fixing the leak in the main line, they installed a pressure reduction valve and replaced some corroded pipes near our hot water tank.

We really appreciate their hard work and how quickly and effectively they solved a stressful problem for us. I will absolutely keep Beyond Wow Plumbing in mind for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a leak or plumbing issue.

Beyond Wow is an appropriate name! I was walking in my yard, in grass I don't water and squished down into mud. It was after 5p so didn't expect to get in touch with anyone. Day from the office called right back and said she had a technician close by. David showed up shortly after and said he could probably fix it that night! He dug down, found the right spot, knew exactly what happened! I thought I was going to have to wait days, but the whole team, Day, David and Micah blew me away with incredible customer service, fair price and diligence in helping me get my water on and my issue fixed.
