Service was prompt and timely. Matthew was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I appreciated that he kept me informed of his progress each step of the way and offered options for the resolution of the problem. Overall, I rate the service both professional and honest.

It is really nice to work with Plumbing Outfitters. Kyla is the project manager to repair the sewer leaking under the foundation of my property in Manor. She took care of everything, coordinated with CenTex foundation team to make tunnel underneath, schedule the leak repair and pay attention what I concerned. Matt and other are very experienced plumbers to do the pin-point test to quickly find the location of leaks. Things went smoothly from the beginning to the end of the project. I am really happy with Plumbing Outfitters. Next time if I have any plumbing issues, Plumbing Outfitters is my No 1 choice.

Jorge and Roy saved the day! I had an outdoor leaky spigot and they were able to come over and fix it quickly before the winter storm. They were both professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. I will definitely use them again!

Plumbing Outfitters did a great job. I'm sorry i needed their service, but glad that they were the ones. Kyla was awesome. Ultimately she was the best part, coordinating between the plumbers and the foundation repair company. There were frustrations that would have gotten the better of me if she had not been there to so skillfully navigate them for me. Melvin, and Matthew were both very capable, helpful, professional and courteous doing all the onsite plumbing work. A++

Jorge, our technician, was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He communicated well with me on the process needed for our plumbing job. He efficiently completed the work so that we could quickly work with our home insurance to move things forward.

Scott was very helpful and informative. He took the time to explain the issue and helped us narrow down the perfect resolution. Will definitely be calling him again for future needs.

Best service ever!!! I’m not just saying this to give a positive review. Kyle and Jason showed up in time, very professional, clean and polite. Never did I think they tried to sell me things I did not need or use industry verbiage to try to confuse me. They explained everything from start to finish and in a timely manner. Cleaned up after the job was done, I couldn’t ask for a better service.

This is a great, friendly and reliable company, I highly recommend them. A normally DIY job of replacing a shower head turned into a plumbing call due to some wonky plumbing in our old house. Plumbing Outfitters was able to schedule an estimate and fix on the same day. Shout out to Paul Smith who was professional and kind - and got our new shower head setup in no time. Y’all will be our first call the next time we need help with plumbing.

Recently, we experienced a slow drain issue in one of our rental properties. Noah Rinehart, the journeyman plumber assigned, evaluated the trouble area, made recommendations, and cost estimate. His confidence, polite manner, and detailed explanation of the work required was exceptional. Work was preformed in the timeframe given with a keen eye on detail and minimal issues. Plumbing Outfitters and in particular Seth did a great job finding and then remedying a below-grade, pinhole leak that began to infiltrate my first floor bathroom. After finding closest location where the leaking copper pipe was above the slab, they terminated the connection and ran a new PEX line. Seth was very attentive and communicative throughout the process.

During the February ice storm, I experienced a leak in my kitchen while I was stranded in Arkansas and unable to get home. Jess Shaw with Plumbing Outfitters was absolutely incredible throughout the entire situation. He spoke with me directly and walked me through everything he was doing step by step, as if I were there with him.

Jess Shaw took exceptional care of my home and belongings and was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring during a very stressful time. He called when he was on the way, let me know when he arrived, and later explained in detail what caused the leak, the next steps, and made sure I felt confident that everything was taken care of.
