Benjamin was awesome - he identified the problem with my water heater quickly and worked efficiently the next day to replace it. He was very communicative about the issue and provided info on the water heater I had never even known about. Overall 10/10 experience, enjoyed chatting with him while he worked, and would absolutely recommend his services!

What a wonderful, honest, and helpful experience we had! Benjamin came over within an hour of me reaching out and offered an honest do it yourself solution to our problem with a clear explanation of what the issue was at no cost. He said that if the home solution did not work, he could come back to do the next level treatment and let me know clearly the expected cost of that. So refreshing. Would recommend them to anyone!

After some freezing weather, my hot water no longer worked. Called BenjaminBL and was impressed with their service from beginning to end. Emily provided a great first impression with her professionalism and friendliness. She was attentive and helped me feel less stressed about the whole ordeal. After describing my situation, she had a plumber sent out that same day.

Adam arrived a couple hours later and represented the company splendidly. He quickly pointed out that my water heater was operating fine and that my issue was frozen pipes. He got to work immediately, and after several hours I had hot water again. He walked me through every step of his process and answered the many questions I had along the way. He was patient, courteous, and a pleasure to have around.
