I needed to have a toilet replaced at my house. I was able to text the number on their website and they responded immediately, scheduling a visit later that same day.

Grant did great work on the install and was done in less than an hour and a half. The price seemed fair and I was happy with the result.

Sean the Manager from Welles Branch showed up to drain my water heater. He didn't. He said it was rusted and needed to be replaces. He showed me water around the bottom of the heater in the pan on which the heater was sitting. The water was not there the night before. I removed the water. There was no rust at the bottom of the heater. There is no water there after two days. He had a couple of minutes alone with the water heater so my conclusion is that he put the water there to force replacing a functioning water heater and a couple of valves a cost of over $3000. When I priced what he was offering compared to what I could independently, I could do all of what he offered at around $1000. I didn't want to waste money to replace a fully functioning water heater. I had one before that lasted more than 20 years. Rheem water heaters interior is glass coated for a long life if they are maintained properly.
Be careful if you ever need anyone doing work in your house, make sure to ask around and get some decent people. There are a lot of thieves skinning a lot of innocent people and there almost no regulation and no control. We live in a strange time.

We called Economy Plumbing Services, LLC for our church irrigation backflow annual inspection they were the most straightforward and offered a very fair price. We were able to save $25.00 this year by "Saving last year's receipt and showing it as they suggested on their email, "Show this to your service professional on your next service visit and save an extra $25! " Their technician, Sean, arrived on time and gave us a call 30 minutes before. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and did an excellent job. We are very satisfied with the work and the price."

Jeff did a great job on my annual plumbing inspection, noting possible future issues. He and his associate also replaced the fill valve and flapper in my master bath. It's always a pleasure to work with Moore & More. Particularly, today Jeff provided several photos of possible problems with my HVAC attic unit that had been serviced recently by another company. I’ll be calling them to see why they have not alerted me to this damage. It’s always a pleasure to see Jeff - he also has done a lot of work for my son’s family.

I have been a Moore and More customer for years. They have solved a lot of plumbing issues! They are professional, courteous, leave the home clean and best of all….they solve the issue. You will be told in advance what the problem is and given a detailed estimate of the cost. If unforeseen problems are incurred, you will be told and given an updated estimate. If they recommend a service to be done, they always explain why they recommend it. I had a plumbing issues that was not an emergency but rather an addition or change I wanted, they provide ideas that meet my intent but were more cost effective. I have a great deal of confidence in them and would highly recommend.

Josh is knowledgeable and friendly. He expertly repaired a running toilet by replacing the fill valve and flapper. He ran tests on it to make sure it worked and was done quickly. Great job!

David and Joey came out to help us with freeze protection. He helped us evaluate some options and quickly insulated exposed pipes and hose bibs. He was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive

Josh knows his stuff and super professional and kind. He came out again the same day for my backed up bathroom sink and explained everything with estimates and got it done quickly. Highly recommend!

He shut off our gas and wouldn’t turn it back on unless we approved repairs. The initial quote was around $1,100, but it kept climbing, ending near $3,000 after a pressure test where they kept “finding” more leaks. No other licensed plumber had taken that step or turned it into an emergency. Charges were excessive ($672 for a pressure test, $620 for adapters).

We understand plumbers can shut off gas if it’s truly dangerous, but others inspected it the day before and didn’t find it urgent. Shutting it down without warning to push expensive repairs? That’s manipulation, not protocol.

We had a stopped up toilet and Moore & More came to the rescue! I called at about 0830 and Dave sent a man immediately. Josh showed up with a courteous and very professional attitude. He kept the job site clean, offered suggestions and worked efficiently. When he completed the job, we discussed the possible need for other repairs and he completed those in no time at all.
All-in-all,, a very positive experience for me! I highly recommend Josh and Moore & More for your next plumbing need!

Moore & More Plumbing has been very fast and efficient in helping us with all our plumbing issues. The staff is experienced and knowledgeable. We've had to call them in hopes they can come out quickly and they have always have.
