We have used Economy Plumbing a few times before and we are always pleased with the explanations, the price, the quality of the work, that they show up when they say they will, the care they take when they are in the house, and the clean up. When we needed a new water heater we got an estimate from Economy and two other estimates, which were 30-40% higher for the same unit. it's been installed and is working great - I can now take a hot shower.

I’ve had Michael out 3 times for 3 different plumbing issues, none related to one another. Although Economy Plumbing is a premium service and a bit $ I trust Michael and the work he has done has been excellent, top notch, and no calls to Economy to say he didn’t finish this, or he didn’t put this back right, etc. I have NOT been so lucky with the other subcontractor’s.
So , thank you Economy Plumbing for employing trustworthy knowledgeable folks. Michael can come over anytime.

Sean was pretty awesome. Sorry for the late review.
My pipe broke under the sidewalk. He had to rent a backhoe and hire someone to repair the sidewalk. This was done on time. He didn't like the pipe layout in our yard, but he stuck within my budget.
I'm not a plumber, but from what we've looked at, Sean did a really good job.

Sean has worked on several plumbing issues at two different homes. His work is amazing and he always has great “pro tips” to share! He is knowledgeable and very professional We always request him when we have plumbing needs. Great company!

I had three experiences with Economy Plumbing and both times I was struck by their professionalism and expertise. One issue they fixed was a leak, and the other was a dishwasher install. Finally, garbage disposal replacement. Fast, professional, clean and knowledgeable. I had an excellent experience, and furthermore I found their prices to be quite reasonable. Keep up the good work guys.

I have to say I was extremely impressed with Liam. We had a complicated issue which he resolved flawlessly and in a timely manner. The work area was left clean and neat. Liam was well organized , smart and professional. Coincidently I had two issues in two different houses at the same time and economy plumbing surpassed my expectations at both job sites. I will be using them again in the future.

I had them come out to do a couple water heater flushes, and everything went well. My only issue is that the estimates they gave me for other work were definitely not "economical", and I ended up finding a licensed one-man plumber to do the work for far less.

Jacob was professional and competent in explaining options of installing a leak detection system. Communication was outstanding and he provided an estimate quickly. Appreciate the efficiency!

Technician Larry B was very kind and courteous, he was able to turn the water heater pilot back on as well as reset the pipe that had come loose from above the water tank. He made some recommendations on other items to consider updating in the near future. Appreciate it.

I wanted my water heater up to specs no issues with the system.
I wasn't present but my tenant was and Brian originally quoted $511 but can do it for $430 using PFC.
It took 24 minutes to complete the job. I was notify immediately of the completion by my tenant.
I was upset and spoke to dispatch about the amount and shortly Sean Wagner told me he wasn't going to work with me and informed me the police with come today as well. WOW the unprofessionalism and rudeness I have not seen before!

The service was excellent. Liam was early (which was fine), pleasant and professional. Very personable yet focused. Listened well to my concerns and completed the repairs to my leaking toilet in record time. Provided the estimate before the work and several options. He also did a routine analysis/inspection of all the plumbing and made a few recommendations for future upgrades.
Overall, I am pleased with the work and highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Economy plumbing came out for the 3rd time to fix the same leak but wanted me to pay again since it had been over a year. Poor workmanship, charged over a thousand dollars for a simple leak that they haven't been able to fix.

Grant did a great job getting it done for a reasonable price professionally and courteously. He even found a hazard in another part of the home that he was able to fix free of charge. Great experience.

I’ve always been happy with Sean’s work. He earned my trust about 7 years ago when he showed up on a holiday to fix a backed up drain, and I’ve been using Economy Plumbing ever since!

Excellent service at very fair prices. Came on time and completed the job faster than expected. He also checked a faucet in a different bathroom and corrected a small issue without additional charge.

I've had Sean out to my house several times over the last 10 years and have always had great service. This time we are dealing with a bathroom with a mysterious leak and a shower drain that gets clogged. Sean figured out what's been going on, gave me some much needed answers and even told me fixing my pipes could wait, it's not urgent! Seriously, the best 99 dollars I've spent in a long time. I'd had a bad experience with another company, who was quick to tell me it was going to cost me a ton of money before even checking it out. Call Sean at Economy plumbing first!

Spectacularly abysmal customer service. I paid almost 500 dollars for disposal hose to be left disconnected, rendering our sink and dishwasher unusable. After dealing with the hassle of their AI answering service to reach a human being, I was informed the only option to reattach the hose was by the same rude plumber who removed it because it was in his way. I could not speak to a manager as it was "4:00 on a friday" and therefore the only option was to wait the entire weekend to have use of the kitchen sink and dishwasher again. I am honestly disgusted.

They were fast to respond, but the company's name makes you think that they might be economical. Nothing could be further from the truth. Plumber charged $500 per toilet (2 toilets x $500 = $1,000) to tighten the screws on the toilet because they were slightly loose. We were in a tight trunaround to get this work done because we were sellng out home and had no choice but to use them. When I complained about the price, the plumber said he would throw in the sanitation loop for free, but then left without doing it. When I called and complained and asked to speak with the plumber, I was told that he was too busy and that would not happen. I tried for weeks to get a receipt and they never would send one even after calling multiple times. I would definitely not call these guys ever again.
