I called Moore and More Plumbing out to replace a tub spout and faucet cartridge. The technician quoted almost $1000 for a job that should be $400 at the most. Ridiculous prices. They don't have a worry about me calling them ever again.

Super professional company, great communication. Josh came out the same day and was able to quickly find the source of a mystery leak. These guys will definitely be our go-to for plumbing issues.

Needed work on my water heater. Joey Gutierrez helped me out and he was amazing. Super easy going, very efficient, and great communication. The work he did was more than satisfactory and he even cleaned and tidied up everything around him. Joey went above and beyond and left a really good impression on this company.

Best plumbing experience I've ever had. I started out with a very frustrating situation. Leaky toilet. Then found the shutoff valve for the toilet is broken. Then found the homeowners shutoff valve to the house is broken. BenjaminBL came in, gave me a solid quote to get everything working. Work was done on time, for the price agreed upon, and they even did a follow-up visit fully covered to fix the toilet after the toilet still had issues. Customer for life.

Met Benjamin who owns BenjaminBL today. His crew just finished renovating the main water lines and installing new hot water heaters, and they did an INCREDIBLE job! The shower and sinks get hot instantly now and the water pressure increased dramatically from before. Benjamin himself is also a very nice, personable guy.

Benjamin himself gave me an estimate on a water heater, and replaced two seized spigot collars!! Super quick service in under an hour, and explained everything we completed as well as answering multiple additional questions. I try to use local businesses whenever I can find them. I felt very at ease with my service and it is comforting to know I have a plumbing service in my back pocket that I trust. I have no doubt I’ll use them to replace my water heater when it’s time.

Great experience! 5th generation plumber who is super knowledgeable and proactive. He didn't just come out to fix one problem, he mentioned that our home's water pressure was too high it could break something, and then also noticed and fixed a leak all while working quickly and independently. He explains anything that we need to keep an eye on. Definitely recommend over other local Austin plumbers we've tried.
