Reviews of local pros in Austin, Texas

Service scheduled quickly and repairs started on time. Eddie Pollack clearly explained all details of installation was very polite.

Eddie is the man! Came in and out in 30’ and fixed our problem. Also provided added value works to fix some minor deficiencies fr builders. Excellent work by Eddie.

Josh and his team did a great job replacing our water heater. We appreciate how we called on a Saturday and by Sunday afternoon we had a new water heater installed. Thank you guys for your hard work!

Careful, thorough work from Collen McBride!
So reassuring to see such professional job completed so quickly! Thank you!

We had a gas leak fixed by Collen McBride of Rooterman. Our house is a hundred years old. The crawl space underneath is a tight fit. I have had people refuse to go under my house before. 😬
This is our second gas leak that Collen has fixed for us. WE LOVE COLLEN!
He is an excellent plumber. Very professional. He is also a wonderful human being. ( Our animals all agree.)
When you need a plumber it is always an emergency. Collen is kind and patient, making it feel not that bad. And he efficiently fixes it for you.
Thank you, Collen! Thank you, Rooterman!

Efficient, professional, and friendly. Cleared our slow kitchen drain easily, with transparent up-front estimate and no upsell pressure. Will definitely consider for future work.

Eddie arrived quickly he is extremely knowledgeable friendly and prices are awesome for the quality of repairs that were needed, I’m never using another plumber

Highly recommend Joshua B. Explains everything very clearly and gives great advice. Also completed updating our water heater so it was to code and the work was great!

Would recommend! Great communication and got my kitchen sink unclogged. Roto-Rooter who was the first plumber to inspect the clog sent me a $9000 proposal since they think its a break in the main sewer and needed to dig under my foundation slab. I am glad I called Rooter Man for a second opinion.

Garrett was great and helped us investigate and fix an issue with our upstairs bathroom tub. He was very thorough and, fortunately, the fix was quick and reasonably priced!

I appreciated Eddie Pollack knowledge and experience. He investigated the issue deeply and gave me a detailed advice/information. I would definitely recommend his services!

Eddie was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Fixed our issue in no time. Great personality too. Highly recommend!

Just recently had Eddie back here to do some emergency work after we had an issue with our gas piping. Eddie got the job done basically within a day so we wouldn't be literally left out in the cold. Needed a part that was out of stock and he went to the ends of the earth to find it for us. Not even exaggerating there. This is why we only call Rooterman for any plumbing work!

Had Eddie over for a leaking sink disposal and was super quick to diagnose and fix it. Also asked about and helped with a few other minor plumbing issues I had been putting off getting looked at. Thanks a ton!

They were quick and professional. Eddie was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the extra time to discuss the extent of the damage, coordinate with other folks for work outside his scope, and how to maintain our new system.

Eddie was honest and explained everything. I had a corroded shower faucet that did not want to easily unscrew because of the corrosion buildup. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the shower faucet. In this case it was money well spent to avoid a major pipe bust if I removed the faucet. I highly recommend Eddie for your plumbing needs.

Had a leaky water heater. Eddie made time, and was able to come over same
day. He was thorough in diagnosing the issue and finding its root cause. Eddie was also very knowledgeable and informative when it came to explaining the solution to my problem. If I ever have a plumbing issue, I’m definitely calling Rooterman.

I’m a realtor and Rooterman is always my go to for my clients because they are fast, reliable, and honest. We recently needed work on our personal property because our hot water stopped working and we were able to schedule same day. Eddie pollack came to our rescue!! Once he got here he realized the issue quickly, drove to get the part he needed to fix it, and quickly returned. He was super honest on what we needed vs didn’t and it helped save us money. He is awesome to work with! Highly recommend

Thank you Rooter Man Plumbing of Austin for the excellent service! From the first call, your customer service team was friendly, professional, and kept me updated on the technician’s arrival.
Eddie Pollack arrived right on time and was extremely helpful, especially since I’m a new homeowner. He performed a pressure test to check for potential leaks, inspected the water heater, and carefully looked over all restroom plumbing and toilets. He explained everything clearly and gave practical recommendations without any pressure.
I truly appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism. Great experience all around — highly recommend!

Eddie did an amazing job installing four faucets in my home. He was extremely thorough, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. He left everything clean and neat, and the results look fantastic. This was a project I’d been putting off for a long time, and now I finally have the peace of mind that it was done right. Highly recommend!

2nd review for equally excellent service from Rooterman Austin-Flawless Fixers. While on another job my plumber, Jason, pointed out that my water softener was likely not performing at peak performance. He gave me a no pressure quote and let me be.
I pulled my finances in order and easily booked an appointment with the very friendly office staff.

I received text updates, including a picture of the person to expect, which I appreciate.

Eddie was my plumber for the water softener replacement. He did an awesome job, explaining what he was doing. And he pointed out that my water heater had started to leak. Awesome.

The job turned out to be more expensive- replacing a water heater isn’t exactly chump change- but I was able to get financed without issue- do check how much the finance company offers you- it may be significantly more than the quote, but you’ll be on the hook for whatever amount you sign for. The financing is through another company so not a reflection on Rooterman-Flawless- just be mindful how much you’re signing up for as a loan!

But I was really glad to get two jobs done in one day. I highly, highly recommend Rooterman-Flawless Fixers!
