Reviews of local pros in Austin, Texas

Saxon did an excellent and fast repair after a tree fell and damaged my house. Friendly service and great communication made the experience very simple and enjoyable. Thanks Paul!

Top notch professionals. When other roofing companies told me I needed a completely new roof, Paul was honest and open about the issues I was experiencing. He and his team were in and out quickly and I couldn’t even tell they were there it was so clean after. I know who I’ll be calling for all my roofing needs moving forward

I had an issue with a roof leak and Paul stopped what he was doing on a Saturday to take care of me. It was pouring rain and his team fixed my roof as soon as it was safe to do so, saved me a ton of interior damage! Awesome company that will really take care of you.

Paul was great! Appreciate you coming out and giving me an honest assessment if my roof.

Paul was great! Fixed the issues we had and very professional. Highly recommend!

After a rainstorm we had a leak in our roof, and this team came out right away to help fix the problems our old roof was having. They were quick and completed quality work. No more leaks!

Paul definitely went “above and beyond” to help us. He even got our insurance company to pay out what they owed us! I highly recommend him and his company!

This company is the best. I’m not even kidding you when I say that Paul happened to be driving by and saw that I was shutting off my water and asked me if everything was okay. I explained that my pipes burst due to the freeze and without hesitation, he assessed the situation and went to work crimping my pipe and pulling out the damaged drywall. Talk about service!
Less than a week later Mario and Paul had my water damage completed and I could not be happier. Paul was communicative, friendly and promptly responded anytime I inquired. Highly recommend!

I had hail damage to my roof and siding during the last storm here in Austin and Paul is truly a professional. His background as an insurance adjuster truly makes him an ally for you during the whole process. His attention to detail made sure that everything damaged in the storm was replaced and paid for by insuarance. He is with you for every step and his crew works quickly and efficiently to get your property better than it was before. His knowledge and expertise are priceless. I could not recommend him more. He took what would have been a very stressful time and made it very simple and straight forward. If you even think you had damage at your property, have him come inspect it for you. You won’t regret it.

If you need a new roof, choose The Tiny Builder. You'll be so glad you did! Paul at TTB made our new roof install process a breeze! He took the time to communicate with our adjuster after we filed a claim for hail damage, and he was always available to answer any questions we had before, during, and even after the install was complete. Our new roof looks amazing, and it's a relief knowing we won't have to worry about it holding up through the next 30+ Texas winters!

I don’t know much about roofing but I do know about professionalism, timeliness and intent behind business. We (my wife and I) like things done right. Anyways, Paul and his team immediately checked out our roof after a hail storm. After determining significant damage he worked directly with insurance and within a week we had a new roof… done right. In a process that is complex and sometimes shady Paul made our experience seamless and stress free. Couldn’t be more thankful.

Paul has been superb! Very timely on reviewing hail damage to my roof and giving a quote which is very reasonably priced. He is so nice and very professional. He is now my ‘go to guy’ for future repairs!

Paul is incredible: responsive, reasonably priced and does excellent work. He walked me through both broad & specific information about roofing, and got the job done quicker than I expected. I will absolutely use him again, and I’m glad to have a contact like him.

Highly recommend Paul & his company for all your roofing needs and more. Paul was excellent to work with, super responsive and extremely professional. Our project completed in record time and I am super pleased with my new roof! Do not hesitate to reach out to Paul!

Paul and his crew did an amazing job. They came in and knocked out my roof in a day. In addition to be a low price leader. The quality of work and speed was impressive.

Paul was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of replacing our roof. We had damage during the ice storm earlier this year and struggled to navigate the claims process to get a full or partial replacement. Paul knows the claims process like the back of his hand and put my mind at ease that we had someone in our corner to help negotiate. He was extremely communicative and his pricing was fair alongside another quote we received, especially for the top notch quality of work and communication we received throughout the process. We were having another large siding/windows project done around the same time and he consulted us on doing the roof after which demonstrated he truly wanted the best result rather than rushing to get the project done. I wish we could hire Paul for every home project, his level of care for every detail and making sure we were happy was unmatched.

We are extremely satisfied with the construction services provided by Saxon Roofing & Construction. Their team demonstrated professionalism and expertise from the initial consultation through to project completion. They were attentive to our requirements and offered valuable advice throughout the process. The project manager, Paul, maintained clear communication at every stage and responded promptly to all inquiries and concerns. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finished space is commendable. We highly recommend their services.

Paul and his team take the utmost care of my clients! As a real estate broker, it’s important to have trustworthy, reliable, competent people behind me, and Saxon (formerly The Tiny Builder) is all of those things and more. Thank you for all that you do for my buyers and my sellers and more!

Paul is absolutely fantastic! I've worked with many different contractors and roofers and hands down Paul and his team have been the best I've ever worked with. He did a total remodel/refresh on the exterior of my house, including a new roof. Admittedly, I'm not easy to please and have very high expectations. Paul met and exceeded my expectations at every turn. He listened to me and and ensured my expectations were met. He never made me feel like I was asking for too much or I was being difficult. He's honest, communicative and fair. He will also work closely with insurance companies to ensure you're not being taken advantage of and you're getting what you're entitled to. He is truly the only contractor/roofer I trust in Austin. I can't recommend him highly enough!!

We had a fantastic experience with Saxon Roofing & Construction. Paul was wonderful to work with—knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. The team was reliable, extremely professional, and made the entire process stress-free. They worked with our insurance company, kept us informed throughout the project, and left our yard spotless when the work was done. Excellent workmanship and outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

They were extremely efficient in their work, very kind people and above all, professional in their work. I would definitely hire them again the day I need a tree service again.
