What a wonderful experience and company to work with from start to finish. We cannot say enough good things about our project manager, Anton Zisman. We liked him from the second we met him at the initial consultation. We loved the pictures and ideas he presented and he walked us through the process. He worked diligently with his crews to give us the gorgeous bathrooms we wanted. When we first met we initially thought we would only remodel our kids bathroom but we actually decided to do our primary bathroom and guest bathroom at the same time as well, and we are so happy we did. We are blown away by the results! All of the bathrooms look like they belong in a magazine. Truly just beautiful. The communication and leadership from Anton was excellent. He walked us through every step and there was daily communication in a very timely manner which was super important to us. We had two different crews, Fidaris and Olga and Dennis and Andrea. Both crews were so impressive-hardworking, diligent, clean, meticulous, and you could tell took an immense amount of pride in their work as did Anton, not to mention they are all genuinely nice people. I am actually going to miss not seeing everyone in the house. We feel very lucky to have found this company and had such smooth projects. Avi and his team were such a pleasure to work with. They were timely, worked quickly and efficiently. I appreciated how involved Avi was and always kept me in the loop with all the home projects especially when I was out of town. They were professional and great at what they do. Avi was very helpful with decision-making and his team was very collaborative and gave me great insight on different opinions which, for someone like me who is indecisive, was needed! I knew house renovations weren't going to be easy, but Teamwork sure made it feel that way haha. They finished the renovation before my family came into town and they had their cleaning crew come in to make everything look good as new. Avi and his team helped me with a complete remodel on my home. His team took care of the initial demolition followed by all the plumbing, electric work, flooring, railings, trim, countertops and tiling.

I loved Teamwork so much in 2023 for a bathroom renovation, I used them again in 2026 to renovate the second bathroom in our 1985 house (original builder grade bathrooms needed a lot of work). Avi was over both projects and he was responsive, reliable, and kept me up to date on what to expect next. I got three bids on the first job I used Teamwork for and they were best. Pricing is transparent, scope of work is plain language, and I get to control design and material costs by purchasing my own tiles and fixtures - with input from the team on whether my selections will be up to code, etc. The workers actually doing the work are amazing. Luz and Ember were tile wizards. I didn't even ask for it, but they made sure the patterns lined up *in the corners.* I plan to use Teamwork again for a future project I am planning.

We are so happy with how our house turned out. It’s like a whole new place! We had our kitchen redone and 2 bathrooms as well as having the flooring done throughout the whole house. Also got a new front door put in. Avi was in charge of the whole project. The communication was amazing, he helped us pick things out and anytime there was a snag he and his team were on it and took care of everything. I definitely recommend them! They even finished ahead of what they estimated!

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Teamwork Home Designs for a bathroom renovation. We decided to get rid of the bathtub and enlarge the shower. We were both impressed with the process and the finished product.
From the first meeting with the contractor (Alex), he impressed us with his professionalism and knowledge. He took time to listen to our ideas and needs. He was highly focused on details, communication, and achieving our vision. He explained valuable suggestions and insights that helped us refine our plans to maximize the functionality of our space. Throughout the project our needs were his priority.
Alex and his assistant Angela provided 3D renderings that made the renovation easy to visualize and helped us to see where we wanted to make some adjustments, before the work started.
Communication was outstanding throughout the project out. Alex used WhatsApp to communicate a daily itinerary and answer questions promptly throughout. This experience by far was the best communication with a contractor.
The crews Alex used were all highly competent and a pleasure to work with. All the crews were on time every day, worked with great skill and maintained a clean worksite. We enjoyed watching their attention to details. Lasers were used to make sure every tile was perfectly aligned, the fixtures were installed flawlessly, and all paint and finish work was perfect. It was clear they all took pride in their craft.
The project was completed within contacted time, which was greatly appreciated.
The final reveal was better than the expected and looks and functions beautifully for us. The completed work is very high quality and will be enjoyed for many years to come.
We did get a few estimates and Teamwork Home Designs was a very fair price for the quality of work delivered.

Teamwork recently helped us add a new office space to our home, and they did an incredible job. We have a house with a lot of space but very few rooms. I work from home, so for a long time that meant working out in the open with no separation. We contacted several contractors to see what it would take to split our open area and create an office, and settled on Teamwork.

Alex saw our vision and worked with us to put the plan together — at a very fair price, too. He got the crew started quickly, and within a week they were finished. Throughout the project, it really felt like we were a team working together (no pun intended). We were able to adjust or add things along the way, and Alex was always open to it. We also especially appreciated his level of communication with us throughout the project, something most other contractors fail to do well.

It was clear that for him, it wasn’t just about completing a project, but about bringing our vision to life. The crew was respectful of our space and left it clean at the end of each day. We can’t say enough about what an amazing job they did — the finished space looks so natural, like it’s always been part of the house. We’ve gotten so many compliments on it. We’ll definitely be using them for more projects down the line.

We love our new kitchen so much. We interviewed more than five companies before picking Teamwork. Bid was competitive, but it was Avi’s personality and optimism that won us over. Check out our pictures for an amazing transformation. Our house is 70 years old and was a rental, so first they had to demolish the damaged cabinets and floor, and fix the water damaged subfloor (under 4+ layers of old linoleum and tile), resize three windows to accommodate counter height, and fix plumbing, wiring and ductwork. Only then could they install the new tile, custom cabinets with a new footprint, etc. We picked all the materials and Avi guided our decisions on where to go, what to avoid, what looks good, etc. We had such an organized, professional, friendly, calm and efficient experience with Avi, Teamwork and the contract employees that we are going to hire them for another renovation. :-)

Their employees (who we got to know well over the several month long project) were all extremely friendly, helpful, and skilled. Pricing was fair, and we felt we were quoted fairly for the little "add ons" we encountered throughout the project; we didn't feel like we got price gouged like some contractors do once you are locked in to a contract. Would highly recommend, and will use again for any future projects!
