The Storm Guard team is great to work with. They performed roof repairs on two homes on Lake Travis outside of Lago Vista. I appreciated their professionalism, timeliness and tidiness. I will be recommending them to anyone needing roof repairs.

I got my roof replaced with Storm Guard. These folks simply get the job done. Their coordinator and overall crew are very professional, and take care of all the planning and other coordination. On top, they are reasonably priced. One of the well established company in a changing world for sure!

They were punctual (a big thing to me) and did an efficient and accurate installation. The sun tunnel is brighter than the LED lights in my kitchen ceiling fixture. The night light is a nice bonus feature.

We have an older home, built in 1977 and recently did some bathroom renovations. Had to enclose a tiny window in the master bath, so no more natural light, ugh. Learned that Storm Guard installed solar tunnels which are smaller versions of skylights, with highly reflective metal tube up to the roof. Is just amazing! They came out and did estimates including some roof repair items needed. Very reasonable, excellent work and communications, very happy with results!

We hired Storm Guard Roofing of Austin to install five skylights in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The skylights look fantastic and are exactly what we envisioned. The job was quite tricky, but their team skillfully navigated several unexpected challenges. For example, they discovered what appeared to be a gas line that might have needed relocating. After thorough investigation, they discovered it was inert, saving us a couple of thousand dollars in plumbing costs.

Their workers were professional, friendly, and respectful of our space, doing an excellent job working around us while we were at home. The amount of natural light these skylights bring into our house is incredible, it has completely transformed the space.

These folks did an outstanding job. They replaced a skylight that had been destroyed in a hailstorm. Within 20 minutes of the manufacturer letting me know Storm Guard would be doing the work, they contacted me to set up a time and date for replacement. They kept me informed every step of the way. They contacted me before they came out and did the work quickly. They had to replace some shingles to do the replacement work. They found the exact shingles, and it looks like nothing was ever done on the roof. There have been several heavy rainstorms since the repair, and their work holds up. These folks are amazing, and I will use them in the future for any roofing needs.

Storm Guard did an excellent job on our new roof. They conscientiously took care of every detail and made sure that the best job possible was performed. Everyone on their staff are top notch.

Storm Guard installed my roof around 10 years ago and I have had ZERO problems but know that any Texas roof is subject to blistering sun, intense heat, and frequent ice storms. I had an inspection done to determine if there were any small or emerging issues caused by weather or by pesky rodents such as squirrels. There were only a few issues and a Repair man came today. I was quoted a fair price for "10 year maintenance issues' and those repaired were made by a cheerful and competent technician who was on time and who worked steadily on the roof. I now feel assured that my Storm Guard roof is ready to weather another ten years. "Jason" did my inspection personally is very nice to work with (Southwest Austin Mgr) and "Kevin" is the Office Mgr., who is efficient and courteous. I couldn't recommend Storm Guard Roofing more highly!

Storm guard is AMAZING. They came over bc I had a leak in the roof and wasn’t sure who to call. They came and checked it out. Just a little ice dam and not related to the roof. They didn’t charge me. They are professional and kind and thorough. Hundred percent recommend

I am very happy with Stormguard. On July 4, 2025, It had rained extensively and I had a leak through one of my lights in the bathroom. This company had great reviews on Thumbtack, so I tried them out. Jason came out and checked out my entire roof and took pictures and went to the part of the attic where the leaky light was located. The air tube on the roof that was close to my light in the bathroom was rotting and leaked water into my light. He gave my husband and I a quote to replace the seals around the air tubes on my roof, which were rotting. He also suggested that we think about replacing our roof because of its age and we had so much hail damage to our fence, gutters, and the roof as evidenced by pictures. Jason also walked us around the house to show us these items. I also didnt realize how much roofing debris was in our gutters. We had another well-rated company come out for a quote. After much thought, we decided to have the roof replaced with Stormguard.

When the inspector from my insurance company came to look at my roof, Jason went along. I thought that was a great idea. Also, the insurance inspector told me he thought Stormguard was doing a good job.

The picking of the roofing material and he install of the roof went smoothly. We actually picked a roof material that was upgraded from the one we had. The project manager, David kept in contact with me about what was happening. David came around and picked up nails and old roof tiles from my and my neighbor's yard.

After the work, I had an issue with my first payment from my insurance company (They issued me 2 checks, but one of them had an error, so it was not paid) and I called Jason and explained what was happening and he was very understanding.

Everything went smoothly after that you can make payments online on their website. I had a good experience.

The Storm Guard is really professional at installing a new skylight for my house. The crews finished the job as planned. Though the first shade had some mechanical issues and didn't work as expected, Store Guard quickly addressed the issue and replaced the shade with a brand new one as soon as they got the parts. The communication during the whole process is really professional and in a timely fashion, and I highly recommend Storm Guard if you want to get a new skylight and installed by professionals!

Several years ago we used Storm Guard to install Velux skylights. We selected them because they are an official (and thus trained) Velux vendor. We were happy with both their communication and work.

A few months ago one of the skylight shades stopped working. So I emailed Storm Guard, and they were on top of things. Within a few days they got Mario to come and take a look. Realizing that they needed to get a new shade from Velux (it was still under warranty), they gave me daily updates until Mario came with the new shades and installed them within minutes.

After a substantial storm hit my neighborhood, a trusted friend of mine referred me to Storm Guard, and I was thoroughly impressed with how easy it was to have them help get me a new roof! Jason (and Jason) were both excellent communicators who took the time to walk me through the process of working with insurance, what to expect in terms of a timeline, and updates and the project progressed. They broke down everything the insurance company had returned and handled all communications, making the process seamless and painless as possible. I hope I don't need a new roof anytime soon, but if I did, I would give Storm Guard a call!

I hired Storm Guard to replace our composite roof after a hail storm that necessitated replacement. Jason was an amazing partner throughout… knowledgeable, professional, and extremely patient with my tortured decision making. Once we decided on metal and the color, the project was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The project was completed per the timeline provided, and his communication was exemplary. He also helped us navigate the insurance side, demystifying that process. His crew was courteous and respectful. Anytime I had questions, Jason would come by in person to walk through and address any concerns promptly. And the photos his crew provided each day were super helpful to see exactly where the project was, as well as provide references for the future.
