I am extremely satisfied with J-Conn Roofing and the new roof that was installed on my house! They are honest from the beginning, and tell you up front how much everything is going to cost. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and the quality of the work is amazing! The workers are respectful and truly take care of your property. This company is the best! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to install a new roof!

From the time I received the detailed quote from J-Conn until the last felt disc and staple was picked up from our yard following the job I couldn't be more pleased with J-Conn's work.
Their roof stocker (ABC Supply), showed up right on time, stocked the roof, and J-Conn's crew arrived shortly afterwards.
I was on-site for the duration of the job and their foreman Omar answered all my questions regarding the process. There was some soft (rotten), decking that needed to be replaced, and J-Conn's framer did an excellent job replacing it.
These folks have been around since 1979 and there's a reason for that.

Have used J-Conn several times for minor repairs. They have been very courteous and professional at all times. As a native Austinite, I am very aware of the longevity of this company. The customer service was outstanding--calling several times to keep me updated on the status of my job. When I need any other repairs or a new roof, J-Conn is the company I will be contacting.

J-Conn replaced my roof yesterday from removing and replacing all in the same day. WOW they were great! They came on time and very conscious of the quality and workmanship. Jason stopped by at the end of the day to see if everything was to my approval. If they had more stars I would definitely give them to this company. I had three estimates and John was the only one to take time to explain types of product and the different warranties. Thumbs up to J-Conn and all the crew you have made it to my Christmas card list!

I’ve tried to do business with J-Conn twice. The first time I called and set up an appointment which was confirmed and they were a no-show. That was for a roof replacement quote. When I called them they said they just got too busy and had other jobs come in and wouldn’t be able to help me. What?? The second time I called I just wanted to take advantage of the roof inspection they promise on KLBJ I was told it would be a long wait as they were again busy. I told them no hurry just when they can make it. Never heard back. I am sure if you can get them to work for you they probably do a good job. Good luck getting them respond. I will never try them again.

J-Conn has roofed our home twice over the time we have owned it and did an excellent job both times. They were always courteous, friendly, efficient, and very honest. We have never felt pressured. Their crew appeared to have been with them for many years which is comforting from a safety standpoint.
They have responded quickly any time we had a problem . We recommended them to our church which has used J-Conn for several roofing jobs over the years.
I highly recommend them. They are so easy to work with and such nice people.

I have used J Conn Roofing several times for repairs and an overall assessment. I have found them to be competent, honest, and personable. When it’s time for a new roof, I won’t even consider anyone else.

We are currently in a rental, and the owners used J-Conn for some replacement and repairs. The crew started when scheduled, were respectful of property and us.

I can't attest to the work product, as I couldn't get on the roof (nor would I know what to look for!), but what I *can* speak to is how amazing the crew was. Not only did they finish the job within the day, but I truly expected some trash/nails after the job was completed. They picked up every bit of trash, located staples/nails before they left, and were so kind. I spoke with a few of the guys, and they were courteous as well as watching out for eachother in this Texas heat.

Again, I can't review the roof repair but if they're as responsible with that as they were with property, I'd highly recommend.

We recently had our roof re-shingled by J-Conn Roofing and are very happy with the work that the J-Conn team did. Their representative Pat did a thorough inspection, proposal and also checked on our roof during a few days of weather delay, to make sure things were appropriately weather/rain-sealed…. He also came by after the crew was finished to confirm everything was done correctly. The crew also did a good job of covering our landscaping, etc. and thoroughly clean-up before leaving. Overall, we’re very happy and glad we selected J-Conn Roofing to re-roof our house and highly recommend them!

I have used J-Conn Roofing exclusively over the last couple of decades for minor and major repairs. J-Conn was highly recommended when I was looking for a company to repair a water leak which developed around my chimney, they did an excellent job. Since then I have used J-Conn for any minor repairs and and 2 re-roofs. Most recently, J-Conn experts were also most helpful assisting me with my insurance company to get a new roof job done correctly and on time.

We had a roof leak that I wanted to get repaired before the next rainstorm forecasted for that day. Taylor sent his guy promptly and everything was taken care of right before the storm. Taylor came in to check if the roof leak caused any other issues or not and gave good feedback. I highly recommend them.

I have solar panels on my roof so they had to be taken down before D&D could do their work. D&D worked with my insurance company to get all the work done that was needed. Now I have a new roof and the solar panels reinstalled. Very pleased with D&D, with their work and support.

Taylor and team did a great job on short notice to do some roof maintenance—gave everything a once over, fixed and resealed a bunch of suspect flashing in record time ahead of this year’s Feb 2022 winter weather.

Felt good to get a few small-but-neglected issues resolved and be certain we were leak free.
