Fantastic service and work. Karl was great to deal with, these guys are passionate about roofs and it shows. They understand home ownership and are empathetic, and somehow are still affordable. My roof is toast from the hail storm last year, and they did some amazing patch work at a lower price than I was expecting. The work is so good, it buys me the time I need before getting a new roof, and then some. I look forward to working with Karl on the project when the time comes.

I used Balcones Roofing to fix a few roof leaks on my home. They were super skilled and professional. It gave me the confidence in them to take on a full roof replacement for one of my rental homes. Highly recommend.

if you're read this review and do your self a big trouble later on. DO NOT use J-Conn Roofing. I agreed to other review, they are just RUDE & UN-PROFESSIONAL. Christina was the person answer the call but put me on hold twice.

POOR POOR POOR service

We were pleased with the fast courteous service. The price was fair and the evaluation of our needs honest without pressure. Our minor repairs were made without our having to be at home.

J-Conn is a terrific, locally owned business I've used several times. There prices are very reasonable and their service is excellent. Highly recommended!

They were very accommodating when I had to delay the work for a week while trees were cleared from my roof, then though this was only a repair, they were one time and worked quickly to repair my roof. They did an excellent job

I have used their services several times for minor roof repairs, they have always done a good job, and finished reasonably quickly. From my experience their prices have been in line with other similar service providers.

I called. I found the experience awful. First, the lady was skeptical about why I was calling versus the hoa. The skepticism remained during the call. Then she needed to know the hoa company that I gave her and the hoa company's address. I have called a lot of repair people. They have all needed just the address of the building to give an estimate.

Although the heat delayed our re-roof, Erin was very responsive and gave great customer service each time I contacted her about our job. Couldnt believe they re-roofed our entire house in just one day. thank you!

The estimaters, the office staff and the crew were equally professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and neat. The crew (the only group for which this is relevant) worked without unnecessary noise, cleaned up completely, and did first- rate work. It was helpful for the estimaters to recommend other repair companies who worked on aspects of the job other than roofing, and those companies themselves were exemplary in the observable categories.

Took over a week to come out and look at the roof leak. Went inside and looked at the damaged Sheetrock. Never even went on the roof or looked at the issue. Stated he would have to come back when its dryer outside some time the following week. (understandable.) Then about an hour later I get a call stating that the owner of the company is not interested in this job... So Thanks for Delaying the repair and doing absolutely nothing. This is the kind of response and service I would expect out of a company ran out of their own house though...

JCONN has been taking care of my roofs both at my house and my business for many many years.They have always been reliable and hard working. They are very accomodating. I highly recommend them.

They came out and did an assessment for repairs related to tree damage during the ice storm we had earlier this year. Itemized a repair, came out a week later and performed the repair. The price was exactly what the estimate was quoted. A good reputable company.

They fixed my roof about as fast as it took the storm to knock the shingles off. They made the job happen sooner than originally thought, they showed up on time, they got the job done quick and left my yard clean. They did all this while my house was on the market. It looks good, and i appreciate them all. I will call them when i have any issue with my roof from here on out.

JConn did two roofs in the last three years due to hail damage. Both times their response was friendly and professional. Both times, the roofs were completed in one day including clean up.

J-conn has fixed my roof twice after storms, both times they provided fast service and a very reasonable price. This most recent time, I left a message for them on a Saturday, they gave me an estimate on Monday, and had the work done by Wednesday!
