Our roof sustained major damage from a hailstorm and had to be replaced. Ace recommended Bill Sprauer, who contacted me the same day. We had a new roof a week later! Bill has an amazing crew, and I highly recommend his services.

I wholeheartedly recommend Ace Roofing. We have worked with them twice in the last 10 years for a roof replacement following hail damage, and both times we've been very happy with both the end result and the process.

Cole was amazing. I was going through a tough time and had trouble making decisions, and he was so patient, explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and really looked out for us and our home. I needed someone to hold my hand through the process, and I got that. I'm forever grateful!

We recently had our roof shingles replaced by Ace Roofing and were very pleased with the finished job. They even created a custom metal covering for our chimney that turned out really nice. Kyle, the project manager was very easy to deal with and came out daily to make sure the job was being done to our satisfaction. We were impressed with the quality of work and contracted with them for some additional roofing jobs on the well house and garage. The crew was very thorough on the clean up too.

Big shout out to Cole Shiflet. He took all the stress out of getting a new roof. He explained the entire process, step by step and took the anxiety out of it. Cole was easy to reach by phone or text and responded promptly with any concerns or questions. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Cole was present to oversee all the work done. I highly recommend Ace Roofing and for Cole to give an honest assessment of your roofing needs.

I recommend Ace roofing and all their employees very highly. My entire roof and garage roof were damaged from hail and needed to be replace. Anyone who is in this situation knows that it can be stressful and overwhelming and Ace roofing handled the process with efficiency and professionalism.

Adam was top notch from start to finish. He suggested, and I wanted, a very specific red metal roof. Of course I needed it in the middle of supply chain shortages and when it became difficult to find, Adam made it happen on time. In addition, he answered all my questions and concerns and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

Daniel was amazing to work with for the inspection and insurance and made the process as seamless as it could have been.

The crews were on time, respectful of our property, clean, and quick. The work they did was of the highest quality. In addition, we have solar panels that had to be removed and reinstalled and this was all organized and completed in a timely manner and with care.

Thank you Ace Roofing you made an unfortunate circumstance into the best experience it could have been and I definitely love my brand new, shiny roof even more than my old one!

My experience with Ace—and with Amous in particular—was great. They dealt fairly with me, and patiently with my difficult insurance company, and they even came back to look at something on a shed roof after my job was complete.

Getting a new roof was not going to be an inexpensive purchase for my family, but I could not be more happy with the results.

We reached out to Amous to repair hail damage back in April, and signed a contract to get our roof replaced as well as trim on our chimney while they were up there. The actual roof didn't come in until August (4 months later) because the wrong material was initially ordered, and during the job we had to deal with
- Insufficient materials, dragging the installation process out to three days
- Roofers trying to cut corners by putting new shingles over 20 year old underlayment
- Damage to landscaping lights
- Damage to our fence
- Trash and materials left in our yard
- Ridge vents on our shed that were thrown away and not re-used.

At the end of the day we're left holding the bag to re-paint trim and find someone else to do the chimney.

The finished roof looks nice, but I'd say this company is average at best, and definitely not worth 5 stars.

The pictures attached show how our house was left when crews left (bare plywood, new shingles on old underlayment), chimney not touched, some of the damage and trash, however there's still more (damaged lights, empty cans, etc.) not pictured.

I worked with Cole to replace the roof on our home. Our insurance was about to raise our rates again due to its age. I reached out to several companies including a company that was well regarded in our neighborhood and had put new roofs on most of the neighborhood homes. I ended up choosing Ace over that company, largely because of Cole and his quick/thorough communication. Also, Ace was able to tackle a small gutter repair in-house that the other company was not. I asked a lot of questions and he always followed up with a helpful response and never seemed bothered by my questions. He even came by the house to drop off a roof sample for our HOA even though we had not yet accepted their bid and he was patient and timely as we requested modifications to the bid based on product selection changes.

The roof replacement also included changing the existing insufficient ventilation to a new ventilation method and they gave thoughtful consideration to the planning for that including examining and sizing the interior space of the attic and air intake.

Everything ran smoothly during the installation process - the crew was friendly and considerate of the property cleaning up completely after finishing work. The whole process was professional and friendly from start to finish. The end result looks good and I would not hesitate to recommend Ace Roofing to anyone in the future.

We worked with Bill Sprauer and he was INCREDIBLE. We weren't aware of any roof issues when we made the offer on our first home and the inspection came back with multiple flags. Our inspector suggested that we have a roofer check it out to access the damage. I called three different roofing companies and Bill called me back within a half hour. He said he could look at our roof within the hour. Working through the tight option period of buying a home, this felt like a miracle! He sent me pictures of the roof, talked through areas of concern and a sent a quote all that same morning.

Long story short, there was severe hail damage, a turbine top had blown off and a lot of wear and tear. We closed on the house knowing we would need to replace the roof before insurance would cover it. Again, Bill swooped in and had the BEST PRICE (we got quotes from two other companies) and was able to replace our roof three days after I got back in touch with him--and that was working around thunderstorms that week. He sent updates and pictures throughout the day.

It was so nice working with a person and company that were trustworthy and responsive. Ace Roofing is hands down the best.

Maston Naslund and his team at Ace Roofing did an incredible job helping us settle a hail damage claim and replace our roof. Maston is an expert, at his job works hard to deliver on everything he tells you he will do, follows up promptly and is easy to work with. His install crew was very professional, took pride in their work, did their job in less than a day, & cleaned up well when they were done. So over 6 years ago I contacted this company and a person named Adam came out and sealed some vents for me on my roof. I had just purchased my home and wasn't charged, he just said keep him in mind in the future. Welcome to the future! It was time for a new roof and I had his contact info saved in my phone.

The whole process went smooth, dealing with the insurance company not so much, but that has nothing to do with the new roof ;) Adam was professional and ordered the product after giving me an estimate and making an adjustment I requested for some extra vents. Fast forward a few weeks later and as promised the crew showed up at sunup around 7AM. They worked to get the existing roof tore off within a few hours, did repairs, they started new shingle install. Everything was wrapped up by approx 3PM. They did a pretty good job cleaning up, however a few nails remained on the roof as well as in the gutters and a tip from a caulk tube. Not a huge deal, but worth the mention. There was also a piece of shingle trimming in the gutter. All in all I am completely satisfied and would recommend their work. I got up there this evening to inspect and to my somewhat untrained eye everything looks great!

Ace Roofing did a great job with my house. They took care of all of it - shingles, drip edge, replace all vent stacks, rain gutters, and sheet metal on patio cover. Their project manager, Maston Naslund, was great to work with - very knowledgeable. We were delayed for about a week due to weather but they got it done quickly after that and did a thorough cleanup. It’s great when you find a company that does great job and puts customer service ahead of everything else. I always enjoy being able to write a glowing review. If you are looking for a roofing company, ACE is definitely the way to go. I can see why they have so many good reviews. We had contacted multiple companies and it was evident from the first phone call with ACE and visit, we knew that we had found the roofers to do the job. Amous Moran, our ACE Project Manager, is very personable, explains everything, and answers any questions you may have along the way. He was available throughout the process and worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was done correctly.

From help in selecting the right color and materials, to plans of the couple upgrades we chose, right through to the finished roof, Amous is amazing. Any company is only as good as your point of contact. Amous made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He was even able to schedule us prior to the painting of the house.

There are a lot of roofing companies out there and getting a new roof was a process that we didn’t know a lot about. There were no surprises. Amous walked us through everything and I can say with 100% assurance I would recommend ACE Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof. In fact, we have already referred them to a couple of neighbors. Their prices are reasonable, they do a great job and we couldn’t be happier. Not to mention, they warranty their work, so we have complete piece of mind.

We had at least four companies come give us estimates and found Ace to be our first choice. Masten came out before & after and contacted us several times during the process. Masten asked me to write this review and I don’t usually write reviews unless I really feel service is quality. I was happy with his crew. Happy with the work, and I am sharing pictures of the quality of the work. I’m especially excited about the five year unlimited, workmanship warranty, as this is important, and also a valuable asset to our investment in this new beautiful roof. so I do highly suggest you consider using this company for your roofing needs in the central Texas area. No company is going to be 100% perfect, but we took the time, an agonizing two weeks to filter through other companies and this one was our top choice.

Ace Roofing was great to work with, Maston and his crew did a great job, quality work, and cleanup after the job was done. Maston was very knowledgeable, communicative, and great customer service. Our install date shifted a bit due to availability of the specific shingle we wanted to go with, Maston was on top of the communication and kept us in the loop of status and dates.
