The Austin Roofing crew came in and replaced our roof all within a single day. They did great work and made sure to clean up well after themselves. Definitely recommend!

Luis did a great job of providing the detailed quote, took pictures around the area where the leak might occur and also arranged the repair. We were lucky that the technician came and repaired a day before the rain started, so we can see whether the repair was done right the next day.
After the repair, they sent over photos documenting the repair and they were able to get it done in about 3 hours efficiently

In October of 2021 we had Austin Roofing and Construction give us an estimate for a Tesla roof and a conventional shingle roof. The Tesla roof was way out of our league, but their shingle roof was more affordable than their competition that was canvasing the neighborhood after the hail storm. We checked references which were good and verified that they were not a fly by night roofing company. They were able to find a company that removed our outdated solar panels at a considerable savings. Our roof was put on in a timely manner with multiple checks from supervisors after the initial install. At this point three years later, we have no complaints and no leaks.

Happy with all aspects of this company. Luis came to the rent house and took pictures and showed me the need for a new roof. It was apparent that a new roof was needed. Luis was always available to answer my questions. Had four companies bid on a roof replacement. Austin Roofing gave me the best price. The roof replacement was started and completed on the same day. A few days later, the roof was inspected by Nick. Was pleased with all aspects of this company. Have other houses and will give Austin Roofing full consideration to do another roof replacement.

We had a small leak in the roof, and Luis identified the problem right away, plus a few other items that needed to be addressed to prevent other problems in the future. The team was responsive, available, and prompt in scheduling the repair and getting the work done. We have used this company before for an unrelated roof issue and would recommend them to others.

We were very pleased with the work performed on our house by Austin Roofing. We had a full roof replacement plus gutter replacement, pergola repair, deck repair, and garage doors replaced. Luis was the Austin Roofing representive who coordinated all the work. He was very helpful reviewing the paperwork needed to file and monitoring the work being performed. He was always available if we had questions and very easy to work with on re-scheduling the work around several things we had to attend to. His workers were always on time.

Do not hire Austin Roofing and Construction unless you want a no shows, reschedules, and perpetually leaky roof.

I hired them to fix a slope on the roof. Initially, their subcontractors did the complete wrong job, not fixing slope whatsoever. I understand that mixups happen so I was patient. Then after multiple no-shows and one time they showed up when we couldnt do the job, they did work and claimed the job was complete. They did not put back the tiles, left trash all over the balcony, and tracked all sorts of mud in the house. I could live with this, but the next time it rained, water poured through the roof. Prior to them working on the roof, there was no water pouring through ever, so they literally made the problem worse. Their employee and someone who appears to be the head of their subcontracting crew came out and each had a different opinion on what the problem was. They claimed to have fixed the issue and offered to paint over the damaged part their leak caused. Already this was a terrible experience but i was patient hoping they would fix the issue.

I paid the remaining invoice, but in the latest rain storm water came pouring through on multiple locations. I have really tried to be patient because I understand that home services is a tough business but at this point I cannot trust them and their cheap subcontractors to complete the job properly. And I have no idea how much mold and rot there is in my ceiling as a result of their shoddy work

These guys are truly phenomenal. The whole process was really smooth and I do have a lot to compare with. Not only they were fast, efficient, courteous all through, they also double checked their work and fixed a small defect that appeared as a result of carrying out during hot Texas weather. I mean people do that? I don’t have to check and then contact the company, show and explain blah blah blah. Wow, that raises the bar for other contractors for sure. All this plus they are involved in a charity project, these guys are gold

Nick was a excellent project manager running the job from start to finish and was very thorough on the post inspection which I appreciated. I definitely recommend this company to take care of your roofing needs. They are top notch!

This is the third time I have hired them to work on my home. They have done some siding and trim repairs, replaced the roof, and, this time, helped with a painting project and some repairs. I also had some trim and structure beams that were rotting. They fixed them so I won't have to worry about future issues. Their crews are knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant to work with. They showed up when they said they would and completed the project on schedule.
Austin Roofing and Construction is a company you can trust; they are local, so when you have questions or concerns, they are able to come out to look at them and also warranties concerns. I like that they are family owned and they also will give back to the community.

Fantastic company to work with. Patched two leaks in my roof and did interior work where water had leaked in. Everyone I talked to there was professional and friendly. They documented everything to show me what needed to be done as well as the extent of damage during the repair. During the interior work they went the extra mile to make sure they didn't make a mess or damage any of the rooms they were working in. House looks as good as new after they finished. On top of that they were very reasonably priced. Got multiple bids for the job and they were very competitively priced.

Really good experience with the team at Austin Roofing and Construction for a small-medium roof repair due to removing a power line meter pole. They were not the cheapest bid I received but they did an amazing job and you can not tell that they had to replace a panel of the wall or that there was any repair. Very professional team, quality work. No notes.

Tim and his team did an amazing job - as an architect & home builder for my own home this was a very important part of the build & I couldn't be happier with the results.

Professional, fair & clear pricing, responsiveness to questions, etc was superb. When insurance claim did not approve full roof replacement, other companies stopped returning my calls. Austin Roofing continued their great customer service to repair my roof.

Billy came out and inspected our roof within a day of my call. He was able to get an estimate to the insurance company and get our repair scheduled quickly. The crew came on the appointed day and discovered additional damage but took great before and after photos for our insurance company to show that additional work was required. They not only did a great job but left the job site incredibly clean. I would happily recommend this company based on my own experience.
