I would recommend these guys to anyone. Efficient, they worked to get more coverage from my insurance company, I barely had to do a thing. Jeremy is awesome and delivers on his word. They were understanding about us waiting on the check from the insurance company to come before we got to pay them. And on top of all that they even re-stained my garage door and shutters as part of their service!

The technician (sorry I didn't get his name) from Austin Roofing and Construction was able to locate the small leak in my roof within minutes. He was very thorough and showed me pictures of the where the leak originated and gave a very good explanation of the repair action. These guys are very professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

ARC was quick to come out and inspect and didn't try to oversell me on the repairs needed. The repair was on time and they did a professional job. Would recommend!

Can't say enough good things about ARC. We'd worked previously with a very well-known roofing construction company here in Austin who did a horrendous job in multiple attempts at fixing a leak. ARC came in, was very thorough and professional, and solved our problem completely - even though it took multiple visits. The final product looks fantastic, looks brand new, and zero leaks even in heavy storms.

We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience of replacing our roof with Austin Roofing. I got estimates from 5-6 companies and Luis was the best communicator, answering questions and interpreting our conversation into a project that was accurately estimated. The workers were tidy and it was completed as discussed in the promised timeframe. We had to have some fascia and gutter repairs, which other companies don't do. Austin Roofing saved us from having to get another contractor, and then beautifully matched our materials and colors. We now have a lovely roof and no lingering contractor issues. Whew! We had a great experience with ARC replacing our entire roof as part of a homeowner's insurance claim from hail damage. The project management staff were professional and thorough and the technicians were careful to drop all the debris in key places to minimize damage to our extensive landscaping. We would definitely use them again.

This company’s was highly recommended to me by my neighbors, and they have some very friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help. They also did a great job on my roof. It did take a little longer than expected but it wasn’t an issue. Additionally, one new staff member was extremely unreliable and rude after he cancelled our appointment 5 minutes before. I had to travel to meet with him to see samples in person, and he didn’t apologize for his mistake and was very rude after I expressed that that’s not acceptable. He should be fired as I never met someone that inconsiderate and rude. I spoke with this person on phone the day before when we scheduled this appointment, so it was not a communication issue. However the other 99% staff I interacted with, such as head of installation and office managers, were very helpful and polite and did go out of their way many times to remedy the situation and deliver the roof upgrade in time to meet my needs. I highly recommend this company (but advise to better screen or train new employees).

They were very quick with a site visit. Very transparent with what needed to be done in regards to repairing/replacing my roof. Came back to me quickly with a quote and it was a good deal less expensive than the other quotes I got. They kept me posted throughout the process and cleaned up entirely afterwards. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area needing roof work.

I’ve known Terra for nearly 20 years, so when my roof needed fixing I knew exactly who to go to. She was amazing in easing my worries and getting things taken care of quickly before the damage got worse. She was quick to inspect, explain the damage and life expectancy of my roof, she got the estimate to me within the same day, and the repair was finished seamlessly.
