True to the estimate! Michael Boy & The Wolfpack crew were professional, fast & on-time. I think from start to finish was 3 days. New roof looks great. Very pleased with our experience.

I met Michael the owner of Wolfpack through a neighbor. We were talking about hail damaged roofs in our neighborhood. He recommended that I have my insurance come check the roof. The roof definitely needed replacing and Michael and his team did a great job. They work directly off the insurance estimate and used the GAF Timberline shingles and other components so you will have a 50 year warranty. Michael is very professional and straight forward to work with.

Some other neighbors had their roof replaced by one of the storm chaser roofing companies and the quality of the shingles used by their roofer are much lower quality than what Wolfpack used. You can definitely tell a difference in the quality of the shingles used just by looking at the roof.

I have known Michael for several years. He is efficient, detail-oriented, honest and dependable. He is extremely organized, and never misses a deadline. Michael has an excellent rapport and communication skills with people of all ages. He is an enthusiastic leader who maintains high professionalism. I highly recommend Michael and Wolfpack Roofing!

Michael made this whole process so smooth and easy! We were in the middle of buying a new home and needed a second opinion on the roof and if there were repairs needed. Michael was at the house within an hour of calling. He walked the whole roof explaining what he saw and thought needed to be done. He crawled up into the attic to make sure that there was no existing water damage. In the end it was his recommendation that the roof be replaced. On the day of delivery for the roof material Michael was there making sure that the job was handled properly and that safety was on everyone’s minds. My new roof is perfect! It. Is so pretty and with the big rain storm that we had I slept with confidence that there would be no rain coming in. I have already recommended Wolfpack to everyone!

Michael did a great job of getting me an accurate quote for a somewhat complex roof repair. I not only needed new shingle but also a fairly substantial chimney repair. We have a commercial building in south Austin that we purchased less than 3yrs ago. The company that did the roofing originally was supposed to continue to service the location, however, they became unresponsive. So, we tried contacting 3 other roofing companies with 4+ Star Ratings on Google. Each said they would send someone out within 24hrs, however nobody ever showed from any of the companies.

Had just about given up hope of finding a reputable roofing company, but saw an ad for Wolfpack Roofing online. I reached out they had someone out to property same day as it was raining and wanted to see where the leak was. They took photos and sent a detailed email about what needed to be done and timeline. Even though my boss took several days to approve the work, Wolfpack was still able to get out before the next rain and fixed everything up. Wolfpack even meet with my boss at the location to show work completed.

I can not say enough positive things about Michael Boy and Wolfpack Roofing. He and his team were extremely responsive and professional throughout the process. Michael communicated with us on an ongoing basis and the quality and professionalism of his team were beyond reproach. Not only did they install an awesome metal roof, new gutters, downspouts and leaf guards but they also repaired some of the plywood that had rotted and also repaired soffits and fascia that had been destroyed by raccoons and winter weather. They were here when they said they would be and worked long hours to beat the rain in installing the roof and new gutters and downspouts. I had multiple bids for the roof and Michael and his expertise and desire to keep us in the loop were outstanding. I can't imagine any other company coming close to the customer care that Wolfpack Roofing models and lives. His ethics are outstanding and I refer him without any reservations.

We had a lot of roofing companies in our neighborhood after a hail storm back in May and the job that Michael and his guys did for us is far and away the best I have seen. Michael and his team did an amazing job with our roof. We had a leakage. I had lot of companies come and take a look. Michael was the only one who was kind enough to do a temporary fix so that rain does not damage our house. His quote was also best. On the actual day of roof repair, his team came on time and did an incredible job.
