I highly recommend Wolfpack Roofing. After hail damage a few years ago, we contracted Wolfpack Roofing to replace our damaged shingles. They did good work, and that would normally be the end of the story. Almost 2 years later we noticed a leak in the roof. First I contacted my insurance carrier, who sent an estimator who was unable to determine the cause, and wrote up a repair estimate that was less than my deductible, so no help there. Next, I contacted Michael at Wolfpack, and he sent someone out to have a look. They suspected that a hole caused by corrosion in a cricket up against a bell tower could be the cause. They patched the hole and recommended to wait and see if that fixed it. They did this at no charge and asked me to let them know after the next rain. That told me that they were with me and would stay and make sure it got fixed. I'll save you the rest of the story and skip to the end - Wolfpack Roofing came out, identified the leaks and repaired them promptly for a reasonable price. The leaks were not caused by them, it was because of solder joints that broke in the crickets. I have worked with roofing companies a number of times in my lifetime. Some are good, and some are not. Wolfpack is one of the good ones!

SHORT VERSION – We contracted Wolkpack to replace our homes roof, paint the exterior, and install additional gutters. Prior to starting work, Michael walked through each job scope with his crews on site to ensure that everything was clear. He also checked routinely on the progress which went smoothly and in line with the schedule we agreed. We observed Michael has very good relationships with his crews and they seemed to be genuinely happy to work with him. He is transparent, prompt, and his crews craftmanship is excellent. We highly recommend their services.

MORE INFORMATION - Our family has been a neighbor to Michael’s family since 2013. Over the last 9 years Michael has always been honest, genuine, friendly, and willing to help. Several years ago I was out of town when our roof began leaking. My wife called him and without hesitation he came over while it was still raining and climbed on a high angle roof to install a temporary patch. He then had his crew come over the next day to install a permanent repair. Afterwards Michael explained how the leak was typical from the type of roof vent we had, and how it had been rotting the plywood over a long period of time. His crew spoke to my wife about other issues they observed while performing the repair which we should keep an eye on. There was no pressure from them to do further work.

We have watched Michaels crews install all of the new roofs in our cul-de-sac (6 out of 9) and a great many roofs in our neighborhood. We often noted how well Michael worked with his crews who are friendly and efficient. Additionally, the quality of the craftsmanship is excellent.

This year after noticing several areas of our roofs had rotted plywood, we decided it was time to replace the 2006 original construction roof. Our neighbor had just contracted WolfPack to replace their roof and paint their home exterior. As always it looked great and only took 2-3 days. I spoke with that neighbor and he explained how great Michael was to work with.

Later that evening, I texted Michael and we set up a time the following day for him to come by. He arrived promptly on time to discuss with us the issues specific to our home roof age, materials, and design. This is what I like most about Michael, I do a lot of DIY work and so I appreciate that Michael is very willing to explain technical details of his work. He understands the balance of cost verse performance and openly discussed it with us. He has certain standards (such as peak roof vents) which he sets as his minimum standard bc of their reliability he has learned over his many years of experience.

Michael discussed the process of filing an insurance claim if we wished to. He mentioned that we needed to be aware that if the claim was declined then the insurance company would have on record that we had a roof condition issue which might affect future coverage/claims. He was very open that it was possible an insurance claim would be declined. We were successful at getting our roof repair covered by insurance in part due the information provided by Wolfpack regarding the roof damage.

I reached out to Wolfpack Roofing after reading countless positive reviews in my neighborhood Facebook group. Our exterior stucco had cracked and, unknown to us, it had been leaking for a long time.

Michael reached out the next morning and came by our house the same day to take a look. He was prompt, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He had a quote to us within 24hrs and we approved the work.

Stucco can be tricky in the Texas climate and it’s a lot more “art” than we ever expected. His crew got right to work, documented everything clearly, and Michael checked in regularly throughout the project. The work was done quickly and, from everything I can tell, at the highest quality.

We encountered a few minor issues along the way, and Michael proactively identified each item and addressed them at no additional cost to us. When was the last time you worked with a business owner who pointed out something that didn’t meet their standard and took care of it, no questions asked? Exceptionally rare.

We used Green Knight for a full roof replacement. We have a big and complicated roof so the estimated time to complete the job was 4 weeks. We were nervous about the potential disruption and mess. Green Knight was great at cleaning up each day and at keeping the disruption to a minimum. We are 100% happy with the job they did and would recommend them to everyone needing a metal roof.

Green Knight did a fantastic, thorough job. They replaced our 45 yr old concrete tile roof. We had multiple issues as a result of our aging roof. Everyone associated with our project worked together to help solve the problems. We have a roof/upper deck connection that required custom metal fabrication. NO MORE LEAKS!!! The installation crew did an amazing job. Always on time, worked hard all day and always kept the work area clean when they left at the end of the day. GREAT COMPANY!! Green Knight just replaced our shingle roof with a standing seam metal roof. The longevity and attractive appearance of our new metal roof means we won't need to replace the roof on this house again, and it will increase the value when we sell.

The company was thorough and professional from the first meeting to the final walkthrough. Brett took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us decide what would work best for us. He developed a clear statement of work, then reviewed it with us and answered all our questions to make sure we shared a clear understanding of what to expect.

Throughout the project, we were always kept up to date regarding the status of the project (including delays and issues that inevitably pop up). Andres, the project manager provided regular (usually daily) updates which always included asking if we had any questions, problems or concerns.

The Green Knight installation crew was great. They arrived on time, did their job in a very efficient, professional and courteous way, and left the site neat and clean at the end of each day. Their skill, craftsmanship and attention to detail was amazing. Our job included a complex roof area that we knew from the start would be a challenge. It took a lot of work and re-work get it right, but they brought in their sheet metal Jedi to create custom sheet metal parts that enabled a solution we're very pleased with.

At the end of the job, they did a thorough inspection and detailing, ensuring that everything was completely sealed, screw heads were painted and any scratches were repaired using paint from the panel manufacturer.

Having witnessed the craftsmanship and attention to detail during the installation, we don't anticipate needing to take advantage of their 5 year workmanship warranty, but it's evidence of the company's passion for quality service and customer satisfaction. We're very happy that we decided to step up from shingles to a metal roof and that we selected Green Knight as our contractor.
