This company is the best. I’m not even kidding you when I say that Paul happened to be driving by and saw that I was shutting off my water and asked me if everything was okay. I explained that my pipes burst due to the freeze and without hesitation, he assessed the situation and went to work crimping my pipe and pulling out the damaged drywall. Talk about service!

I don’t know much about roofing but I do know about professionalism, timeliness and intent behind business. We (my wife and I) like things done right. Anyways, Paul and his team immediately checked out our roof after a hail storm. After determining significant damage he worked directly with insurance and within a week we had a new roof… done right. From my first call with Luis we felt confident about the decision to go with them. Luis instilled a sense of confidence and honesty in the initial conversations and they did what they said they were going to do. I noticed that the materials they use seem to be of high quality relative to some of the new roofs that I’ve seen in my neighborhood. I have hired Austin Roofing for several projects. Tim is honest, knowledgeable, and does excellent work. We had one portion of the project that has been a real technical challenge and Tim was excellent in not giving up and getting it right. That is the true test of a great services company. FYI I use Tim for metal roofs. Highly recommend them.

We were grateful to have had Luis C as our project manager because he was both a transparent and excellent communicator who kept us informed of the schedule and next-steps. He also listened to our questions and/or concerns throughout the entire process in an open way and addressed each one. Also, the demo and install teams were professional and respectful of our property and cleaned up and left the site clean each day.
